Abstract

Abstrak Sebelum melakukan proses rekonstruksi 3D,  Parameter kamera dan karakteristik kamera harus diketahui dengan cara melakukan Kalibrasi,proses kalibrasi biasanya menggunakan media checkerboard yang diletakkan pada sebuah papan.  Pada percobaan , Patern checker board  yang dijadikan acuan ditampilkan dengan cara melakukan proyeksi patern menggunakan LCD Projector. Tujuan dari Kalibrasi ialah untuk mendapatkan parameter instrinsik dan extrinsik, Parameter intrinsik  meliputi geometri internal kamera dan paramter optik  seperti, focal length, koefisien distorsi lensa. Parameter ekstrinsik meliputi orientasi posisi kamera terhadap sistem koordinat dunia.Teknik dalam pengiriman patern atau pola  menggunakan projector disebut dengan Structured Light.Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan 0.56540        diperoleh nilai extrinsic kamera sebesar Kata Kunci: Kalibrasi, Focal Length. Abstract

AbstrakSebagai sarana dalam mendukung program pemerintah untuk pengelolaan laporan keuangan dan perpajakan dari aplikasi perhotelan yang telah ada, maka dipandang perlu menggunakan teknologi yang dapat mengelola data keuangan secara cepat dan akurat. Teknologi yang diterapkan oleh Masing masing hotel di wilayah KOTA PASURUAN sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan daerah di sektor pariwisata, sampai saat ini masih sulit untuk dikontrol dalam hal penyampaian sistem pelaporan pajak hotel dan pajak pendapatan lainnya.Tujuan Pembuatan Sistem Pelaporan Pajak Hotel secara online ialah untukmemperoleh capaian peningkatan pendapatan dari setoran pajak. Dari implementasi sistem online diperoleh peningkatan pendapatan sejumlah 94,33% jika dibandingkan dengan metode pelaporan secara manual.Kata Kunci :Aplikasi, Sistem Online

Abstract

UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) is one of the Indonesian economy driving forces currently as the foundation of various sectors. Along with the growth of information technology that has increased sharply, many digital applications have been developed that offer convenience to the public, especially in terms of inclusion of funds as working capital, this has indirectly been broadly used by MSME players in seeking working capital in a short way. Peer to Peer Lending / P2PL (Fintech) or commonly referred to as an application online lending-based institutions, currently many have been present in the community either through licensed or unlicensed through the OJK Institution. As of October 14, 2020, OJK has released data on as many as 157 Legal Peer to Peer Lending Companies, while the number of Unlicensed P2PLending Institutions reported to OJK is around 2400, in the research conducted only 108 data were taken. From the data processing using the naïve Bayes method in determining the grouping / classification, it is found that 50% of P2PL companies carried out activities with the Very fraudulently Category, 33% are quite fraudulently and 17% not fraudulently. With the release of research results, it is hoped that MSME players in obtaining loans online can be more vigilant in determining which institutions to appoint in venture capital participation. Abstract

K-Support Vector Nearest Neighbor (K-SVNN) is one of methods for training data reduction that works only for binary class. This method uses Left Value (LV) and Right Value (RV) to calculate Significant Degree (SD) property. This research aims to modify the K-SVNN for multi-class training data reduction problem by using entropy for calculating SD property. Entropy can measure the impurity of data class distribution, so the selection of the SD can be conducted based on the high entropy. In order to measure performance of the modified K-SVNN in mango leaf classification, experiment is conducted by using multi-class Support Vector Machine (SVM) method on training data with and without reduction. The experiment is performed on 300 mango leaf images, each image represented by 260 features consisting of 256 Weighted Rotation- and Scale-invariant Local Binary Pattern features with average weights (WRSI-LBP-avg) texture features, 2 color features, and 2 shape features. The experiment results show that the highest accuracy for data with and without reduction are 71.33% and 71.00% respectively. It is concluded that K-SVNN can be used to reduce data in multi-class classification problem while preserve the accuracy. In addition, performance of the modified K-SVNN is also compared with two other methods of multi-class data reduction, i.e. Condensed Nearest Neighbor Rule (CNN) and Template Reduction KNN (TRKNN). The performance comparison shows that the modified K-SVNN achieves better accuracy.

Abstract

The current implementation of tax reporting regional Pasuruan hotels have used online (Web-based), with the aim of reporting systems can run effectively and efficiently in receiving the financial statements especially from taxpayer property. Pasuruan as one small town quite rapidly in East Java, have implemented role models online tax filing system starting in 2015, with the amount of 6 hotels, there are several classes of hotels ranging from the budget class up to class three stars. After the application of the system running for 18 months (2015-2016), from existing data, conducted research on the analysis of the level of compliance of taxpayers reporting incomes in a hotel. On the research was designed and built a system to evaluate the level of compliance with the performance from the taxpayer (WP) in the 2nd year (2016) and are classified in categories (1) the taxpayer (WP) very obedient (ST), (2) the taxpayer (WP) is quite obedient (CT), (3) Taxpayers (WP) less obedient (KT). Input data will be processed using the technique of data mining algorithms Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) to form the table of probability as a basis for the process of classification levels of taxpayer compliance. Based on the results of the measurement, the test results show with an accuracy of 50% i.e. 3 taxpayers is the very obedient (ST) to pay taxes. Then from the classification, the study could be made of recommendation solutions to guide the taxpayer in reporting revenues well and true.

Abstract

PERGI BARENG merupakan sistem aplikasi yang dikembangkan untuk menampung suatu bentuk perencanaan perjalanan dan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh para penggiat perjalanan, sehingga suatu rencana perjalanan dapat dilakukan secara bersamaan atau bersama-sama. Pengembangan sistem aplikasi berjalan seiring menggunakan metode agile dengan pendekatan model Extreme Programming (XP). Proses penyebaran tercepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengembangan sistem, platform komputasi awan digunakan sebagai media penyebaran. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap pengembangan yaitu tahap perencanaan, perancangan, pengembangan (coding), dan pengujian yang dilakukan sesuai dengan prinsip metode agile. Hasil pengujian alpha menjelaskan bahwa secara keseluruhan sistem yang dibangun telah berhasil atau diterima, karena secara fungsional sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Dari hasil pengujian beta variabel efisiensi sebesar 88%, variabel efektif 83%, dan variabel kepuasan 87%. Berdasarkan pengujian terhadap 3 indikator tersebut didapatkan nilai usability sistem sebesar 85%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perancangan sistem aplikasi berjalan bersama menggunakan metode agile dengan pendekatan Extreme Programming cocok untuk para penggiat wisata. Diperlukan pengembangan sistem lebih lanjut agar sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi pada citra daun mangga hasil akuisisi dalam klasifikasi jenis pohon mangga adalah adanya wilayah dalam citra yang terpapar cahaya tinggi. Jika wilayah ini tergabung dalam wilayah pembangkitan fitur warna dan tekstur maka nilai fitur yang dibangkitkan dapat terdistorsi dari hasil yang benar. Untuk menghindari masalah tersebut maka wilayah ini harus dipisahkan. Untuk mendeteksi wilayah cahaya intensitas tinggi penulis menggunakan dua threshold yang dikembangkan dari threshold T. Threshold T didapatkan dengan metode Otsu. Nilai threshold atas (Ta) didapat dengan menaikkan nilai T beberapa persen. Nilai threshold bawah (Tb) didapat dengan menurunkan nilai T beberapa persen. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan Saturation sebagai basis deteksi, karena merupakan komponen yang memberikan informasi kekuatan warna yang dipengaruhi oleh cahaya. Nilai piksel rendah pada komponen ini menyatakan pengaruh cahaya yang tinggi. Dari hasil uji coba 30 citra, rata-rata dua nilai threshold, Ta dan Tb, masing-masing Ta = 0.9T atau T-10%T dan Tb = 1.7T atau T+70%T. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah wilayah intensitas tinggi pada citra daun mangga dapat dideteksi dengan cukup baik. Kinerja recall 0.78, ini berarti ada sekitar 22% wilayah yang gagal dideteksi, sedangkan precision 0.57 berarti sekitar 43% piksel bukan intensitas tinggi yang terdeteksi.

Abstract

Tax, as generally known, are important aspect for Indonesia country sustainability. Taxpayer compliance is a conditionwhere the taxpayer has completed all of their tax obligations and get their tax rights. These compliance are identifiedwhen they send back SPT and their compliance of paying tax debts. Decision support system is a part of computerizedinformation system. AHP-SAW is one kind of a method which developed by combining weight and comparisonbetween criteria to determine the best alternative. Using the method, this research will help the tax office to choosewhich hotel and restaurant are eligible to get the best criteria in tax compliance. Based on the test result, for hotel,accuracy obtained is 78.6% on average, where Hotel Wijaya 1 always get the first rank. For restaurant, the accuracyobtained is 84.7%, where RM Ramio always get the first rank. Business entity criteria has big impact on rankingprocess where in a 100% accuracy test, this criteria got bigger value than other criteria.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the internet which is starting to be seen as a potential media to be used as a means ofadvertising. Compared to other media such as television, the internet offers relatively lower rates for a longerinstallation period. If it costs 20 million rupiah, an advertiser can only display one ad for one slot for two times.Conversely, for the same fee, advertisers can place weeks of advertisements on the internet. Since online advertisinghas emerged, many digital ad providers have been able to advertise a product. When individuals or their companies(customers) want to advertise products, many of them still don't understand how to use digital advertising providers.The purpose of this study is to provide an information or description in the decision to choose a digital advertisingprovider for car sellers according to customer desires.In this research, a system implemented using the Weight Product (WP) method has a vector V value that is differentfor each customer. The results of this study conducted by 20 individual customer types chose digital advertisingproviders Google Ads 30%, Facebook 55%, Instagram 10%, Youtube 5% and 20 corporate type customers chose thedigital advertising provider Google Ads 15%, Facebook 45%, Instagram. 35%, Youtube 5%. It can be concluded thatthe test results show that individual customer types tend to choose the Facebook digital advertising provider (55%),while the corporate type customers tend to choose the Facebook digital ad provider (45%).
