Abstract

The use of structured methodologies is needed to accelerate the repair process, helping reduce costs and improve efficiency. Monte Carlo simulation and Six Sigma methodologies can be used to analyze the risks associated with the total cost of the project. Monte Carlo simulation is applied to understand the variability in total costs resulting from the probabilistic cost item. With the range of variation of the Six Sigma methodology of project costs can be reduced by operating on input factors with the greatest impact on total costs. In this paper we will discuss how Monte Carlo simulation can be used in Six Sigma methods to analyze project costs. The results obtained can identify the elements of the risk of high costs, the difference between the estimates of each cost component and the average cost is obtained. Abstract

IT project portfolio managementis acomplex phenomenonin portfolio manage-mentasanew concept of knowledge management.Projects whichare toorestricting the us-age of resources without a risk calculation will be have effect to expectations ofthe success of a project.Strong leadership is needed to overcome these barriers, facilitating the new processes, and create a portfolio of projects with appropri at managemment. Knowledgeand understanding of the importance of project portfolio management especially in IT projects is required.The study discusses the descriptionof information technology project portfolio management, portfolio management models, problems and benefits of the implementation of IT project portfolios. The results explain several methods for calculating the economic value ofthe project and the steps in determining the selection of projects based on the constraints specified on IT project.

Abstract

Perkembangan pasar properti masih bertumbuh di Indonesia, terutama di kota-kota besar seperti di Surabaya. Namun menurut Bank Indonesia masih banyak properti yang belum laku terjual. Salah satu penyebab tidak terjualnya properti tersebut adalah ketidaksesuaian keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen dengan properti yang ada di pasaran. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan meneliti keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen yang termasuk dalam aspek perilaku konsumen dan preferensi konsumen yang mempengaruhi pembelian hunian berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya. Perilaku konsumen adalah bagaimana konsumen membuat keputusan ketika melakukan transaksi. Sedangkan preferensi konsumen adalah sesuatu yang lebih disukai konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dengan responden kosumen dan produsen yang selanjutnya akan dianalisa. Teknik analisa yang digunakan yaitu uji mean, T-test dan ANOVA. Hasil analisa mean menunjukkan bahwa responden konsumen dan produsen mengutamakan pekerjaan dan keadaan ekonomi dari perilaku konsumen dan keamanan dari preferensi konsumen. Pada analisa t-test, terdapat perbedaan pendapat antara konsumen dan produsen terhadap aspek perilaku konsumen yaitu variabel faktor pribadi. Sedangkan terhadap preferensi konsumen terdapat perbedaan pada variabel fisik, jarak dan lingkungan. Pada analisa ANOVA, terhadap perilaku konsumen tidak ditemukan berbedaan. Sedangkan terhadap preferensi konsumen, ditemukan perbedaan pendapat responden berdasarkan umur responden terhadap keempat variabel yaitu fisik, jarak, keuangan dan lingkungan atau lokasi

Abstract

Internet, Keamanan, 2FA, TOTP, QR-Code, UAT.Kemudahan akses layanan melalui internet menimbulkan permasalahan baru, permasalahan tersebut adalah terkait keamanan terhadap akses informasi. Keamanan internet merupakan hal wajib yang harus diperhatikan untuk semua pengguna baik dari keamanan fisik, data dan juga aplikasi. Implementasi keamanan digunakan untuk menghindari berbagai macam bentuk ancaman seperti pembacaan data, modifikasi data, interupsi oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang. Otentikasi adalah salah satu cara menghindari permasalahan tersebut. Terdapat dua jenis otentikasi yaitu otentikasi one factor dan two factor. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan implementasi algoritma Time-Based One Time Password (TOTP) pada sistem Two Factor Authentication (2FA). Implmentasi sistem ini mengkombinasikan telepon genggam sebagai token otentikasi pada aplikasi Android yang berdasarkan pada proses pembacaan Quick Response Code (QR Code) atau dalam bentuk secret key pada aplikasi Web yang hanya diketahui oleh pengguna. Penerapan TOTP pasa sistem 2FA sebagai metode keamanan ganda pada saat otentikasi dapat diimplementasikan pada aplikasi Web dan Android untuk menjalankan fungsinya. Hasil pengujian aplikasi menggunakan User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan memberikan kuisioner terhadap 20 responden didapatkan hasil 85,8% yang menjawab Sangat Setuju.

Abstract

This research particularly aims to reach The Influence of Competence and Organizational Climate in the Application of SAP Application Methods to User’s Satisfaction in Division Operation 1 and Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk Baturaja Site. The purpose of this study specifically to obtain the results of the analysis of the influence of competence and organizational climate in the application of the System Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP) application methods to user satisfaction in Division Operation 1 and Division Operation 2 of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Site Baturaja, both partially or simultaneously. This research is quantitative research with explanatory methods and survey research methods. While based on the purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis with a survey and explain the causal relationship between variables, namely competence, organizational climate, and test on user satisfaction. The data analysis tool used by researchers is SmartPLS version 3.0. The results showed that competency and organizational climate simultaneously did not have a positive effect on SAP user satisfaction with an original sample value of 0.19 but the t-count value was smaller than the t-table, namely (1.30 <1.666), whereas The partial competence variable has a a positive relationship, this is evidenced by the t-count value is greater than the t-table (1.75> 1.666) and the original sample value is positive at 0.18 and the organizational climate variable also affects SAP user satisfaction in Division Operation 1 and 2 PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) with the t-count value greater than the t-table, namely (5.22> 1.666) and a positive original sample value of 0.65.

Abstract

Narkotika adalah zat atau obat yang berasal dari tumbuhan maupun bukan tumbuhan, baik sintetik maupun semi sintetik yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan atau perubahan kesadaran, hilangnya rasa nyeri dan dapat menimbulkan ketergantungan. Ada beberapa jenis narkotika yang biasa digunakan oleh para pecandu narkoba seperti sabu-sabu, ganja dan ekstasi. Di Kabupaten Banyuasin banyak terdapat daerah yang menjadi pengguna ketiga jenis narkotika tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan potensi lokasi  tingkat kerawanan pengguna narkoba di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM). Kriteria yang dijadikan dasar pengambilan keputusan adalah banyak pengguna, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan dan jenis narkoba yang digunakan. Metode ini bekerja dengan cara menentukan bobot dari setiap kriteria yang dibuat dalam aplikasi ini, kemudian dari masing-masing bobot tersebut akan dihitung dari nilai yang didapat dari jumlah pengguna, kemudian dilakukan rangking untuk mengetahui lokasi mana saja yang banyak pengguna narkotika di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini  menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan yang nantinya dapat membantu petugas BNK Banyuasin untuk menentukan potensi lokasi penggunaan narkoba di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

Lecturers are academic staff in charge of planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training, as well as conducting research and community service. Lecturers are entitled to promotions and awards according to their academic performance. The selection of the best lecturers at STIKES Al Su'Aibah Palembang was carried out using several factors. The assessment is based on the performance assessment of each lecturer, namely knowledge of work, creativity, planning, quality of work, cooperation, attendance and attitudes towards other lecturers/employees. This study aims to build a decision support system that has the ability to analyze the selection of the best lecturers using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, where each criterion in this case the assessment factors and alternatives in this case the lecturers are compared with one another. so as to provide output values ​​that produce a system that provides an assessment of each lecturer. This decision support system helps evaluate each lecturer, changes the criteria, and changes the weight value. This is useful to facilitate decision makers related to the problem of selecting the best lecturers, so that the lecturers who are most worthy of being given rewards or awards will be obtained.

Abstract

The assessment process is an important step in the evaluation, as it underlies the successful evaluation of a project. One solution to make the project assessment more objective is to apply the concept of a Group Decision Support System (GDSS), which in the decision process uses computing. This research tries to implement the concept by building an application for project evaluation and providing recommendations on project performance in local government agencies. The proposed Decision Makers (DMs) are involved: Executives of Government Institutions, Project Management Work Units, Business Process Owner Units, and Communities represented by the DPRD. The computational process uses the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method, and the Copeland scores voting method ranks the project of all DMs. The results of application computing in implementing GDSS and MCDM indicate that the process of determining project rankings will be faster and more accurate.

Abstract

Indonesia, facing the dual challenges of rapid economic development and rising vehicle theft rates due to economic inequalities, has prompted a need for innovative security solutions in the automotive sector. This research aims to address this growing concern by introducing a sophisticated motor vehicle security system utilizing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. The proposed system employs RFID keys, which use ID tag cards as unique identifiers to activate motor vehicles. The methodology centers around the integration of RFID technology with a microcontroller, creating a security system that is both advanced and user-friendly. This system includes an alarm feature that is triggered when an ID tag card not registered with the vehicle's RFID is used, providing an additional layer of security against unauthorized access. The results of implementing this system have been promising. Testing revealed that the RFID locks, when combined with the microcontroller, effectively recognized authorized ID tag cards and successfully denied access when unauthorized cards were used. The alarm system also functioned as intended, activating when discrepancies in ID tag data were detected. This integration of RFID with a microcontroller not only enhanced the security of motor vehicles but also contributed to a significant reduction in vehicle thefts in the community, showcasing the potential of RFID technology as a viable solution to the prevalent issue of vehicle security in Indonesia.
