<![CDATA[Stroke merupakan kondisi yang dapat memengaruhi jutaan orang di dunia, mengakibatkan keterbatasan fungsional kronis secara signifikan dan penurunan kualitas hidup penderita. Mobilisasi pada penderita stroke di rumah sakit tidak hanya dilakukan oleh petugas fisioterapi tetapi juga sebagai kewajiban seorang perawat. Tujuan: menggambarkan upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan mobilitas pada pasien stroke di RSD Liun Kendage. Metode: Deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di RSD Liun Kendage. Subyek studi kasus sebanyak 2 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, rekam medik, dan wawancara. Hasil: Pasien I belum menunjukkan pemenuhan kebutuhan mobilitas, sedangkan pasien II menunjukkan pemenuhan kebutuhan mobilitas setelah dilakukan tindakan. Kesimpulan: Masalah gangguan pemenuhan kebutuhan mobilitas pada pasien stoke dapat teratasi setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan. Saran: Perawat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan asuhan keperawatan yang optimal pada pasien stroke dengan mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Mobilization of stroke patients in hospital were not only did by physiotherapists, but also as a nurse's duty. The aim of this reaseach to describe efforts to meet the mobility needs of stroke patients at Liun Kendage Hospital Tahuna. Method: Descriptive with a case study approach in Liun Kendage Hospital. The case of this study subjects were two people. Data collection were observation, physical examination, medical records, and interviews. Results: I (first) Patient have not shown the fulfillment of mobility needs, while II (second) patient showed the fulfillment of mobility needs after the action. Conclusion: The problem of impaired mobility needs in stoke patients can be resolved after nursing care. Suggestion: Nurses can improve the quality of optimal nursing care services in the stroke patients by following the development of science.]]>
