Abstract

ABSTRAK Mutu pelayanan kesehatan dapat memengaruhi derajat kesehatan dan kesejahteraan pasien, karena pasien yang merasa puas akan datang berobat kembali. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut terhadap kepuasan pasien di puskesmas Sentosa Baru Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif survei analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di puskesmas Sentosa Baru Kota Medan. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh pasien rawat jalan yang berkunjung dengan rata-rata kunjungan perbulan yaitu 422 pasien. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 81 orang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data hasil survey dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi-square dan regeresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh wujud (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), cepat tanggap (responsiveness), kepastian (assurance) dan empati (emphaty) pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut terhadap kepuasan pasien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa wujud (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), cepat tanggap (responsiveness), (assurance) kepastian dan empati (emphaty) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di puskesmas Sentosa Baru Kota Medan dan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien adalah variabel cepat tanggap (responsiveness). Adapun saran bagi penelitian ini yaitu sebaiknya puskesmas untuk menjaga kepuasan pasien pelanggan dengan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan melengkapi sarana prasarana yang masih kurang sehingga kepuasan pasien terpenuhi dan pasien menjadi loyal

Abstract

Pulmonary Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that is transmitted by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Until now, Pulmonary Tuberculosis is still one of the main public health problems in the world even though efforts to control Tuberculosis have been carried out in various countries. This disease, if left untreated, will cause death. The purpose of health promotion is to socialize self-prevention from TB. Lung. This community service uses a quantitative approach by using a questionnaire sheet as an instrument to find out the experiences of patients who have pulmonary TB and other communities to prevent it early. The post-test value with an average of 90.78% of participants answered correctly higher than the pre-test value of 81.32%. The knowledge of the community at the PB Selayang II Medan Health Center increased between 80-90% after being given counseling on self-prevention from TB Lung. The counseling used in a simple way with the lecture and demonstration method made the community understand about self-prevention from TB Lung. The conclusion is that the posttest results show that the community’s knowledge is better than the posttest that has been done.

Abstract

The establishment of the Employment Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) on January 1, 2014 is a transformation of PT. Social Security as stipulated in Law No. 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System (SJSN). This study aims to find out the factors that affect the satisfaction of BPJS Employment participants in the service of the Work Accident Insurance Program at Lhokseumawe Level IV Hospital. The method is quantitative with cross-sectional desaign. The study sample was 30 inpatients visiting Lhokseumawe Level IV Hospital taken in January-July 2024. The results of the study with Multivariate Analysis have the most dominant influence of the five variables, namely assurance with a sig value of 0.006. There is a relationship between tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, emphaty, assurance and the satisfaction of BPJS Employment Participants in the Service of the Work Accident Insurance Program, while the results of the study with Multivariate Analysis showed the most dominant influence of the five variables, namely assurance with a sig value of 0.006. Lhokseumawe Level IV Hospital to intensely conduct counseling to increase counseling so that patients can use BPJS employment health services.

Abstract

Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) regulations denotes the extent to which workers adhere to the utilisation of PPE that aligns with the prescribed standards and the potential hazards present in the work environment. The compliance with the use of PPE is influenced by the individual worker, taking into account their knowledge, participation in safety talks, tenure, length of service and attitude. Based on preliminary assessment of ten workers found that four of them did not comply with the usage of PPE owing to pain, heat, inconvenience, and delays in job performance when wearing full PPE. The objective of study was to determine the factors that influence compliance with the use of PPE at PT. Berkat Karunia Phala Duri Riau. This research design employed a cross-sectional analytical survey. The entire workforce comprising 36 individuals, was selected as the research sample. The data were analysed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate techniques. The results of the multivariate analysis with the Logistic Regression test showed that there was an influence between knowledge (p = 0.017) and length of service (p = 0.040) on compliance with the use of PPE. There was no influence between the implementation of safety talk (p = 1.000) on compliance with the use of PPE. The most influential factor was knowledge with Exp (B) 22.884.
