Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Service Quality and Security of the eBranch BCA Application and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty and Corporate Image as moderating. The population in this study were customers of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. who already have experience using the eBranch BCA application. The amount of data was 116 respondents who were taken through a questionnaire using partial least square (PLS) data analysis. Based on statistical tests, the results of the study show that the Service Quality and Security of the BCA eBranch Application and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Corporate Image has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Corporate Image Moderation has no significant effect and weakens the effect of Service Quality and Security of the BCA eBranch Application on Customer Loyalty. Corporate Image Moderation has insignificant effect and weakens the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty Keywords : Service Quality, Application Security, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Corporate Image.

Abstract

Knowing the application of physical distancing and consumer safety to purchases with quality service. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of physical distancing and consumer safety on buying interest in brick products with the quality of health protocol services as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all brick product consumers at Bata Sunter Mall in Jakarta. The data collection technique uses random sampling by distributing questionnaires via Google Form and Whatsapp.Keywords: Physical distancing, consumer safety, interest in buying brick products, quality of health protocol services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product diversity and store atmosphere on consumer impulse buying with service quality. The population used in this study is a sample of consumers of Toko Kharisma, with 179 respondents. In the process of collecting data, this research data is collected using a list of statements / questions or questionnaires distributed in the form of google form. Method of determining the number of eligibility of respondents using the hair method which states that the repondent can be 5 to 10 indicators. The data processing method in this study uses the SmartPLS 3 software which is used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that product diversity has a negative and insignificant effect on impluse buying, store atmosphere has a negative and insignificant effect on impluse buying, service quality has a positive and significant effect on impluse buying, moderation of service quality is unable to strengthen the effect of product diversity on impluse buying, and moderation of service quality can strengthen and significantly influence the effect of strore atmosphere on impluse buying
