Abstract

In today's era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. The computer that is a device that was created to facilitate human work, while achieving good progress in the manufacture of hardware and software. Tanjungsari Village Office requires a system that supports and provides a satisfactory service for its citizens. That's why the author tries to make the final task about the system of correspondence services at the Village Office Tanjungsari which until now has not been computerized. At this time Tanjungsari Village Office is only a government agency engaged in the field of community services. The existing system at Tanjungsari Village Office is still done manually, starting from the recording of the existing population data in Tanjungsari Village, to the storage of other data related to the process of correspondence service up to the making of the report, making it possible at the time of the process of going wrong in the recording, the inaccuracy of reports made and delays in searching the necessary data. The design of this system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this government agency, and with a computerized system can be achieved an effective and efficient activities in supporting activities in this government agency. The computerized system is better than the manual correspondence system to run more effectively and efficiently and the system is now more conducive than the previous system. The research method used is the method of obeservation where in this method the authors make direct observations at the office of Tanjungsari Village, the second study method where the author in this method the author uses books or files and reports as a reference, the third method of interview where the method of this interview directly interviewed secretary Tanjungsari village. With the results of research services to the population is still not maximal because the system used is still using the manual system so that service to the population becomes less effective and efficient.

Abstract

SMK PGRI 1 JAKARTA is an educational institution that is on the road PLK II no.25 East Jakarta. Learning system that occurs in SMK PGRI 1 JAKARTA is still done in a conventional way, which the teachers and students do the teaching and learning process with face to face in a classroom. Conventional learning system, the teacher is unable to attend with a goal or time that is not sufficient in the delivery of subjects. Then there will be ineffectiveness of teaching and learning process. With the identification of problems above, it can be concluded that SMK PGRI 1 requires an online-based learning media that can help teachers and students in the effectiveness of learning in SMK PGRI 1. Research methods used in this paper is the technique of data writing and system development model. Problems that exist in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta among them is the absence of online learning media, teaching methods are still done directly in the classroom, Limited time of study in class so that materials that require discussion in a long time should be explained in a short time and if the teacher unable to attend for a reason it will result in delayed delivery of material that has been adjusted based on the curriculum, Lack of efficiency and practicality for students in obtaining material or collecting tasks. Because there are still many teachers in providing materials and gathering tasks conventionally or manually, so that felt inefficient in time and energy.

Abstract

STMIK Cikarang is an educational institution with teaching experience (tacit) teaching. Tacit is owned by teachers or lecturers poured or documented on teaching materials or explicit knowledge materials such as modules, slides, ltm, syllabus and sap. Transfer of knowledge done by lecturers or lecturers with students should be done in a discussion forum which at this time does not exist yet and can not be uploaded or downloaded by the students. Knowledge management system as learning distance learning media is an effective way to overcome the problem of sharing and transfer of knowledge in STMIK Cikarang. System development method used is prototyping model. Validation test using Focus Group Discussion. Software quality is tested by adopting 4 charteristics of ISO 9126 with characteristics of functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency. The results obtained from this research is Prototype KMS as a learning media distance learning based website that can be applied well with good quality testing so it can be a solution to improve mastery of knowledge in teaching and learning activities. Evidenced by the results of software testing with the adoption of 4 karasteristik ISO 9126 with the aspect of functionality generate percentage of 80.42% with good criteria, then the reliability aspects with percentage of 79.56% with good criteria, usability aspect with the percentage of 83.17% with good criteria and efficiency aspect with percentage 86,89% with very good criterion. Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan surat menyurat ialah kegiatan operasional yang biasa dilakukan setiap orang dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Pada PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk prosedur pengolahan surat masuk dan keluar saat ini dilakukan secara konvesional baik dalam pembuatan, proses mengelompokan arsip hingga mencari surat. Dalam prosesnya masih ditemui kendala-kendala pada surat itu sendiri ataupun sumber daya manusia yang terlibat didalamnya. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi pada proses pengolahan surat, maka perusahaan memerlukan sistem yang dapat membantu karyawan dalam proses pengolahannya. Pengelolaan surat yang baik dan terstuktur rapi akan lebih efektif dan efisien untuk proses arsip dan disposisi surat, kurangnya penggunaan media kertas dapat meminimalisir tingkat kesalahan di pencatatan surat, dan mempercepat proses pencarian surat. Sistem pengelolaan surat pada PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi proses analisa kebutuhan, desain, pembuatan kode program serta pengujian. Metode perancangan sistem yang dipakai ialah unified modelling language terdiri dari rancangan diagram usecase, diagram aktifitas serta pembuatan diagram relasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membantu karyawan yang terlibat dalam proses surat masuk dan keluar sehingga proses pengarsipan, disposisi, pencatatan hingga pencarian surat yang dibutuhkan lebih cepat dan akurat. Kata kunci: metode waterfall, prosedur surat masuk, sistem informasi, surat keluar, Unified Modelling Language Abstract: Correspondence activities are operational activities that are usually carried out by everyone in an organization or company. At PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, the procedure for processing incoming and outgoing mail is currently carried out conventionally both in the manufacture, the process of grouping archives to finding letters. In the process, there are still obstacles in the letter itself or the human resources involved in it. To overcome problems that occur in the mail processing process, the company needs a system that can help employees in the processing process. Good and neatly structured letter management will be more effective and efficient for the archive and letter disposition process, the lack of use of paper media can minimize the error rate in recording letters, and speed up the letter search process. The mail management system at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk uses the waterfall method which includes the process of needs analysis, design, program code creation and testing. The system design method used is a unified modeling language consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams and relationship diagrams. This study aims to help employees who are involved in the process of incoming and outgoing letters so that the filing, disposition, recording and searching process for the required letters is faster and more accurate. Abstract

Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan dan Pembelian Pada Koperasi Insan Mandiri. Abstract: The existing system in the Mandiri Insan Cooperative is a sales system that has problems that arise, one of which is a decrease in turnover/profits, a gradual lack of product sales levels due to the length of products sold, etc. Methods of data collection using interviews, direct observation, and observation. The results showed that the Mandiri Insan Cooperative still uses the sales and purchase accounting information system manually. Documents used in the sales accounting information system are sales notes, and lists of goods, while for purchases are sales invoices. Sales accounting information system procedures include the presentation of orders, receipt of payments and recording. Whereas for purchases are order recording, ordering, order processing, order receipt and order payment processing. The computerized sales and purchase accounting information system at the Mandiri Insan Cooperative is based on the WATERFALL analysis method, the new system provides greater benefits than the manual system. The design of the sales and purchase system is supported by the use of Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a system tool, programming language using Java Swing, and MySQL database. The results of the implementation after testing the system that has been running on the Insan Mandiri Cooperative, the sales and purchasing system at the Insan Mandiri cooperative runs smoothly, stable and efficiently by using a computerized system using Java Neatbeans Programming to implement it into the Sales and Purchase System at the Insan Mandiri Cooperative. Abstract

Doctor Laundry Coin merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan jasa pencucian baju dengan mesin cuci maupun mesin pengering otomatis dengan menggunakan cairan pembersiih dan pewangi khusus. Berdasarkan apa yang ada di lapangan, Doctor Laundry Coin dalam melakukan pelayanan jasa kepada pelanggan masih menggunakan sistem manual dimana setiap kegiatannya masih dicatat didalam buku besar. Hal ini menimbulkan permasalahan seperti penyimpanan data pelanggan yang kurang akurat, kesulitan dalam menemukan data pelanggan, rumitnya membuat laporan karena harus merekap banyak data, dan proses transaksi yang memakan waktu cukup lama, belum lagi jika bukti pembayaran hilang atau lupa dalam hal pencatatan transaksinya, tentu hal tersebut mempengaruhi dalam pembauatn laporan akhir. Untuk itu perlu adanya sistem yang dapat membantu mempermudah pelayanan pada Doctor Laundry Coin. Dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunaknya menggunakan metode Prototyping dengan tahapan Pengumpulan Kebutuhan, Perancangan, Mengkodekan Sistem, Pengujian Sistem, Evaluasi Sistem, Implementasi Sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan sistem informasi yang diusulkan kepada pihak laundry yang nantinya akan bermanfaat sehingga dalam melakukan pelayanan dan pengelolaan datanya menjadi lebih mudah, cepat, tepat, dan akurat

Abstract

Palang Merah Indonesia is a humanitarian organization with legal status, Palang Merah Indonesia that will be discussed in this study is the Palang Merah Indonesia South Jakarta. The New Member Registration System at the Palang Merah Indonesia South Jakarta is currently using a conventional system, which still uses paper media in the recording of new members, making reports and even making members' cards, in the process of searching for data administrative members also experience difficulties, where frequent data loss or data that is already dull. So it becomes a problem in the organization. Therefore, in this study, the authors propose to create a desktop-based new member registration management information system that is expected to help the process of managing data in the organization. In this writing, the author uses the Waterfall Method for the development of the system by analyzing, doing the design phase, coding, and testing the program.

Abstract

Abstract: Every year the number of motor vehicles in Indonesia, especially in the capital city of Jakarta, is always increasing, based on data from the DKI Jakarta BPS in 2016 the number of motor vehicles has grown by an average of 5% over the past 5 years. More and more motor ve-hicles make more air pollution, besides not good for health, pollution also makes motor vehicles dirty quickly, but behind all of that, pollution provides greater business opportunities in the field of motor vehicle washing services. In this study, the authors made observations on several a mo-tor vehicle washing service especially in the Cipinang area. In some of the places we visited to carry out these observations, most of the business services still use conventional systems to this day. For example, in the recording of transactions for each motorized vehicle that is washed, they record it in paper media which will later be collected to be included in the daily transaction in a ledger. Then for each transaction that occurs in one month that will be reported to the busi-ness service owner, the cashier recap every day for one month to be shown to the owner later using the ledger. In the development era that has been very sophisticated with the presence of new technology at this time of course it has been very lagging behind for the current system of business services, therefore the author wants to make a computerized system such as the appli-cation of point of sale cashiers which will hopefully be able to facilitate cashiers who tasked with these business services to input transactions that occur and make reports and calculate fi-nancial statements. This system uses system development with the waterfall method where the stages start from system design, system design, writing program code, system testing to system maintenance.Keywords: Information System; Service; Waterfall

Abstract

In the era of technology that has developed rapidly today, of course, the use of computers can help human work to be faster, and more efficient, of course with the right hardware and software support. SMK 17 August 1945 is a vocational high school which consists of 2 majors, namely Administration and Book Management and Business Administration. At this time, book borrowing activities that occur in school libraries still use large books in recording borrowing and returning books, as well as in the process of collecting incoming books or new books to recording damaged books, until the reporting process is still done conventionally. Allows for errors in the recording process, data loss due to shabby old files or negligence of officers in terms of fines if there is a delay in returning books by students. Problems that occur during the process of borrowing and returning books in the library at this time, library information systems that can manage book borrowing data that can support and provide good services for staff, members and library visitors. Application of the waterfall model on software requirements, software system design, implementation and unit testing. While the information system design method will be described using a unified modeling language (UML), namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams.
