Abstract

This study aimed at analyzing the impact of the work environment and organizational culture on its performance and implications for the satisfaction of elementary school teachers in the region of  Bogor - West Java. The method of data analysis uses quantitative decryptive analysis techniques in which its population is an entire elementary school teacher in the region of Bogor - West Java which the total are 18,653. While on collecting sample, the writer used the slovin formula with a 10% error rate in which a 99.47 collected amount of samples would be 100 responders. Research results confirm that (1). The work environment has a partial positive and significant effect on the performance; (2). Organizational culture has a partial positive and significant effect on performance; (3). The work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the performance; (4). The work environment has a partial positive and significant impact on work satisfaction; (5). Organizational culture has a partial positive and significant impact on work satisfaction; (6). Partial performance has a positive and significant impact on work satisfaction. (7). Work environment, an organizational culture and performance simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work experience on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Saka Motor in South Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 43 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study motivation significantly influence employee performance by 47.6%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 57.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemilihan Bahan Baku dan Efektivitas Quality Control Terhadap Daya Saing Produk Pada PT. Baja Lestari Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Pemilihan Bahan Baku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Daya Saing Produk sebesar 45,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,990 > 2,002). Efektivitas Quality Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Daya Saing Produk sebesar 44,6%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,837 > 2,002). Pemilihan Bahan Baku dan Efektivitas Quality Control secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Daya Saing Produk sebesar 56,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (36,224 > 2,770).Kata kunci: Pemilihan Bahan Baku, Efektivitas Quality Control, Daya Saing Produk.

Abstract

The development of the health and disease management technology supporting advanced as well as facilities. The purpose of this research is to know the operation process had involved the cecum to the / appendicitis the act of an anesthetic of medical staff that cause financial losses for patients in the implementation of the Act Of Law number 29 years 2004 about the practice of medicine to gain an understanding of the factors causing the an appendectomy / appendicitis with the action of an anesthetic by of medical staff that cause financial losses for patients in the implementation of the Act Of Law number 29 years 2004 about the practice of medicine . As for the methodology used an author in the juridical research methodology is normative and for scholarly activities which includes the stock taking , explained, to interprate, Systemize , and evaluate all the positive law applicable in a community or state , Based on concepts, definitions , categories , theories , clasifications , and methods formed and developed specifically to do all the activities are , that whole to prepare their activities are hoping to find a settlement to the problem of juridical law that might happen dimasyarakat in this regard to judicial decisions No. 625/PDT.G/2014/PN JKT. BRT. The results of the study and discussion can be obtained the conclusion that the act of an anesthetic by medical workers and paramedics in running expertise their which have inflicted losses for patients can be accounted for because still have to keep / based on the guidelines regulations and policy staged it set out in the act of no. 29 / 2004 about the practice of medicine, the act of no. 36 2009 on health, policy and directions head of&nbsp; MKDKI and KKI keputusan and regulations as well as the failure medical for every health worker / health workers in performing an action medical could be accounted for on all medical workers and paramedics who do it out of regulations and policies that exists because caused by other factors expansion of understanding unlawful act which includes not only flouted the rules written will but including also worried the rights of others, contrary to a legal obligation A maker of , contrary to morality and contrary to propriety , precision , and that should be taken in between hati-hatian community against the body or objects .Then required / regulations about the outcome of a policy governing ( resultaat verbintenis ) or in the business / ( inspaning verbintenis ) / medical workers health workers in performing medical procedures because / regulations about the outcome of a policy governing ( resultaat verbintenis ) business or power (inspaning verbintenis)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence customer interest in buying halal processed food. We use the voluntary sampling method with 110 respondents who are halal food customers in Indonesia. The data analysis was performed using the SEM-PLS method. The research was conducted for one month by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. This study to analyze brand image, perceived quality, perceived value, halal certification, health, halal awareness, and halal marketing as factors that influence customers' halal purchase intentions. The results showed that halal awareness, brand image, halal certification, health reasons, and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Berkah Cemerlang di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 53,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,616 > 2,009). Pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 45,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,408 > 2,009). Kompetensi dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,939 + 0,417X1 + 0,390X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 63,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (42,449 > 2,790).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Kitchen outlet berbasis online di Wilayah Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini harga produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 40,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,061 > 1,985). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 50,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,951 > 1,985). Harga produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,390 + 0,281X1 + 0,490X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 56,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (60,957 > 2,770).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Operational Costs on Profitability at PT. Tropical in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with samples of the financial statements of PT. Tropical for 5 (five) years, namely 2014-2018. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the Operational Cost variable obtained a minimum of 71.2 billion and a maximum of 89.2 billion and an average of 84.4 billion with a standard deviation of 75.1 billion. Profitability is obtained at a minimum of 7.12% and a maximum variance of 8.51% and an average of 8.04% with a standard deviation of 0.54%. Operational costs have a positive and significant effect on profitability with the regression equation Y = 2.574 + 6.479X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.886 or having a strong level of relationship with a determination value of 78.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.045 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inventory turnover and asset turnover ratio on return on investment at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that inventory turnover has a significant effect on Return on Investment by 94.8%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (12.055> 4,350). Asset Turnover Ratio has a significant effect on Return on Investment by 95.5%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (13.035> 4,350). Inventory turnover and Asset Turnover Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Investment, the regression equation Y = -9,262 + 0,267X1 + 0.073X2 is obtained and the value of determination is 97.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained by the F value> F table or (112.778> 2.770 ).

Abstract

In addition to the budget function, tax also has a regular function which aims to regulate the economy of the Tax Tax (WP) so that there is a balance in tax imposition. This role was felt very strongly during the Covid-19 Pandemic where the economy became sluggish due to the decline in people's purchasing power. This study is to determine the direct effect of this function on the community structure in Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative method by taking samples, namely the SMEs actors. The results of this study are to determine the direct effect of tax stimulation on the sustainability of their businesses during the pandemic
