Abstract

This article highlights the problems faced by educators in the Islamic education environment. Islamic identity in Islamic educational institutions is not a reason for educators to live and carry out their duties properly and professionally. The lack of awareness of this causes educators to pay less attention to the quality of the educational process provided. The difference in ministerial nomenclature that houses educational institutions also indirectly influences many matters relating to the activities of teachers as professional educators. In addition, other issues that have become the problem of educators in the Islamic education environment occur due to internal and external factors of educators, including official operational problems and institutions, educators' competencies and qualifications, welfare and leadership crisis in Islamic education institutions. This research uses literature review method by searching various sources of literature that are relevant to the research subject.

Abstract

Palm oil plant is one of plantation crop that grown by people of Indonesia, especially Sumatra (Riau). Setora nitens is one of the major pests in palm oil plantations. Management control to decrease the Setora nitens by using synthetic insecticides. Reducing the effects caused by synthetic insecticides, therefore need alternative in pest control techniques such as use organic insecticide derived from Piper aduncum L. The purpose of this research is to get Piper aduncum L. leaf powder extract concentrate that effective to control Setora nitens at palm oil plantations. This research was carried out experimentally by using Completely Randomized Design consisting of 5 treatments with 4 replications. The treatment consisting five level: SRH 0 (no concentration), SRH 1 (concentration of 25 g/liter of water), SRH 2 (concentration of 50 g/liter of water), SRH 3 (concentration of 75 g/liter of water) and SRH 4 (concentration 100 g/liter of water). Results showed that the concentration of 100 g/liter was able to kill Setora nitens by 45% and this has not been effective in controlling caterpillars Setora nitens because not reach 80%. The best concentration to kill 95% of the population of Setora nitens is 206% or 2.06 kg/l of water. Piper aduncum L. leaf powder extract has not been effective in controlling caterpillars Setora nitens at palm oil plantations. Abstract

The Trapesio and Romberg methods are two classic numerical methods for calculating integrals. The Trapesio method is a numerical integration method that uses an approach based on the area of a trapezoid, but is often less accurate for non-linear functions. In contrast, the Romberg method, which uses Richardson extrapolation, offers higher accuracy even in working on more complex mathematical functions. The purpose of this study is to compare the accuracy and speed of completion in numerical integration on various mathematical functions. The type of research used is pure experimental. Using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) program, both methods are tested for accuracy and speed in solving the given problem. The results show that the Romberg method provides more accurate results than the Trapesium method with an average error of 0.979% in this study, where the result with the lowest error for the Romberg method is in the integral of the polynomial function with an error of 0%. In the case of the Trapesio method, the average error in this study is 9.497%, where the lowest error for the Trapesio method is in the exponential function integral with an error of 0.178%. However, the improvement of accuracy requires a fairly long program completion time on the Romberg method with an average completion time of 4,400 seconds, where the fastest completion time is seconds. Meanwhile, in the Trapezium method, the time required in program execution is very fast with an average of seconds, where the fastest completion time is seconds.

Abstract

Developing and increasing literacy is one of the problems currently being faced. The lack of interest in literacy and interest in reading, especially among children, is caused by, among other things, excessive use of gadgets. With this problem, it is feared that there will be more and more children who have low interest in reading. This research aims to determine the increase in student literacy among children, especially elementary school students, through one of the prestigious independent campus learning (MBKM) programs, namely the Teaching Campus. This increase in literacy will be carried out through one of the work programs implemented, namely the reading corner. The method used in this research is descriptive research. The locations of this research are several elementary schools in West Nusa Tenggara province. The samples used were 5th grade elementary school students and students. The final result of this activity is an increase in reading interest and literacy levels among students at the elementary school level through the Reading Corner program.

Abstract

Abstract: The research analysis aims to determine whether skills and health affect the productivity of workers. The data analysis technique used is the associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 23 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 95 respondents. Primary data collection used a questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that skills have a positive and significant partial effect on the productivity of PTPN II Sei Semayang workers. Health has a positive and significant partial effect on the productivity of PTPN II Sei Semayang workers. Skills and health have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the productivity of PTPN II Sei Semayang workers. Keywords: Skills, Health and Workforce Productivity Abstrak: Analisis penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahuiapakahketerampilan dan kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas pegawai tenaga kerja.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian asosiatif dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 23. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 responden. Pengambilan data primer menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap prouktivitas tenaga kerjaPTPN II Sei Semayang. Kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap prouktivitas tenaga kerja PTPN II Sei Semayang. Keterampilan dan kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap prouktivitas tenaga kerja PTPN II Sei Semayang. Kata kunci: Keterampilan, Kesehatan dan Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja
