Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di UPTD Kalijudan dan UPTD Kampung Anak Negeri, Surabaya. UPTD tersebut melayani sesorang yang memiliki masalah kesejahteraan sosial. UPTD Kalijudan membina anak berkebutuhan khusus (tunagrahita), sedangkan UPTD Kampung Anak Negeri membina anak jalanan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di UPTD Kalijudan adalah bangunan yang kurang informatif, tidak ada penamaan pada masing-masing ruangan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di UPTD Kampung Anak Negeri adalah pembinaan anak jalanan secara tidak langsung. Solusi yang ditawarkan dari masalah ini adalah membuat dan memasang papan nama ruangan untuk setiap ruangan di UPTD Kalijudan dan papan slogan motivasi. Program pengabdian tersebut mendapat respon positif dari kepala dan pengurus harian UPTD. Hal ini terbukti dengan kesediaan mereka menerima tim pengabdian, bersedia memberikan masukan untuk desain dan isi papan nama ruangan serta slogan motivasi, dan keikutsertaan pengurus harian dalam setiap program. Hasil program yang telah terlaksana adalah dengan pemasangan papan nama ruangan maka tamu atau pengunjung mudah mengakses ruang-ruang di UPTD Kalijudan dan memberikan kesan indah pada lingkungan bangunan. Hasil program pemasangan slogan motivasi adalah secara tidak langsung slogan motivasi mendidik dan memotivasi anak-anak penghuni asrama, pengurus, dan tamu atau pengunjung.[This community service program was conducted at the Kalijudan UPTD and the Kampung Anak Negeri UPTD, Surabaya. The UPTD serves someone who has social welfare problems. Kalijudan UPTD foster children with special needs (mental retardation), while UPTD Kampung Anak Negeri foster street children. Problems that occur in the Kalijudan UPTD are buildings that are less informative, there is no naming in each room. Problems that occur in UPTD Kampung Anak Negeri are indirect street child development. The solution offered from this problem is to create and install a signboard for each room in the UPTD Kalijudan and a motivational slogan board. The service program received a positive response from the head and UPTD daily management. This is evidenced by their willingness to accept the service team, accepting to provide the design and content of the signboard with motivational slogans, and the participation of the daily management in each program. The result of the program that has been carried out is by installing a room signage, so guests or visitors can easily access the rooms at UPTD Kalijudan and provide beautiful choices in the building environment. The results of the installation of motivational slogans are motivational slogans to directly educate and motivate the children of boarders, caretakers, and guests or visitors.]

Abstract

Pengimplementasian dan efektifitas Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak dalam melakukan tindakan perlindungan, perawatan, pemeliharaan, serta pemenuhan kebutuhan hak secara konstitusional terhadap anak terlantar. Wewenang dan upaya Pemerintah Kota dan Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak atau LKSA dapat memberikan atau memenuhi hak konstitusional akta kelahiran anak terlantar yang memang tidak tau asal-usulnya atau bahkan sudah tidak memiliki berkas-berkas identitas lainnya. Hak konstitusional akta kelahiran merupakan hak dasar dalam penentuan identitas pengakuan status kewarganegaraan. Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak memberikan ketentuan dalam pengakuan orang terlantar melalui penetapan pengadilan, agar dari penetapan pengadilan itulah Negara memberikan jaminan hidup yang layak bagi anak terlantar kususnya di Kota Surabaya. Dasar hukum yang digunakan pada Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak adalah Pasal 55, Pasal 57, Pasal 58. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana wewenang Pemerintah Kota dan Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak di Kota Surabaya terkait pemenuhan hak konstitusional akta kelahiran anak terlantar berdasarkan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak dan apa saja kendala dalam pemenuhan hak konstitusional akta kelahiran di Kota Surabaya bagi anak terlantar. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu meberikan pandangan terkait peraturan pada pasal yang perlu diperhatikan atau ditinjau kembali dalam melakukan pemenuhan hak konstitusional akta kelahiran anak terlantar serta memberikan perhatian dan tindakan ekstra yaitu melakukan sosialisasi pada tata cara atau proses pengajuan, pengurusan, dan pendaftaran akta kelahiran secara online dari pihak pemerintah kota terhadap LKSA di Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work facilities, occupational safety and health on the work effectiveness of employees in Brebes Village, partially or simultaneously. The populace on this examine became all 15 Brebes Village employees. The sampling method uses a saturated sampling approach where the complete population is sampled. statistics series from dispensing questionnaires from respondents' answers. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis in the SPSS 26 utility. primarily based at the outcomes of partial check analysis (t test) it shows that work facilities have a massive positive effect on worker work effectiveness as evidenced by means of the effects of tCount > tTable, particularly 2.225 > 1.782 . The effects of the partial check (t test) for occupational safety and health have a large high quality impact on worker work effectiveness as evidenced with the aid of the price of tCount > tTable, specifically 2.344 > 1.782. The outcomes of the simultaneous check (F test) show that work facilities, work safety and health together have a substantial high quality have an effect on on worker work effectiveness, that is verified by means of the cost of FCount > FTable, namely 17.424 > 3.810 on this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and supervision on the work productivity of employees at CV Cir Alumunium Tegal City partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were CV employees. Cemara Alumunium Tegal City numbered 36 people with 10 permanent employees and 26 freelancers, with the sampling technique used, namely the saturated sample technique or census, where the entire population was sampled as 36 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with a partial test tool (t test) and a simultaneous test tool (F test). The results of the analysis partially show that there is a positive and significant influence on the motivation variable on employee work productivity. This is shown by t count > t table (2.516 > 2.032) with a sig value. 0.017 (p<0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the supervision variable has a positive and significant influence on the employee work productivity variable. This is shown by t count > t table (3.951 > 2.032) with a sig value. 0.000 (p<0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the subsequent analysis simultaneously show that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation variables and supervision variables together on employee work productivity variables. This is shown by t count > t table (21.556 > 3.284) with a sig value. 0.000 (p<0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords: Motivation, Supervision, Work Producyivity.
