Abstract

Today the phenomenon of environmental pollution is increasingly massive. Similarlyin Bali, associated with the existence of existing lakes in Bali, the environmental pollutionphenomenon is also nampat existence. Therefore it is necessary to excavate the magical religioustheological value system which if able to overcome it. Related to this matter, there are twoproblem formulas that will be studied in this paper that is how Hindu Teo-Ecology? and thereconstruction of Hindu Theo-ecology values on the Ulun Danu ritual in Bali?. In this studyusing several theories and methods. The theory used is value theory and ecological theory.Likewise in this study using several motodes and techniques that is in the discovery of data usingobservation methods, interviews, and document studies, while in the data analysis used qualitativedescriptive method.From the Hindu theo-ecological point of view, the following forms of worship are found: (1)Worship Against Dewi Lakshmi, (2) Worship Against Bhatara Jayaningrat, (3) Worship AgainstDewi Danu, (4) Worship of Duwe Ida Betara. Similarly, in relation to the reconstruction of thetheological value, several values are found as follows: (1) Understanding of the Rta Recognizingthe Importance of Maintaining the Environment, (2) Yadnya Restoring Environmental Harmony,(3) Danu Krtih As Effort to Restore the Purity of Lake Water, (4) Awareness In Rwa BhinedaCreating Balance on Nature, (5) Tri Hita Karana Creates Universal Harmony.

Abstract

The principal doctrine of Shiva Siddhanta is that Shiva, is the supreme reality, andpersonal soul or spirit is the same essence as Shiva. In this case Shiva is depicted inthe form of foundation which is the element of Widya (element of consciousness),which is the nature that is not affected by unconsciousness and is immortal, that issturdy can not be shaken, and can not be concealed. There are three forms offoundation namely: Paramasiwatattwa, Sadasiwatattwa, and Siwatattwa. The threeTattwa is called Foundation Telu, which is the triple level of consciousness.Paramasiwatattwa has the highest awareness, Sadasiwatattwa has a moderateawareness, while Siwatattwa has the lowest consciousness.

Abstract

Leadership in Hinduism is found in Nitisastra. Nitisastra comes from the words niti and sastra. The word niti means worldly wisdom, social political ethics, guidance and also means knowledge of the state or the science of political building based on the teachings of Hindu religions. Based on the etymological understanding above, the definition of nitisastra can be expanded further, namely the aim of science, to build a country both in terms of its governance, governance, and social order. In developing the country, the government and the people of nitisastra put the moral values of Hinduism as the foundation. In this sense nitisastra is not the science of government of a particular Hindu country, because nitisastra is applicable not only in general and theoretically, but also contains practical values. Based on a glimpse of the background above, there are several issues that will be discussed which can be formulated as follows: (1) how is leadership in nitisastra ?, (2) how is the leadership of Rama and Laksmana in the Hindu Ramayana ?, and (3) how is the relationship between Rama's leadership and Laksmana with Nitisastra? While the purpose of discussing this problem are: (1) to know the leadership in nitisastra, (2) to find out the leadership of Rama and Laksmana in the Hindu Ramayana literature, and (3) to find out the relation between Rama and Laksmana's leadership with nitisastra. The results of the discussion in this study are: (1) Leadership in Hinduism is found in nitisastra, (2) In developing the country, the nitisastra government and society put the moral values of Hinduism as its foundation, (3) Hindu leadership in the Ramayana is closely related to teaching Asta Brata's leadership in which there are spiritual values namely truth, honesty, simplicity, caring, cooperation, freedom, peace, love, understanding, good deeds, giving, responsibility, feeling, integrity, hygiene, humility heart, loyalty, precision, courage, glory, gratitude, perseverance, patience, justice, sincerity and determination.

Abstract

Literary works become an inseparable part in the journey of culture and civilization of human creation itself. One such work is Kakawin Brahmanda Purana. The values of dharma and leadership in Kakawin Brahmanda Purana should be used as guidelines in life. Based on this background, there are important issues that will be discussed in this paper, namely how the dharma teachings in Hindu leadership in Kakawin Brahmanda Purana? The method used in this paper is the literature method and refer to the data discovery method. In writing using qualitative narrative techniques. Based on studies conducted, it can be found that the teachings of dharma in the story of Brahmanda Purana should be made learning for a leader, so that from his leadership can prosper the people and in accordance with the rules of dharma. Good behavior must be done by everyone, especially for a leader, because the leader will be a role model, an example, and an example for those they lead. The community will prosper if the leaders behave properly according to the teachings of their respective religions.

Abstract

The terms of the Balinese language in carpentry need to be known again by the people ofBali. It aims to make Bali Language users not extinct. By knowing the terms in this carpentheBalinese language at least contribute in preserving and mengajegkan Balinese language itself.To understand every term that is in carpentry activities it is necessary to study the morphologysystem, in order to know the meaning and purpose of the word. For that in this paper there aresome issues that need to be studied namely: (1) What are the basic Balinese word form in carpentryterms? and (2) How is the system of word formation (morphology) of Balinese in terms ofcarpentry? The theory used in this study is the structural theory of language that emphasizes onthe level of form (signifiant) and meaning (signify). There are pu methods in the discovery ofdata used literature study done by listening to the terms of carpentry in the sources of literaturerelated to the term in the carpentry language of Bali. Based on the study in this paper, foundsome kind of vocabulary of the term carpentry. In addition to the vocabulary in basic form, alsofound some vocabulary of the term carpentry that experienced the process of formation of newwords through morphological process through affixation, pluralism, and re-word.

Abstract

Balinese language is one of the many regional languages that are still alive and well in thecountry of Indonesia which is well maintained by the speakers, namely ethnic Balinese. Balineseas a mother tongue or first language for the majority of Balinese has an important role, namelyas a symbol of pride, symbol of identity, and widely used as a communication tool in variousactivities in the household and outside the household which cover various activities of thecommunity's social life Bali. Based on a glimpse of the background above, it is necessary toexamine the following: (1) how to build a single Balinese sentence? and (2) How to build BalineseCompound Sentences? Related to the formulation of the problem to be discussed, the purpose ofwriting is: (1) to Know the Single Sentences of Balinese Language and (2) to Know the CompoundSentences of Balinese Language. Based on the above explanation, it can be concluded that theresults of this study are as follows: (1) Building a single sentence is an effort to develop asentence that relies on one pattern (clause), which consists of a subject and predicate (a sentenceconsisting of only one clause). Single sentences are the simplest sentences. (2) Building compoundsentences is an attempt to develop sentences, which are carried out by combining two or moresingle sentences, so that the new sentence contains two or more clauses.Keywords: Syntax, Single Sentences, Compound Sentences

Abstract

Balinese is the mother tongue, which is the first language obtained from her mother or thelanguage used since birth to native Balinese. The connection of Old Javanese language withBalinese Language cannot be taken away in a cultural study that exists today. Various cases thatcan be found through the alkururat between Balinese residents and the spread of Javanesepeople who came to Bali. This can be attributed to a number of archipelago histories, includingthe sources of the collapse of the Majapahit kingdom and the culture brought to Bali, and can beattributed to the ancient Javanese language having a connection with Balinese. Based on aglimpse of the background, there are a number of problems that will be examined by formulatingthe following: (1) how is the distribution of Old Javanese language in Bali ?, (2) how is thevariety of Old Javanese languages absorbed by Balinese language ?, and (3) how the developmentof Old Javanese Language in the case of Balinese literature? Related to the study of Balineselanguage and literature in the context of Old Javanese language and literature, the followingcan be briefly presented as the results of the study as follows. (1) the spread of Old Javaneselanguage to Balinese language includes acculturation of culture brought about by the collapseof the Majapahit kingdom, so that all Old Javanese literary literature is brought to Bali, (2) thetype of absorption words used in Balinese include intralinguistic factors and extralinguisticfactors, (3) the development of Old Javanese in Balinese literature is an acculturation from OldJavanese to Balinese, and vice versa, which can be seen in literary works in the form of Gancaran,kakawin, and Palawakya.

Abstract

Eksistensi Agama Hindu di Bali tidak terpisahkan dengan budaya, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan bunyi bahasa aksara suci. Karena itu, dalam kajian ini penting dibahas: bagaimana bentuk bunyi bahasa aksara suci sebagai manifestasi Tuhan dan kosmos?, bagaimana fungsi bunyi bahasa aksara suci sebagai manifestasi Tuhan dan kosmos?, dan apa makna bunyi bahasa aksara suci sebagai manifestasi Tuhan dan kosmos dalam budaya Hindu di Bali.Bentuk-bentuk bunyi bahasa aksara suci pada budaya Hindu di Bali yaitu: Ongkara, Dwyaksara, Tryaksara, Pancabrahma, Pancaksara, Dasaksara, dan Sodasaksara. Fungsi bunyi bahasa aksara suci adalah: fungsi referensial, fungsi emotif (ekspresif), dan fungsi magis. Makna bunyi bahasa aksara suci adalah: makna pemujaan kepada Tuhan dalam berbagai manifestasinya dan kosmos (buana agung dan buana alit)   dan makna permohonan kepada Tuhan dalam berbagai manifestasinya dan kosmos (buana agung dan buana alit).

Abstract

The Balinese language is included in a large regional language group that has an effective oral and written tradition as an intra-tribal Balinese spoken language. The term carpentry is one of the terms contained in the Balinese language. There are several Balinese language carpentry terms which can be distinguished in two ways, namely the Balinese language carpentry terms in basic and affixed forms. Balinese carpentry terms are in basic forms (nouns, verbs, monosyllables, disyllabic and trisyllabic). Balinese carpentry terms have affixes (N-, ma-, ka-, and a-), suffixes (-a, -ang, -in, -an, -n, -e, and -ne), and confixes (ma -an and pa-an).  Keywords: Balinese carpentry terms, basic forms, and affixes
