Abstract

Abstract— Today the trading business has become a trend to get money easily without having to work hard as long as you have capital. To get maximum results and avoid losses, it is necessary to have expertise in predicting the ups and downs of the stock market value. The purpose of this research is to utilize machine learning technology to predict the fluctuation of stock value by using the Long Short-Term Memory RNN model. From the results of this study, it was found that LSTM+RNN is suitable for use in single-step models. Keywords: stock price, machine learning, recurrent neural network, lstm Abstrak—Dewasa ini bisnis trading menjadi suatu trend untuk mendapatkan uang dengan mudah tanpa harus bekerja keras asalkan memiliki modal. Untuk mendapatkah hasil yang maksimal dan menghindari kerugian maka diperlukan keahlian di dalam memprediksi naik turunya nilai bursa saham. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan teknologi machine learning untuk memprediksi naik turunya nilai saham dengan menggunakan model Long Short-Term Memory RNN. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa LSTM+RNN cocok untuk digunakan pada model single-step. Kata kunci: harga saham, machine learning, recurrent neural network, lstm

Abstract

Abstract—OpenCV has more than 2500 optimized algorithms, which includes a comprehensive set of both classic and state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning algorithms. It has been proven by software companies, that is why the researcher will use it for face detection application with Java programming langguage. The purpose of this paper is trying to implement machine learning library OpenCV with Haarcascade algorithm to detect face from an image and to find the weaknesess of haarcascade algorithm. Haar cascade is proven still relliable to detect face. Abstrak— OpenCV memiliki lebih dari 2500 algoritma yang sudah dioptimisasi untuk digunakan dalam computer vision dan pembelajaran mesin. Karena keberhasilannya yang sudah dibuktikan oleh banyak perusahaan perangkat lunak, maka peneliti akan menggunakannya untuk aplikasi face detection dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mencoba menerapkan library pembelajaran mesin OpenCV algoritma Haar cascade untuk mendeteksi wajah pada sebuah gambar dan untuk mencari kelemahannya. Haar cascade telah terbukti masih cukup handal dalam mendeteksi wajah.

Abstract

Abstract— The sophistication and success of machine learning in solving problems in various fields of artificial intelligence cannot be separated from the neural networks that form the basis of its algorithms. Meanwhile, the essence of a neural network lies in its activation function. However because so many activation function which are merged lately, it’s needed to search for proper activation function according to the model and it’s dataset used. In this study, the activation functions commonly used in machine learning models will be tested, namely; ReLU, GELU and SELU, for time series data in the form of stock prices. These activation functions are implemented in python and use the TensorFlow library, as well as a model developed based on the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). From the results of this implementation, the results obtained with the CNN model, that the GELU activation function for time series data has the smallest loss value

Abstract

Ide dari Model-View-Controller (MVC) adalah untukmemisahkan antara lapisan logika, presentasi dandata dari suatu aplikasi. Pemisahan ini dapatmeningkatkan kemudahan pengelolaan dari suatusystem. Akan tetapi, MVC masih memilikiketerbatasan, yaitu skalabilitas. Untuk mengatasimasalah ini model MVC dimodifikasi danditingkatkan agar mampu memenuhi skalabilitas,dengan menggunakan Hierarchy Model-View-Controller (HMVC). Tujuan dari artikel ini adalahuntuk menunjukkan implementasi dari HMVC padaframework PHP CodeIgniter.

Abstract

Machine learning, which is part of artificial intelligence, has been widely applied in various fields, especially the medical field. Machine learning helps doctors make more accurate diagnoses. Heart disease is one of the highest causes of death in the world, so the need for accurate diagnosis is absolute for this disease. There are many algorithms that have been applied in machine learning to classify and detect heart disease, such as Linear Discriminant Analysis [1], KNN, Decision Tree, Random Forest [2], and Logistic Regression [3]. One classification algorithm that has not been implemented is Gaussian Naive Bayes. So, in this research the Gaussian Naive Bayes algorithm will be tested on the cardio health risk assessment dataset. From the research results of applying the Gaussian Naive Bayes algorithm to cardio health risk assessment data, accuracy was 0.87%, precision was 0.88%, recall was 0.90%, and f1-score was 0.89%.

Abstract

The use of forward-chaining and backward-chaining in an expert system is something usual. Where forward-chaining is a data-driven algorithm, while backward-chaining is goal-driven. Both methods are usually used for reasoning. Here, the writer will analyze effectively both method in their using for an expert system.

Abstract

In the era of object oriented programming, the analysis models of structured approaches is start to be left behind, because it is no longer relevan with object-oriented paradigm. Nowadays who become the standard of analysis and design of object-oriented system is Unified Modeling Language (UML). However UML is just notations, it doesn’t provide a framework to work in software engineering. The Unified Proces which proposed by Rumbaugh and friends, is a framework for object-oriented software engineering.

Abstract

An information system is a set of formal procedures that process data into information for decision making in an organization. Information technology makes it easier for humans to do various activities, including in the field of education. Basic education that must be followed by every child is Elementary School (SD) or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). The New Student Registration Process at MI Nurul Huda Depok is currently still manual, requiring prospective students to come to school and submit physical files. This poses a risk of data damage or loss. This study aims to design a web-based information system for new student registration at MI Nurul Huda Depok in order to facilitate the management of registration data and expand access to information. Research methods include interviews, observations, and literature studies. The software development method used is prototyping. The results of the study indicate that the web-based registration system can facilitate parents in registering their children online and help the registration committee manage data more efficiently. With routine maintenance, this system is expected to run without interruption and be a solution to problems in the manual registration process. ABSTRAKSistem informasi adalah seperangkat prosedur formal yang memproses data menjadi informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam organisasi. Teknologi informasi memudahkan manusia dalam berbagai aktivitas, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Pendidikan dasar yang wajib diikuti oleh setiap anak adalah Sekolah Dasar (SD) atau Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Proses Penerimaan Pendaftaran Siswa Baru di MI Nurul Huda Depok saat ini masih manual, memerlukan calon siswa untuk datang ke sekolah dan menyerahkan berkas fisik. Hal ini menimbulkan risiko kerusakan atau kehilangan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi berbasis web untuk penerimaan pendaftaran siswa baru di MI Nurul Huda Depok guna mempermudah pengelolaan data pendaftaran dan memperluas akses informasi. Metode penelitian meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah prototyping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penerimaan pendaftaran berbasis web dapat memudahkan orang tua dalam mendaftarkan anak-anak mereka secara online dan membantu panitia pendaftaran mengelola data dengan lebih efisien. Dengan pemeliharaan rutin, sistem ini diharapkan dapat berjalan tanpa gangguan dan menjadi solusi untuk masalah yang ada dalam proses pendaftaran manual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas website ETLE Polda Metro Jaya menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0, yang mencakup tiga dimensi utama: Usability, Information Quality, dan Service Interaction Quality. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada 135 responden, kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan semua instrumen valid dan reliabel. Rata-rata skor usability 3,86; information quality 3,84; dan service interaction quality 3,88 (kategori baik). Namun terdapat GAP negatif yang menunjukkan ekspektasi pengguna belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan tampilan, kelengkapan informasi, dan interaksi layanan.
