Abstract

The development of the industry is entering a new phase, namely the development of the halal industry, one of which is the halal clothing industry. According to the Global Islamic Economy Report 2017/2018, with the largest Muslim-majority population in the world, Indonesia is still inferior to neighboring countries such as Malaysia, which has started to develop the halal clothing industry. So an indicator of halal clothing is needed to compete with the country and stay on the halal path. This research uses data from a literature study which is then analyzed by analytical descriptive analysis. The results of this study found indicators that regulate halal clothing, namely: a) ensuring that the raw materials used are halal raw materials, b) the production process should not be mixed with haram goods, c) after the production process is complete if there is a product storage period must be stored in a separate place with goods that are haram or unclean, d) the distribution of production must be based on the principles of benefit and justice.

Abstract

This study aims to complement research on themes in line with objects. It approaches that have never been found in the research to analyze the implementation of operational supervision budgeting in 2019 and 2020 based on the supervision result documents of the IAIN Ponorogo’s Internal supervision. The research approach uses qualitative implementation case studies with document analysis of supervision results conducted in pre-supervision and post-supervision. Primary and secondary data are collected from informants in the Internal Supervision Unit through interview data, observations, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed by Miles and Huberman's data analysis method and validity test by triangulation. The compliance of the implementation of activities in terms of the criteria for completeness of documents and budget management has yet to be maximized. Second, the effectiveness assessment with a goal and system approach by assessing aspects of inputs, processes, and outputs in internal supervision has been practical, while implementing activities could be more effective. Based on the analysis, the role of SPI as a supervisor has a role in the form of a) a supervisory role, b) a consultant role, and 3) a catalyst role.

Abstract

Islamic insurance will have higher demand and high enthusiasm. Therefore, efforts to increase public knowledge about sharia insurance are a strategic issue in the development of sharia insurance. Consumer knowledge is all information owned by consumers about various products or services. Based on the results of interviews with prudential insurance agents, it was stated that there were still few people who had life insurance, all of that because the level of public trust was still low, this was due to their low knowledge of sharia insurance. And when doing promotions there is rejection from the community. From here, marketers must be able to provide knowledge about the benefits and advantages of Islamic insurance. This study aims: 1) to find out how the development of prudential sharia insurance in Ponorogo. 2) to find out the resistance factors of the Ngrayun Village Community to become Ponorogo prudential insurance customers.This type of research uses field research and uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews (interviews) and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) The development of Prudential Sharia Insurance in Ponorogo has gone up and down, but in the last period it has decreased. Especially in Ngrayun Village, Ngrayun District, the development of prudential sharia insurance is quite difficult because of various factors that influence people's decisions to join as customers. The prudential sharia insurance agent then determines solutions that can be applied in rural areas, especially Ngrayun Village, Ngrayun District. 2) Existing factors based on the results of interviews with consumers who have received socialization or offers from prudential sharia insurance agents in Ngrayun Village, Ngrayun District arise interrelated factors, both from cultural and sub-cultural factors, occupation, age, reference groups and family , as well as location. Of the several factors that have been mentioned above, these factors are closely related to the consumer's decision to become a customer.

Abstract

Baitul Maal wa Tamwil is one of the private financial institutions whose capital is fully sourced from the community. BMT has an important meaning for economic development as well as the development of social functions. BMT has a role to help, improve and develop the potential of the people in alleviating poverty. Based on the results of interviews with BMT, it was stated that the people around BMT Insan Mandiri were less interested in using musyarakah financing products. The number of customers during the last 2 years at BMT Insan Mandiri has increased quite rapidly, but the majority of customers choose other financing products. From here the BMT must optimize its marketing strategy to increase the number of customers for musharaka products. This type of research uses field research and uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) The overall development of the number of BMT Insan Mandiri customers has increased over the last 2 years. However, the majority of customers choose murabahah and mudaraba financing products. 2) Overall the 7p marketing mix strategy has been optimally implemented at BMT Insan Mandiri. The marketing mix strategy carried out greatly influences the development of musyarakah financing products. the public and business actors are not familiar with musyarakah financing products, so further learning and introduction are needed to increase the number of customers of musyarakah financing products. Baitul Maal wa Tamwil merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan swasta yang modalnya sepenuhnya bersumber dari masyarakat. BMT memiliki arti penting bagi pembangunan ekonomi sekaligus pengembangan fungsi sosial. BMT memiliki peran untuk membantu, meningkatkan dan mengembangkan potensi masyarakat dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan BMT, disebutkan bahwa masyarakat di sekitar BMT Insan Mandiri kurang berminat menggunakan produk pembiayaan musyarakah. Jumlah nasabah selama 2 tahun terakhir di BMT Insan Mandiri meningkat cukup pesat, namun mayoritas nasabah memilih produk pembiayaan lainnya. Dari sinilah BMT harus mengoptimalkan strategi pemasarannya untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan produk musyarakah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Secara keseluruhan perkembangan jumlah nasabah BMT Insan Mandiri mengalami peningkatan selama 2 tahun terakhir. Namun, mayoritas nasabah memilih produk pembiayaan murabahah dan mudharabah. 2) Secara keseluruhan strategi bauran pemasaran 7p telah diterapkan secara optimal di BMT Insan Mandiri. Strategi bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan produk pembiayaan musyarakah. masyarakat dan pelaku usaha belum familiar dengan produk pembiayaan musyarakah, sehingga diperlukan pembelajaran dan pengenalan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabah produk pembiayaan musyarakah.

Abstract

The enthusiasm of Muslims in Indonesia in carrying out Hajj from year to year has significantly increased the number of pilgrims. It is recorded that the number of pilgrims who will depart in 2023 is 221,000 people, consisting of 203,320 regular quota pilgrims and 17,680 special quota pilgrims. From the data details, the existence of KBIHU (Hajj and Umrah Guidance Group) Al Mabrur Multazam Banyuwangi is needed to create pilgrim satisfaction from the quality of services provided. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, where writing provides an overview and presents data using interviews, observation, and research documentation techniques. The results of the research can be concluded that, in general, the quality of Hajj and Umrah services provided by KBIHU Al Mabrur Multazam Banyuwangi has been carried out well because it carries out the dimensions of service quality, namely Compliance with Islamic Sharia (Sharia Compliance), Assurance (Assurance), Reliability (Reliability), Physical Evidence (Tangible), Attention (Empathy), and Responsiveness (Responsiveness). However, it is necessary to add mentors to provide maximum service and positively impact service quality on pilgrim satisfaction.

Abstract

One of the most popular types is e-wallet is ShopeePay. ShopeePay is the first and largest digital payments in Indonesia. ShopeePay continues to add to its product innovations, one of the innovations is the transfer feature to various banks. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, convenience and benefits on the decision to use ShopeePay transfers for FEBI IAIN Ponorogo students. This research is classified as quantitative research. The population in this study were FEBI IAIN Ponorogo students with a sample size of 100 students, who had used the ShopeePay transfer feature. The sampling technique used Cochran using multiple linear regression analysis methods using the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the influence of promotion, convenience and benefits had a significant effect on the decision to use the ShopeePay transfer for FEBI IAIN Ponorogo students. Then from the test results the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that perceived promotion, perceived convenience and perceived benefits affect interest in use by 45%, the remaining 55% is influenced by other factors / variables outside this research.

Abstract

Pembiayaam modal bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Pager difokuskan pada perbankan konvensional saja,  karena di Desa Pager belum tersentuh perbankan syariah. Karena Kampung Pager belum tersentuh perbankan syariah. Program studi perbankan syariah berinisiatif memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Desa Pager mengenai perbankan syariah. Sosialisasi merupakan kegiatan masyarakat dimana masyarakat telah belajar dan mengajarkan untuk melatih diri dalam kontribusi sosial sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki masing-masing. Sementara untuk pelaku usaha adalah model produk pembiayaan. Pembiayaan adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh dua pihak dengan menyediakan fasilitas jasa keuangan atau jasa keuangan (pihak pertama) untuk mendukung keberlangsungan usaha mikro, menengah, dan besar yang telah direncanakan (pihak kedua) agar berkelanjutan. Sedangkan bagi pelaku usaha dalam model produk pembiayaan. Usaha produk pembiayaan di perbankan syariah beragam dan banyak sehingga masyarakat dapat mengajukan pembiayaan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), yang mengutamakan pemanfaatan aset dan potensi serta bagaimana masyarakat memilikinya. Dari metode ini, hasilnya peneliti berharap masyarakat lebih memahami tentang perbankan syariah dan pembiayaan di perbankan syariah.Public financing is directly focused on conventional banking because, in Pager Village, sharia banking has yet to be touched. Because the Pager Village had yet to be touched by sharia banking. The sharia banking study program took the initiative to provide socialization to the Pager Village community regarding sharia banking. Socialization is a community activity where the community has learned and taught to train themselves in social contribution according to their respective potentials. While for business actors were the financing product model. Financing is an activity carried out by two parties by providing financial or financial service facilities (the first party) to support the sustainability of micro, medium, and large businesses that have been planned (the second party) to be sustainable. While for business actors in the financing product model. Businesses financing products in Islamic banking were diverse and numerous, so the public could apply for financing according to their individual needs. In this study, researchers used the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method, which prioritizes utilizing assets and potentials and how the community owned them. From this method, the result that researcher hopes that the public will understand more about Islamic banking and financing in Islamic banking.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumsi warga Muslim di Kelurahan Tegal Alur, Kalideres, Jakarta Barat dalam berbelanja online menggunakan metode pembayaran Shopee PayLater serta dampaknya ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan. Data diperoleh dari lima informan melalui teknik purposive sampling, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan, promo menarik, fleksibilitas pembayaran, serta pengaruh lingkungan sosial menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong perilaku konsumtif. Warga cenderung berbelanja impulsif, membeli barang yang tidak dibutuhkan, dan mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, menabung, serta berinfaq. Temuan ini menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian dengan prinsip konsumsi dalam Islam, yang menekankan keseimbangan, kesederhanaan, dan penghindaran pemborosan. Dampak positif Shopee PayLater seperti aksesibilitas dan peningkatan daya beli turut diakui, namun lebih banyak ditemukan konsekuensi negatif yang mengarah pada ketidakstabilan finansial pribadi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap studi perilaku konsumsi digital dalam perspektif syariah dan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan edukasi keuangan Islami serta pengembangan kebijakan pembayaran digital yang lebih etis dan berkelanjutan.
