Abstract

SMA Negeri Bali Mandara issued a regulation whereby items that were not properly guarded or neglected would be brought to the principal's office to be followed up and had to come face to face and provide logical reasons to the principal for those who wanted their items back. This regulation was issued due to the lack of awareness of students in appreciating the items provided by the school. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine the impact of the implementation of the shoe-placing culture regulations on the character of SMA Negeri Bali Mandara students, knowing the possible impact of the implementation of the Shoe-Putting Culture in addition to the SMA Negeri Bali Mandara, knowing how to implement this rule if this rule is applied in other schools. as a medium to encourage a better character. This research instrument includes interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative, quantitative, and descriptive methods. The results of this study are as follows: The culture of placing shoes in SMA Negeri Bali Mandara can influence foreign schools to implement this culture for the realization of good student character and the form of implementation of the existence of a shoe-placing culture related to student character education with the percentage of the influence of the shoe-betting culture on outside schools of 83.2% and implementation of 78.8% showed that students played a very important role in the implementation of this Shoe-Putting Culture.

Abstract

Social media is a medium for socializing and communicating witheach other and is done online which is not regulated by space and time.Social media can be used as a medium to communicate privately and evenin groups, share files, videos, music, and so on. Social media which is busybeing used to reduce stress in the current pandemic era, one of which is theTikTok application. TikTok is a social media and music video platform fromChina. This application was first released in September 2016. The purposeof this research is to see the perception of the TikTok application as amedium to reduce stress levels in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Method ofcollecting data used included interviews, questionnaire questionnaires,documentation, and observation. The data obtained were analyzed usinga qualitative descriptive method. The research results are as follows 64%of people say TikTok is a medium for reducing stress. The public acceptsand rejects TikTok as the right medium to reduce stress in the Covid-19pandemic era for various reasons given. From these results it can beignored that the TikTok application influences TikTok users, both positiveand negative. This has led to various responses from the public regardingthe TikTok application.

Abstract

Bali is inseparable from its culture and local wisdom which is combined with the culture of other religious communities, one of which is the acculturation of Subak culture carried out by Hindus and Muslims. Various things happened in Indonesia regarding the incidence of diversity intolerance, so that the community formed a community organization in Bali that regulates water for rice fields from a water source in an area whose members consist of a combination of Hindus and Muslims living in rural areas. This organization was formed by the community to maintain community harmony and was used as a forum for forming cultural acculturation. The maintenance of the Subak cultural acculturation carried out in Yeh Embang Village, Mendoyo, Jembrana is able to change the psychology of the community in influencing the character and behavior of the community. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to describe the existence of Subak culture in today's modern era, to analyze the process of cultural acculturation between Hindus and Muslims in Subak Yeh Santang, and to analyze the impact of acculturation of Subak culture between Hindus and Muslims on the psychological and character of society. The research instruments include interviews, questionnaires, documentation, objects of observation and books and journals. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this study are as follows; Acculturation of Subak culture can strengthen harmony between residents or the community and there is a positive impact of acculturation of Subak culture on the psychology, mindset, and behavior of the community which affects the character of the community in a better direction with a percentage of the influence of Subak cultural acculturation on the psychology of society by 87% and the role of the community 78.11% indicates that the community plays a very important role in the implementation of this cultural acculturation.
