Abstract

Abu Hanifah as one of the grand fuqaha who is believed to think in the world at the time, now even for an unlimited time is interesting to read. His thoughts are tinkering with the rational logic of Muslim thinkers after competing to find out the basic laws that affect his mindset. Abu Hanifa was the only fiqh scholar who put forward his mind on a problem that was not found in the Qur'an or hadith seen by the Prophet Muhammad. If explored further, it will be known factors that influence the mindset, as well as what is taken into account are social factors. Social factors in this paper such as community factors when Abu Hanifah lived, intellectual factors, professional factors, political dynamics that occur and others. This commentary is important so that the next generation of Muslims knows about the establishment of Islamic law not only having one dimension, but many dimensions that influence it. Abu Hanifah from several existing literature. From this normative study, conclusions from sociological roots that debate the law of Abu Hanifah are needed by several factors, namely geographical-sociological factors, intellectual factors, professional factors, political factors and renewed personal support.

Abstract

AbstractPurpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of macroeconomic variables on the amount of savings in Islamic banks in Indonesia.Method - This study use quantitative research type using secondary data using OLS (ordinary least square) analysis which aims to examine the independent variable on the dependent variable.Result - The results of this study indicate that inflation and exchange rate variables do not affect the amount of savings, M2 variable has a positive and significant effect on the amount of savings. While the SBI  variable has a negative and significant effect on the amount of savings.Implication - This study uses the data from Central bank of IndonesiaOriginality - This study uses several macroeconomic variables that are used to test its effect on the amount of savings in Islamic banking. By using secondary data taken from official government institutions for several years. The results show that macroeconomic variables greatly affect the customer's decision to save in Islamic banking.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the question about Is There an Effect of Reward on the Performance of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java Employees, Is There an Effect of Punishment on the Performance of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java Employees, Is There a Simultaneous Effect of Reward and Punishment on the performance of BMT employees Al-Iktisab New East Java Gardens. The research method used is quantitative research method and the type of research is correlational, with the research object namely, BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java. ‎Data collection techniques used Questionnaire and Observation. The research results show that there is a significant effect of reward on the performance of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java employees, this can be seen from the coefficient value of the reward variable which has a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05, the value of th 3.306 > tt 1.671. The influence of the punishment variable on the performance of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java employees, can be seen from the coefficient value of the punishment variable which is 0.149. There is an effect of reward and punishment simultaneously or jointly on the performance variables of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java employees, this can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Abstract

Pinjaman atau kredit tanpa jaminan memberikan kemudahan bagi banyak orang. Terutama adalah bagi mereka yang berada pada kelas sosial menengah kebawah. Salah satu yang menyelenggarakan program pinjaman tanpa jaminan adalah BMT Mawaddah Cabang Karang penang Sampang. Fokus penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana dampak pinjaman uang tanpa jaminan di BMT terhadap kesejahtraan masyarakat menengah kebawah di BMT Mawaddah Cabang Karangpenang Sampang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tekhnik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dandokumentasi. Tekhnik analisa data meliputi reduksi data, display data dan verivikasi data, pengecekan keabsahan temuan dengan cara perpanjangan keikutsertaan, tekhnik triangulasi dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber, teori, metode, dan ketekunan pengamatan. Informan penelitian ini adalah manager, karyawan dan nasabah BMT Mawaddah Cabang Karangpenang Sampang.
