Aktiva tetap merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung dalam kegiatan operasional perusahaan dan bersifat tetap. Dalam perolehan aktiva tetap membutuhkan biaya yang besar dan diharapkan dapat dipergunakan dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Sebagai modal yang digunakan dalam kegiatan operasional perusahaan, maka nilai aktiva tetap akan mengalami penurunan. Dengan menurunnya nilai aktiva tetep seiring penggunaannya dalam operasional perusahaan, maka perlu dihitung biaya penyusutan aktiva tetap. Sebuah perusahaan yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang dalam menjalankan usahanya membutuhkan berbagai macam aktiva tetap, seperti mesin-mesin, kendaraan, peralatan kantor, dan lain-lain. Banyaknya jumlah aktiva tetap dan proses pencatatan yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel tentunya memberikan kesulitan tersendiri bagi petugas yang melakukan pencatatan dan menginventarisir aktiva tetap. Kesalahan dalam menghitung biaya penyusutan, kesalahan dalam menginput nominal, kesalahan dalam menghitung nilai buku aktiva tetap, lupa menginput biaya penyusutan di tanggal yang seharusnya, merupakan beberapa contoh permasalahan yang sering terjadi. Dengan adanya sistem informasi aktiva tetap, akan dapat mengurangi beban kerja paetugas, sekaligus dapat memberikan informasi yang lebih akurat mengenai data aktiva tetap. Pengembangan aplikasi dengan metode scrum diharapkan dapat menghasilkan aplikasi yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Karena dengan metode scrum, segala bentuk perubahan kebutuhan pengguna dapat dengan mudah disesuaikan tanpa harus menunggu aplikasi selesai secara keseluruhan.

Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masayarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai pembuatan sistem informasi berbasis web. Website informasi merupakan media informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat secara efektif dan efisien dalam penyampaian informasi-informasi yang berhubungan tentang kegiatan Masjid At-Taubah Jakarta. Kegiatan dilakukan secara tatap muka selama satu hari dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan Covid-19. Pelatihan ini lebih menitikberatkan pada kegiatan praktek dibandingkan dengan penjabaran materi. Pelaksanaan pelatihan secara hybird dengan menggunakan media conference dengan materi yang telah disusun sistematis. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan dapat menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki pemahaman yang meningkat terkait manfaat website sebagai sarana atau media informasi dan target luaran berupa publikasi di media elektronik. Kemampuan peserta terkait cara membuat dan mengelola website juga dapat mengalami peningkatan kemampuan menuju SDM unggul.

PT Medical Device Indonesia is a company in the distribution of books and medical devices. In the data processing specially the inventory section it used manual way. It made owner and employees of PT. Medical Device Indonesia become overshelmed in data management, so there is a need for a system to simple the inventory process. The study aims to analyze and design a web based inventory information system, so that the data is more accurate and minimizes errors in data processing. The method used in system development is using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology as making observations and interviews with the parties involved. For the system design method using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design method using UML such as usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams. The results of this system are the users are able to manage product easily, perfoming complete transaction and process the reports completely.

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) are one of the valuable assets owned by institutions/companies to achieve business goals and develop prospects for progress of institutions/companies so that HR plays an important role in decision making at the top level management. Employee performance is also a trigger for the success or failure of an institution/company in running its business. Employee performance appraisal is a step to find out the quality of an employee, what kind of work behavior and how loyal he is to his job. With the employee performance appraisal, the institution/company can determine the policies that will be applied to the employee, such as providing incentives, promotion to promotions, providing training and developing the capabilities of employees. This research focuses on the analysis of the evaluation of the employee performance appraisal system at PT Citra Pesona Gemilang using the PIECES analysis method. This method is used to evaluate the feasibility of implementing the system on the results of employee performance appraisals so as to increase employee productivity. The PIECES method framework that will be discussed in this research is Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service. This framework will be an indicator of the ongoing analysis and evaluation of information systems

In the era of technology that has developed rapidly today, of course, the use of computers can help human work to be faster, and more efficient, of course with the right hardware and software support. SMK 17 August 1945 is a vocational high school which consists of 2 majors, namely Administration and Book Management and Business Administration. At this time, book borrowing activities that occur in school libraries still use large books in recording borrowing and returning books, as well as in the process of collecting incoming books or new books to recording damaged books, until the reporting process is still done conventionally. Allows for errors in the recording process, data loss due to shabby old files or negligence of officers in terms of fines if there is a delay in returning books by students. Problems that occur during the process of borrowing and returning books in the library at this time, library information systems that can manage book borrowing data that can support and provide good services for staff, members and library visitors. Application of the waterfall model on software requirements, software system design, implementation and unit testing. While the information system design method will be described using a unified modeling language (UML), namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams.

Information technology, especially in the field of computer technology, has developed very rapidly which has brought to the new world, communication plays an important role in life. Various facilities are provided to meet all communication needs, especially sales. This can be seen from the many places that provide internet facilities to obtain information, which can be enjoyed by all groups at an affordable cost. PT. Sinar Surya Semestaraya is a company that sells fire extinguishers. The sales system is still not computerized, so it is difficult to record sales transactions and manage sales reports resulting in miscalculations due to employee negligence. This is less effective and efficient, because it is difficult to record and calculate the number of types of goods that exist. The large number of items sold and the crowd of buyers can make it difficult for sellers to organize and calculate sales transactions quickly, precisely and efficiently. The solution to the problem is utilizing accounting information systems, especially the sale of fire extinguishers. Through computerization, it is hoped that it will make it easier for consumers to make the purchasing process and get complete information. Information on product names is available using a website-based sales application program. Companies can market one product to consumers with a wide range, so that from a business perspective it is a good opportunity to expand product sales marketing.. Keywords: Accounting Information, Fire Equipment Sales, Information System, Information Technology Abstrak Teknologi informasi khususnya bidang teknologi komputer, telah berkembang sangat pesat yang telah membawa ke dunia baru, komunikasi memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan. Berbagai fasilitas disediakan untuk memenuhi segala kebutuhan komunikasi, khususnya penjualan. Terlihat dari banyaknya tempat yang menyediakan fasilitas internet untuk memperoleh informasi, dan dinikmati semua kalangan dengan biaya terjangkau. PT. Sinar Surya Semestaraya perusahaan yang menjual alat pemadam kebakaran. Pada sistem penjualan masih belum terkomputerisasi sehingga mengalami kesulitan pencatatan transaksi penjualan dan pengelolaan laporan penjualan mengakibatkan kesalahan perhitungan oleh kelalaian pegawai. Hal ini kurang efektif dan efisien, karena sulit mencatat dan menghitung jumlah jenis barang yang ada. Banyaknya jumlah barang yang terjual dan tingkat keramaian pembeli dapat menyulitkan penjual untuk mengatur dan menghitung transaksi penjualan secara cepat, tepat, dan efisien. Solusi dari permasalahan memanfaatkan sistem informasi akuntansi khususnya penjualan alat pemadam kebakaran. Melalui terkomputerisasi diharapkan memudahkan konsumen dalam melakukan proses pembelian dan mendapatkan informasi yang lengkap. Informasi nama-nama produk tersedia dengan menggunakan program aplikasi penjualan berbasis website. Perusahaan dapat memasarkan satu produk kepada konsumen dengan jangkauan yang luas, sehingga dari segi bisnis merupakan peluang yang baik untuk memperluas pemasaran penjualan produk. This research aims to find out whether there is a significant influence between information technology on employee performance at PT. Sarana Mitratama Sejati Jakarta. This research consists of two variables, namely information technology (independent variable or variable X) and employee performance (dependent variable or variable Y). The population in this study is all employees as many as 40 employees. Sampling in this study using a sampling technique saturated, that is, all populations in this study were used as samples.The samples used in this study were 40 employees of PT Sarana Mitratama Sejati and data collection techniques were through questionnaires.Data processing in this study used the IBM SPSS version 25 program to calculate the test validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing.The test results show that information technology has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Sarana Mitratama Sejati Jakarta.
