Abstract

Gerakan Mukena Bersih (GMB) adalah salah satu program yang bersifat nirlaba dan berbasis relawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perumusan strategi komunikasi, pelaksanaan strategi komunikasi dan evaluasi dalam rekrutmen relawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deksriptif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme. Strategi komunikasi yang digunakan terdiri dari perumusan strategi komunikasi, pelaksanaan strategi komunikasi, dan evaluasi strategi komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan strategi komunikasi dalam rekrutmen relawan. Metode strategi komunikasi menggunakan dua tahapan utama, organisasi dan publik.Tahapan organisasi terdiri dari analisis dan riset, perumusan kebijakan, perencanaan program pelaksanaan dan kegiatan komunikasi. Sedangkan tahapanpublik terdiri dari feedback danevaluasi.

Abstract

Beauty Vlog is one content that is being watched by many Indonesian women on the YouTube site. From year to year the number of Beauty Vloggers from Indonesia is increasing, even giving birth to a community called Indo Beauty Vlogger with viewers who have reached 300 million views. This study aims to determine how the effect of the Indo Beauty Vlogger show on imitation behavior and how big the effect is among KPI female students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This study uses a positivistic or classical paradigm with a quantitative approach. The method used is a survey method. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with 172 respondents. The theory used is Albert Bandura's Social Learning Theory. The results of this study are Ha accepted, which means that cognitive, affective, and behavioral effects can influence imitation behavior among female students. Partially, cognitive, affective, and behavioral effects have a significant influence on student imitation behavior. Then by looking at the R Square value of 0.606 which means that cognitive effects, affective effects, and behavioral effects affect the imitation behavior of female students by 60%. Meanwhile, the remaining 40% is influenced by other variables outside the model used in this study.

Abstract

This article will explore new trends of Islamic radicalism dakwah trough Jihad against penista agama (Ahok) as part of jihad NKRI. Trend of radical dakwah in online viral media is interesting researched, regardless of the importance of the election, or Khilafah and NKRI bersyariah on the other side. The purpose of this research is to know the trend of radical dakwah in online viral media by calling jihad against penista agama as part of jihad NKRI and how the implication of this dakwah. Questions from this study will be studied using the theory of domination of interests (hegemony), given the war of position of the radicals is to seize the hegemony of society through viral online media. In the conclusion, the use of the term Jihad against penista agama, as well as political branding that radical groups maintain the integrity of the NKRI is a hegemonic form to defeat the moderate, tolerant, and plural cultural power of Muslims. Those with the intellectual actors behind them, realizing that in order to gain legitimacy the religious power must collaborate with the MUI (fatwa institution), then play social media to invite all to participate and counter discourse. After that, share with interested politicians to advocate on the idea he was proposing. Finally, they use symbolic slogans of Islam to bring Muslims to the struggle that they do.
