Abstract

Eksistensi Agama Hindu di Bali tidak terpisahkan dengan budaya, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan bunyi bahasa aksara suci. Karena itu, dalam kajian ini penting dibahas: bagaimana bentuk bunyi bahasa aksara suci sebagai manifestasi Tuhan dan kosmos?, bagaimana fungsi bunyi bahasa aksara suci sebagai manifestasi Tuhan dan kosmos?, dan apa makna bunyi bahasa aksara suci sebagai manifestasi Tuhan dan kosmos dalam budaya Hindu di Bali.Bentuk-bentuk bunyi bahasa aksara suci pada budaya Hindu di Bali yaitu: Ongkara, Dwyaksara, Tryaksara, Pancabrahma, Pancaksara, Dasaksara, dan Sodasaksara. Fungsi bunyi bahasa aksara suci adalah: fungsi referensial, fungsi emotif (ekspresif), dan fungsi magis. Makna bunyi bahasa aksara suci adalah: makna pemujaan kepada Tuhan dalam berbagai manifestasinya dan kosmos (buana agung dan buana alit)   dan makna permohonan kepada Tuhan dalam berbagai manifestasinya dan kosmos (buana agung dan buana alit).

Abstract

This paper is intended to provide an overview about the participation of stakeholders in improving the quality of education, especially providing input in the curriculum evaluation for Religious Literature and Balinese Language Education Program. The demands on higher education (college) are now wider, not only in terms of quantity and academic standards, but also the entire higher education program must prove their quality or quality of its education. To meet the demands of improving the quality of education, there are three factors that must be given attention, namely hardware which consists of facilities and infrastructure, human ware which consists of educators and education staff, and software consisting of curriculum and teaching methods. The curriculum is a very important starting point in realizing the quality of education. Through the curriculum evaluation which involves the participation of stakeholders, they are expected to provide input on improving the quality of education. But in reality the involvement of stakeholders in curriculum evaluation is still lacking, therefore it is necessary to study the active role of stakeholders in their participation in the curriculum evaluation process. The three stakeholders, namely the government, society and educational institutions, have a very big role in developing the curriculum for the Religious Literature and Balinese Language Education Program, STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja through curriculum evaluation.Keywords: stakeholders, education quality, curriculum evaluation.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas tentang fenomena sintagmatik dan paradigmatik dalam Bahasa Bali. Kajian ini menitikberatkan pada relasi sintagmatik dan paradigmatik dalam Bahasa Bali. Kajian sintagmatik dan paradigmatik merupakan salah satu bagian dari pemikiran linguistik struktural. Teori struktural mulai muncul dan berkembang pada tahun 1916, yang diprakarsai oleh tokoh strukturalis Ferdinand de Saussure. Pikiran-pikiran pokok de Saussure berkaitan dengan signifiant dan signifie, langue dan parole, telaah sinkronis dan diakronis, serta telaah sintagmatik dan paradigmatik. Pada aspek relasi sintagmatik dan paradigmatik dianalisis satuan-satuan bahasa pada tataran fonologi, morfologi, dan sintaksis. Gagasan (notion) sintagmatik dan paradigmatik yang ditautkan dengan unsur-unsur atau satuan lingual kebahasaan dapat dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu relasi sintagmatik dan relasi paradigmatik. Relasi sintagmatik adalah relasi makna (semantik) secara horizontal sedangkan relasi paradigmatik adalah relasi bentuk atau relasi vertikal. Dengan pengertian bahwa hubungan sintagmatik adalah hubungan in presentia (horizontal) dan hubungan in absentia yaitu hubungan vertikal.Kata kunci: sintagmatik, paradigmatik, bahasa bali, linguistik struktural.

Abstract

Hinduism has three basic frameworks, namely tattwa/philosophy, ethics/ethics, and rituals/rituals used by Hindus as a basis for practicing its teachings in daily life. Hindu faith is manifested in the form of ceremonies as a form of devotional worship before Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. The Magoak-goakan tradition is a very sacred and unique hereditary tradition that is still preserved by the community in Banjar Surakarma, Kintamani Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. The magoak-goakan tradition is held during the Nyepi Desa celebration, which begins with Ngeker Desa. Ngeker Desa is a taboo that must be implemented or obeyed when it will be ahead of Nyepi Village celebrations. The functions contained in the magoak-goakan tradition are togetherness, social functions, cultural preservation functions, and religious functions. The uniqueness and sacredness of the Magoak-goakan tradition, contained socio-religious values so that this tradition is routinely carried out by the community in order to create a harmonious relationship between humans and gods, humans and humans, and humans with the environment called Tri Hita Karana. The theory used by the author to dissect this problem are religious theory, structural functional theory, and value theory. This research uses qualitative research with social, cultural phenomenology approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature studies sourced from books, journals, and theses.Keywords: fungtion, Magoak-goakan tradition
