Abstract

This research aims at finding out the differences of health level of Financial Institution by using CAMEL. The magnitude of the potential financial institutions make profits in the segment of small and micro finance as a market for rural banks (BPR), especially Islamic rural banks (BPRS).. The level of Bank efficiency could be integrated with the performance of banks which was adopted from Central Bank (BI) criterias, namely CAMEL (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings and liquidity).

Abstract

One of the development efforts in the health sector is the availability of quality health services. The clinic is a health institution that reaches out to the community directly to provide treatment to the community. In order to create excellent service, the clinic must pay attention to the services provided to patients. Patient satisfaction is very important to be considered by the clinic management. Patient satisfaction is one indicator of the success of providing health services to the community. Mitra Sandona clinic is one of the clinics located in the city of Padang. This clinic provides BPJS services to patients. Health service satisfaction is achieved if what the patient gets exceeds his expectations. To determine patient satisfaction, an analysis tool called importance performance analysis is needed. This matrix analyzes the level of expectations and experiences felt by patients. Through this matrix, the clinical management can determine which level of importance should be improved, enhanced and maintained

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelayanan kesehatan sangat penting bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Hal ini menjadikan klinik memiliki peranan penting sebagai salah satu jawaban untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lapisan masyarakat dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan kesehatan. Klinik Murni Elok yang juga memiliki posisi di pusat kota juga dituntut berperan maksimal dalam peyanan masyarakat. Melalui peranan yang penting ini maka klinik harus meningkatkan mutu pelayanan yang dimiliki. Sehingga masyarakat dapat menikmati pelayanan kesehatan secara efektif dan efesien. Untuk meningkatkan mutu maka klinik harus melakukan analisis baik secara internal maupun secara eksternal. Sehingga tujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan secara maksimal kepada masyarakat dapat tercapai. Salah satu alat analisis untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan acaman adalah dengan menggunakan SWOT Analysis. Sehingga dengan menggunakan alat analisis ini klinik dapat mengetahui strategi apa yang harus dilakukan untuk kedepannya.Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Masyarakat, SWOT Analysis, Klinik, PelayananABSTRACT               Medical services are very important for all levels of society. This makes the clinic have an important role as one of the answers to meet the needs of the community in order to provide health services. Clinic Murni Elok, which also has a position in the city center, is also required to play a maximum role in community service. Through this important role, the clinic must improve the quality of its services. So that people can enjoy health services effectively and efficiently. To improve the quality, the clinic must analyze both internally and externally. So that the goal of providing maximum service to the community can be achieved. One of the analytical tools to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats is to use SWOT Analysis.
