Abstract

The Security systems using cameras as monitors or what is commonly known as Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) have recently become more prevalent. However, to have a monitoring system or monitoring requires a fairly expensive cost to buy hardware and installation services. On the other hand, the development of mobile devices is increasingly being used, such as smartphones and tablets. The ease of carrying and the variety of applications available such as WIFI devices and a series of other applications and at relatively affordable prices have made this mobile device more and more in demand by the public today. This research is based on the idea of ​​creating a CCTV camera application using a smartphone that is always with us. This use will be useful for seeing the state of the room or certain places and can be monitored directly using the Android mobile device itself or from a Laptop / PC / Tablet and others.

Abstract

Lecturers are academic staff in charge of planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training, as well as conducting research and community service. Lecturers are entitled to promotions and awards according to their academic performance. The selection of the best lecturers at STIKES Al Su'Aibah Palembang was carried out using several factors. The assessment is based on the performance assessment of each lecturer, namely knowledge of work, creativity, planning, quality of work, cooperation, attendance and attitudes towards other lecturers/employees. This study aims to build a decision support system that has the ability to analyze the selection of the best lecturers using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, where each criterion in this case the assessment factors and alternatives in this case the lecturers are compared with one another. so as to provide output values ​​that produce a system that provides an assessment of each lecturer. This decision support system helps evaluate each lecturer, changes the criteria, and changes the weight value. This is useful to facilitate decision makers related to the problem of selecting the best lecturers, so that the lecturers who are most worthy of being given rewards or awards will be obtained.

Abstract

Penyebaran  gas  berbahaya  dapat mempengaruhi keseimbangan ekosistem, jenis gas yang tersebar dapat  terdeteksi melalui hidung manusia, akan tetapi  bila  penyebaran  gas  tersebut  terhirup  manusia maka  akan  memiliki  efek  yang  buruk  dalam  jangka panjang  maupun  singkat  terhadap  manusia  tersebut. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem yang dapat  mengklasifikasi  jenis  gas  berdasarkan  tingkat konsentrasi  gas  yang  terdeteksi menggunakan  metode Support  Vector  Machine  (SVM).  Jenis  gas  yang  diuji adalah  alcohol  dan  butana  pengujian  dilakukan menggunakan sensor gas MQ dengan mengenalkan pola gas  terhadap  sistem  melalui  data  training.  Hasil  yang diperoleh  pada  penelitian  ini  menunjukkan  bahwa sistem  klasifikasi  jenis  gas  alcohol  dan  butana menggunakan  metode  SVM  dapat  mengenali  gas  yang terdeteksi  dengan  baik  berdasarkan  pola  dan  tingkat konsentrasi gas yang menyebar di udara.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan wilayah maritim yang luas perairannya lebih besar dibandingkan dengan luas daratan, oleh karena itu banyak digunakan transportasi laut sebagai pengiriman barang dan penyebrangan antar pulau dengan menggunakan alat transportasi yang berupa kapal. Banyak kecelakaan yang terjadi pada kapal laut disebabkan oleh sistem navigasi dari kapal yang masih manual. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem kendali autopilot pada kapal laut dengan menggunakan metode state chart. Pengujian kapal dilakukan pada jalur virtual yang selanjutnya dapat dipantau melalui PC, sehingga sistem pengendalian kapal dapat berjalan secara otomatis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem navigasi virtual pada kapal dengan menggunakan metode state chart dapat bekerja dengan baik pada jalur percobaan yang diberikan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 81.14%.

Abstract

Limited network resources and the increasing number of internet users in the current digital era have an impact on high traffic which results in decreased access speed to internet services. This is also a problem that occurs at the Indo Global Mandiri University (UIGM) Palembang, causing access to academic services to be slow. The purpose of this research is to identify the types of network traffic patterns which are then carried out by the process of grouping and visualizing these types of traffic. The data in this study were taken in real-time at the UIGM campus. The data obtained is the result of responses which are then extracted. The extraction results are processed using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method for the process of grouping and visualizing data. The results of this study can distinguish types of traffic based on communication protocols, namely tcp and udp, where the results of the experiment were carried out six times with the results being the first experiment where 99.7% TCP and 0.1% for UDP, the second experiment 97.6% for TCP and 1.1% for UDP , trial three 99.7 % TCP and 0.2% UDP, trial four 97.5% and 1.3% UDP, trial five 99.5 TCP and 02% UDP, and the sixth or final try 97.7% TCP and 1.1% UDP. The data from the use of the SVM method obtained several types of traffic such as games by 0.4%, mail 0.2%, multimedia 0.4% and the web by 82.8% and this research still produces data that the pattern is not yet recognized by 15.5% Keywords : Network Traffic, Classification, Support Vector Mesin

Abstract

Abstract In the era of industrial technology and automation, robots are widely used as a tool that can ease human work, so the robot which has a good control system is needed so that the work done by the robot can be optimized. The development of control systems in robots is currently quite rapid along with increasingly diverse human needs. Several methods are applied to the robot control system automatically. Fuzzy logic is a method that is most used in navigating robot motion. In this study will be applied Sugeno type fuzzy logic method as a robot navigation system which embedded in Arduino Uno microcontroller and ultrasonic sensor is used as distance input value, in each robot path is given 30 cm obstacle so that the PWM value generated by the robot can be measured. The results obtained in this study is the Sugeno fuzzy logic method which embedded in the Arduino Uno microcontroller can control the motion of the robot and avoid the obstacles in the environment well.Keywords: Control System, Navigation, Fuzzy Logic, Arduino, Ultrasonic Sensor Abstrak Pada era teknologi dan otomasi industri saat ini banyak digunakan robot sebagai alat bantu yang dapat meringankan pekerjaan manusia, sehingga dibutuhkan robot yang memiliki sistem pengendalian yang baik agar pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh robot tersebut dapat lebih optimal. Perkembangan sistem pengendalian pada robot saat ini cukup pesat seiring dengan kebutuhan manusia yang semakin beragam. Beberapa metode banyak diterapkan pada sistem pengendalian robot secara otomatis. Logika fuzzy merupakan metode yang banyak digunakan dalam navigasi gerak robot. Sehingga pada penelitian ini akan diterapkan metode logika fuzzy dengan tipe Sugeno sebagai sistem navigasi robot yang ditanamkan pada mikrokontroler Arduino uno dan digunakan sensor ultrasonik sebagai nilai inputan jarak, pada masing – masing lintasan robot diberikan halangan sejauh 30 cm sehingga nilai pwm yang dihasilkan oleh robot dapat terukur. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah metode logika fuzzy Sugeno yang ditanamkan pada mikrokontroler Arduino uno dapat mengendalikan gerak robot dan menghindari halangan yang berada di sekitar lingkungan dengan baik.Kata kunci : Sistem Kendali, Navigasi, Logika Fuzzy, Arduino, Sensor Ultrasonik.
