Abstract

Lombok Island has an area of 163,342.99 ha comprise of Production Forest, Conservation Forest and Protected Forest. Protected forests in Lombok have non-timber forest products potential, and one of which is from genus Amorphophallus that has economic value. These plants grow naturally in the forest and have a variety of names as well as uses for these plants. The absence of clear scientific names and descriptions of these plants urge the need to study the genus Amorphophallus growing in the island of Lombok, specifically in the Santong Protection Forest area. The purpose of this study is to identify the various species of the genus Amorphophallus and give them a complete scientific description. This research was conducted for five months between June to October of 2013. The methods used in this research are the exploration method and the descriptive method. The results concluded that there are two types of the genus Amorphophallus in the Santong Protected Forest Area, which are 1. Amorphophallus muelleri Blume, 2.Amorphophallus campanulatus Blume.

Abstract

This research manifests the effect of Leader Member Exchange, and Information Technology Expertise on the Performance of Middle School Teachers in Purwakarta Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leader member exchange, and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta with the research method used was descriptive analytical. The research data were obtained from questionnaires which were distributed directly to 95 teachers of state junior high schools in Purwakarta Regency, which were spread across 51 junior high schools through Google Form. Data processing was performed using the SPSS program version 24.0 which included a validity test, a reliability test, a correlation test, a multiple linear regression test, and a classic assumption test. The results showed that partially leader member exchange had a significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta by 54.40%, and information technology expertise significantly influenced the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta by 49.30%. Simultaneously showed a significant influence of leader member exchange and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta Regency by 64.21% and the remaining 35.79% was influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.

Abstract

Patoni, (2021). The Effect of Additional Employee Income, Organizational Commitment and Information Technology Expertise on the Performance of School Administration Personnel During the Covid 19 Pandemic in Purwakarta Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of additional employee income, organizational commitment and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school (SMP) administrative personnel during the Covid 19 Panedmi era in Purwakarta Regency. The research method used was descriptive analytical. The research data were obtained from questionnaires distributed directly to 90 school administration personnel with the status of state civil servants throughout Purwakarta Regency spread across 53 SMPNs via google form, and data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 23.0 program. The results showed that partially additional employee income has a significant effect on the performance of junior high school administration staff in Purwakarta district by 32.42%, organizational commitment has an effect of 16.32 and information technology expertise has a significant effect on the performance of junior high school administration staff in Purwakarta district by 36 , 50%. Simultaneously, the significant effect of additional employee inclusion, organizational commitment and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school administration staff in Purwakarta Regency is 56.70% and the remaining 43.30% is influenced by other factors not examined by the researcher.
