Abstract

Ajaran-ajaran Bhatara Siwa banyak mengandung nilai-nilai moral, etika, dan susila. Nilai tersebut sangat baik diterapkan dan dilaksanakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal ini termuat dalam teks-teks Agama Hindu Bali khususnya naskah lontar. Dari zaman dahulu hingga zaman sekarang keberadaan naskah lontar untuk dipelajari dan diteliti terus berkembang untuk mengungkapkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter. Dalam ajaran Agama Hindu salah satunya disampaikan melalui cerita-cerita atau tutur-tutur. Pendidikan karakter tersebut disampaikan agar umat manusia diberikan gambaran-gambaran pengetahuan, antara kebaikan dengan ketidakbaikan, sehingga nantinya manusia dapat memilih mana yang baik mana yang buruk. Kedua perbuatan baik dan buruk membawa konsekuensi masing-masing, yang tentunya semua Agama mengharapkan agar manusia selalu berbuat kebaikan. Lontar Andha Bhuwana berisikan cerita tentang ajaran Bhatara Siwa yang sangat perlu dicermati karena berisi percakapan orang tua sebagai ayah (Bhatara Siwa), sebagai ibu (Bhatara Giri Putri), dan sebagai anak (Bhatara Gana/Ganesa). Cerita ini sangat relevan sebagai cerminan dalam mendidik khususnya pendidikan karakter dan memiliki makna dalam membentuk keharmonisan berumah tangga. Kewajiban sebagai anak berbhakti kepada orang tua, Mensyukuri kehidupan, dan Penyucian diri (pangruatan) serta harmonisasi alam.Kata Kunci : Ajaran Bhatara Siwa, Andha Bhuwana, Pendidikan Karakter.

Abstract

Lontar is one of Bali Purwa literature which is still sustainable until now. Lontar can be used as a means of learning because full of religious teachings are used as guidance in the daily life. One of the lontars is Lontar Satua I Naga Gombang. This study examines three problem formulas: (1) How is the intrinsic structure contained in the lontar of Satua I Naga Gombang ?, (2) What is the value of education contained in Lontar Satua I Naga Gombang ?, (3) How is the psychology of figures contained in Lontar Satua I Naga Gombang ?. Theories used to explain the problem formulation are: (1) Structural Theory, (2) Value theory, (3) Psychological theory. The research method used is qualitative method. The techniques used in data collection are library techniques, documentation and transliteration. Furthermore, the data analysis using descriptive qualitative methods. Analysis of data used in research there are three namely: data reduction, data presentation and data deduction. The results of the research explain the intrinsic structure contained in lontar that is incident, plot, character and characterization, setting, theme and message. The value of education contained in the palm of Lontar Satua I Naga Gombang namely ethical values, divinity, loyalty value and karma phala value. Furthermore, the psychology of figures contained in Lontar Satua I Naga Gombang is the psychology of figures from I Naga Gombang, the psychology of figures Galuh Daha, the psychology of figures Semara Jaya (Naga Rarik), the psychology of figures Kencana wati (Raden Galuh), the psychology of figures Sang Hyang Guru and the psychology of figures I Mara Pati (Raden Mantri).

Abstract

Bali has a wide variety of cultural heritage with its own uniqueness and distinctiveness. One of the cultural heritage of Bali in the past is the Samuan Tiga temple. This temple is located in Bedulu Village, Blahbatuh Subdistrict, Gianyar Regency. In the implementation of piodalan ceremony at Pura Samuan Tiga, a unique and distinctive ritual dance (wali) is performed by the local community called Rejang Permas Dance. The issues that will be discussed include: 1) What is the religious motive and the condition of the cause in the staging of Rejang Permas Dance?, 2) How is the religious system of Dewa Yajna ceremony in the staging of Rejang Permas Dance?, 3) What is the meaning of Aesthetic-based Hindu Religious Education in the staging of Rejang Permas Dance?. In general, what is to be achieved, is to preserve Balinese culture, especially Rejang Permas Dance. In particular, it has a purpose: (1) To explain religious motives and causal conditions in the staging of Rejang Permas Dance, (2) To describe the religious system of Dewa Yajna ceremony in the staging of Rejang Permas Dance, (3) To explore the meaning of Aesthetic-based Hindu Religious Education in the staging of Rejang Permas Dance. The theories used to dissect the above problems are: Deconstruction, Religion and Aesthetics Theory. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. The type of research approach used is the educational approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection is done using techniques: Observation, interview, documentation and literature. Data is analyzed based on qualitative descriptive analysis with descriptive data analysis measures and interpretive data analysis. Qualitative data validation techniques are triangulation techniques and expert opinion. Religious motives and causal conditions in the staging of Rejang Permas Dance consists of: 1) Religious Motifs include Dancers, , movement, property, accompaniment of gamelan, 2) Condition of cause includes Rejang Permas dance as sacred dance, Rejang Permas dance as a complement to the ceremony.The religious system of Dewa Yajna ceremony in the performance of Rejang Permas dance is: Preparation of Rejang Permas dance performance, Implementation of Rejang Permas dance performance, Final activity of Rejang Permas dance performance. The meaning of Aesthetic-based Hindu Religious Education in the staging of Rejang Permas Dance includes: Motion, Makeup and Fashion, Property, Offerings or Banten.
