Abstract

The Relationship between Three Constructs of Employee Attitudes towards Organizational Change. This research examines three constructs that represent employee attitudes towards organizational change; commitment to change, readiness for change, and openness to change. This research analyzed the influence of readiness for change and openness to change on employee commitment to change in public sector organization in West Sumatra. It would help the public organization to understand their employee attitudes during change. This research is a quantitative research. Respondents are 100 employees in public sector organization in West Sumatra Province. Data was collected using questionnaire. The result shows both independent variables; openness to change and readiness to change have positive and significant effect on commitment to change. Employee commitment to changes in this research is influenced by the readiness for change and openness to change. These results show that employees in public organization in West Sumatra Province felt that if they would benefit from change, then they would do what was needed to make the change successful. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of emotional intelligence on burnout in nurses at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital. (2)The influence of emotional intelligence on self-efficacy at the nurses at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital. (3)The influence of self-efficacy on burnout at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital. (4)The effect of emotional intelligence on burnout in nurses at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital through self-efficacy. The population at that studying where all nurss at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospitality, totaling 177 people. While the number of samples in this study, namely the entire population was made a sample of 123 nurses using proportional clustered simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using smart PLS3. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Emotional Intelligence has a significant negative effect on the burnout in nurse at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital. (2)emotional intelligence as in up to positively influenced in self efficacy in nurse at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital. (3)Self-efficacy as in up to negatively influenced in they tendency from burnout in nurse at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital. (4)Emotional-intelligence as in significantly influenced in burnout through self efficacy in nurse at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explore the application of knowledge management at Universitas Negeri Padang. The population in this research are all lecturer at Universitas Negeri Padang. Sampling used by of stratified random sample with proportional sampling and get to the number 132 sample. The data in this research were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive analysis method and the rate of application of acquired knowledge management used by the level of achievement according to the analysis Forster. The results showed that the level of application of knowledge management is measured through the variable people (experience) obtained of 68.8%, the variable process (standard operational procedure) obtained of 64.4%, the variable technology obtained of 78% and for the implementation of knowledge management (people, process and technology) in total obtained value is 70.4%. TCR results obtained on each of the variables and the total value that the level of application of knowledge management at Universitas Negeri Padang are in the level of developing potential. It is indicated for knowledge management is still not yet applied by al members of the organization at Universitas Negeri Padang because had a influenced by cultural, term of office, faculty’s age and other factors.

Abstract

Abstractpurpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior in inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s, (2) Organizational commitment as mediator on the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior in inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s. The population of this study was all inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s which numbered 137 people. While the number of research samples is 102 people using cluster proportional random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using SmartPLS 2.0.The results of the study show that: (1) Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment to inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s, (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s, (3) Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s, (4) Organizational commitment significantly mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support to organizational citizenship behavior in inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Perceived Organizational Support, and Organizational commitment

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of distributive justice on employee engagement with perceived organizational support as a mediating variable. The research was carried out on the employees of Bank Nagari Main Branch, amounting to 125 people who were selected using proportional random sampling formula. The analytical method used is path analysis. In the testing phase it was found that distributive justice did not have a significant effect on employee engagement, while the perception of organizational support had a significant effect on employee engagement, besides that in the test results it was also found that distributive justice had a positive effect on employee engagement with perceptions of organizational support as a mediating variable for employees of Bank employees. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan bucket bunga dan snack sebagai pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani (KWT) Villa Madani sebagai altermatif peluang usaha untuk peningkatan pendapatan keluarga. Target peserta kegiatan PKM ini adalah anggota KWT Villa Madani yang berjumlah 30 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pemberian materi dan praktek pembuatan bucket bunga dan snack. Melalui penyebaran kuisioner yang diberikan pada peserta diperoleh hasil bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta pelatihan merasakan manfaat yang besar akan pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini.
