Abstract

Telkom is a state-owned company engaged in telecommunications and network services in the territory of Indonesia. One of the products from Telkom is IndiHome. In IndiHome, the company's agreement system with consumers is to rent tools or devices for consumers to use to connect with IndiHome, then consumers pay monthly to extend the lease. Based on the basic provisions of the theory in Islam that leasing is a form of muamalah activity in meeting the needs of human life, in the sharia economic concept, leasing is called (al-ijarah), which has the pillars and conditions that become the legal provisions of the ijarah contract. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of renting IndiHome at PT. Telkom Indonesia Kandatel Purwakarta and to find out an overview of the sharia economy in leasing indihome products at PT. Telkom Kandatel Purwakarta. The type of research used is field research, while the approach used in this research is a descriptive-qualitative approach. The mechanism used in leasing IndiHome has provisions according to company procedures. The transaction process is carried out with customer registration via offline, carried out directly and online through the My IndiHome application and Call Center to PT.Telkom and if viewed in the sharia economy, IndiHome leases are included in leases that are not in accordance with the provisions of the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Ulama Council. Indonesia No. 112/DSN-MUI/IX/2017, including those related to mu'jir provisions that are not legally competent, provisions on benefits of objects that cannot be leased back and unclear rental times.

Abstract

Industrial revolution 4.0 bring up a new digital currency called cryptocurrency. This also brings a miners who works as an intermediaries to validate each transaction. This research aims to; Explain the Cryptomining, as well as an analysis of points in the Ijarah contract that are relevant to the activities. As for the step by step to mine the coins are as follows; assembling mining rigs, filtering coins, setting up applications, selecting the pools, then proceeding to mine along with routine maintenance, until finally receiving a reward. The study was conducted using a qualitative methods. Researcher collects data by acting as one of the cryptominer. Researcher took most references in the MUI fatwas to conduct analysis, as well as developing of hypotheses in the equalization of the Ijarah covenant towards the process in the Cryptomining activities. The results of this study show that the activities of Cryptomining, are mostly in accordance with the terms of the Ijarah contract. The Miners are equated with Mu'jir, cryptocurrency users as musta'jir, transactions that are processed as benefits, and prizes as ujrah. The mining activity itself is a muamalah activity which is mostly carried out digitally through internet media. Even so, there is still confusion in the terms of payment of the ujrah. Among other things like 'cash as the required payment'. The provisions provided at MUI DSN NO: 28 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 about money trades, (which in this case relates to the media of the ujrah payment). More on this matter requires ijtihad from clerics, especially DSN MUI.

Abstract

The banking industry is currently experiencing rapid development where the main activity of financial institutions is to collect funds and channel them back to the public in the form of credit/financing. Problems that arise from the financing process are bad funds from customers as an unavoidable risk with several indicators of causes such as customer income, disasters experienced by customers, awareness and refunds from understanding the financing contract contract. This study aims to analyze the effect of customer understanding on mudharabah products, murabahah products, and murabahah products and to examine the effect of average customer understanding on payment growth at BMT Niaga Utama Purwakarta. This research was conducted by quantitative descriptive method using a sample of 34 customers from a population of 67 customers. Determination of the research sample is through a random sampling system with a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the customer's understanding of the mudharabah product is stated to be significant for payment payments with a value of rcount (0.84) > rtable (0.648), while the customer's understanding of the musyarakah product is stated to have no significant effect on payment performance with a value of rcount (0.697) < rtable (0.738). As for the influence of customer understanding of the value of murabahah products, the sig. (2-tailed) number is 0.000 which is smaller than the level of significant (α) 5% and is declared significant. While the effect of the known average value of Ucount = 22 > Utable 17 shows that there is no difference between understanding the product of mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah on installment payments.

Abstract

Keramik hias merupakan kerajinan seni yang sudah ada sejak zaman dahulu. Keramik hias merupakan salah satu komoditas di Indonesia yang begitu besar peluang usahanya dan memiliki nilai seni budaya yang tinggi. Banyaknya masyarakat di daerah Anjun Purwakarta yang berprofesi sebagai penjual dan pengrajin keramik hias, dengan lingkungan yang agamis dan latar pendidikan agama Islam yang kental, namun tidak semua pelaku usaha memahami perdagangan yang sesuai dengan dasar-dasar muamalah. Sehingga memungkinkan pelaku usaha untuk bisa melakukan tindakan yang dilarang dalam perdagangan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui praktek jual beli keramik hias di UPTD Pengembangan Keramik Hias Anjun Plered Purwakarta, untuk mengetahui perspektif ekonomi syariah terhadap praktek jual beli keramik hias di UPTD Pengembangan Keramik Hias Anjun Plered Purwakarta, dan untuk mengetahui manfaat sistem jual beli keramik hias di UPTD Pengembangan Keramik Hias Anjun Plered Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktek jual beli keramik hias bisa dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu pertama, pembeli bisa langsung datang ke tempat penjualan atau bisa menghubungi nomor penjual secara langsung. Kedua, pembeli bisa menghubungi UPTD Pengembangan Keramik Hias di desa Anjun untuk melakukan pemesanan keramik hias yang nantinya dari pihak UPTD akan disampaikan atau dipesankan kembali kepada penjual atau pengrajin keramik hias. Praktek jual beli keramik hias di UPTD Pengembangan Keramik Hias Desa Anjun Kecamatan Plered Kabupaten Purwakarta dalam perspktif ekonomi syariah sudah sesuai dengan rukun dan syaratnya. Karena terlihat semua indicator rukun dan syarat jual beli muthlaq (langsung), salam dan istishna sudah terpenuhi. Sistem pemesanan keramik hias dibagi menjadi 2 yakni jual beli istishna’ dan salam. Manfaat adanya praktek jual beli yang ada di UPTD Pengembangan Keramik Hias desa Anjun Kecamatan Plered Kabupaten Purwakarta bisa menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dalam industri keramik hias. Selain itu, bisa mempertahankan peninggalan kebudayaan sejak zaman dahulu, sehingga dapat melahirkan generasi-generasi baru para pengrajin keramik hias. Manfaat bagi pembeli bisa mendapatkan harga yang lebih murah jika membeli lebih banyak dan menjadi sarana edukasi wisata bagi wisata lokal dan domestik.
