Abstract

Produktivitas hasil produksi mitra petani Wira Tani, Desa Tegal Sawah, Kecamatan Karawang Timur, Kabupaten Karawang tergolong tinggi, tetapi terdapat kendala dalam Penyaluran Produk-Produk tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pendistribusian dan penjualan produk hasil pertaniannya. Kegiatan jangka pendek meliputi konsultasi dan pendampingan penyaluran Produk-Produk dari Wira Tani, dengan didukung oleh pendekatan kelimuan dan terapan bidang Ilmu Manejemen Pemasaran. Sedangkan kegiatan jangka panjang adalah pembentukan embrio koperasi, yaitu suatu lembaga yang dapat secara berkelanjutan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan penyaluran ini. Upaya pendampingan memerlukan proses yang cukup lama mengingat daya tangkap para petani tentang distribusi dan koperasi dan keterbatasan waktu, di samping upaya mendirikan koperasi melibatkan instansi/lembaga lain sehingga pada periode ini tim pengabdi hanya mampu melakukan kegiatan pengabdian sampai dengan pendampingan dalam persiapan pendirian koperasi.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to study and analyze the roles of human resource management strategic on competitive advantage. The library research was used in doing and making this paper. The results of this library research indicate that the implementation of strategic human resource management consists of competitive advantage. Overall, the result of research indicates that the Strategic of human resource management strategies have effectively and based significantly role in the competitive advantage.

Abstract

Competitive advantage and intellectual capital are important factors in managing business organizations. This research analyzed correlation between Competitive advantage and intellectual capital. There are two purposes of this research: (1) to analyze the meaning of competitive advantage, and the meaning of intellectual capital, (2) to analyze the correlation between them. This is a literature study. This study found that the company should develop their human resources to become more competitive.

Abstract

Marketing strategy in Islamic business plays a crucial role in integrating Sharia values ​​with innovation to achieve success in a competitive market. This study explores how Islamic businesses can incorporate consistent Islamic principles with Sharia law while adopting innovation to meet the needs and expectations of modern consumers. Through ethical and responsible marketing approaches, Islamic businesses can build strong customer trust and loyalty. This article also discusses the importance of deep understanding of the target market, development of innovative products, and effective marketing communication in implementing successful marketing strategies. Additionally, this research highlights the importance of collaboration among stakeholders to promote competitive advantage and long-term growth in Islamic business. By focusing on Sharia values ​​and innovation, businesses can create unique value propositions that differentiate them from competitors and drive sustainable growth.

Abstract

The research to be conducted is to examine the performance of organizational human resources, which are influenced by Work Design using the job characteristics model (JCM) and Personality using the Big five model (Big Five), as well as by using the perspective of Congruency Theory. This research is based on the issue of economic recovery after the COVID pandemic from a management perspective. The object of research is 53 State Civil Apparatus. at the Regional Business Management & Investment Unit (PUDPM) in West Java. An organization that functions in economic recovery through the arrangement of existing businesses, as well as management related to investment in regional areas in West Java province, post-pandemic COVID. The research methods used is a verificative qualitative method, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The tests used for instrument testing are validity tests and reliability tests. In data analysis, multiple linear regression analysis is used, correlation coefficient analysis and determination and hypothesis testing using T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the correlation coefficient analysis show that 68% of employee performance is influenced by personality and work design, while the rest is influenced by other variables. While the results of the coefficient of determination were 46.2% and the rest were influenced by other variables that were not studied by researchers.

Abstract

In this study the research was a problem related to the Balance of Work Life and Compensation in the company PT. Indomarco Bandung which can affect Employee Job Satisfaction. The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the effect of Work Life Balance on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Bandung, (2) To determine the effect of work life balance on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Bandung, (3) To find out work discipline and work life balance and its effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Indomarco Bandung. The object of this research is all employees at PT. Indomarco Bandung and sampling techniques by applying Slovin formula. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The test used to test the research instrument in the form of validity test and reliability test. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The analysis shows that there is an influence and significant between Work Life Balance variable (X1) with Job Satisfaction variable (Y), There is influence and significant between Compensation variable (X2) and Employee Performance variable (Y). Work Life Balance and compensation simultaneously give an effect on the work satisfaction variable of 68.2%. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Compensation, Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, which was marked by the emergence of a new virus that affected the entire world from the spread of the virus, the impact resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic was to impact human resources within the organization. All employees in companies and agencies must do their work remotely (Work fromHome) in order to minimize transmission of COVID-19. Based on a pre-surveyconducted with the Head of Sub Division of Personnel and General Affairs and several employees of PT. PLN Rayon Banjar, the author found a phenomenon that causes the low performance of employees of PT. PLN Rayon Banjar, namely the workprocess and work results that are not in accordance with the company's expectations and have not been able to realize their work according to what has been determined by the company. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods, with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires as manyas 60 respondents. The test used to test the instrument is a validation test and a reliability test. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. The results showed that the implementation of work design and work discipline at PT. PLN Rayon Banjar has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with a contribution of 92.7%. Work design and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance by 68.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership implementation on employee job satisfaction at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Karawang. Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that emphasizes empowerment, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration toward subordinates. In the context of healthcare services, this leadership style is crucial in creating a supportive and productive work environment. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, involving respondents from both medical and non-medical personnel. The research instruments were developed based on indicators of transformational leadership and job satisfaction, and their validity and reliability were tested. The results of the regression analysis indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This means that the higher the implementation of transformational leadership, the higher the level of job satisfaction perceived by employees. These findings have important implications for hospital management in improving employee performance and retention through a more humanistic and empowering leadership style.
