Abstract

RINGKASAN Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur efektivitas Electronic Market dan Pasar Konvensional di Kecamatan Brebes dan mengukur tingkat efektivitas pasar dalam menarik minat beli masyarakat di Kecamatan Brebes berdasarkan skala efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Hasil analisis EPIC Model untuk masing-masing variabel adalah electronic market = 4,09, pasar konvensional = 4,08, dan minat beli = 3,87. Dari ketiga variabel yang diteliti, jika dimasukan ke dalam skala efektifitas maka ketiga hasil analisis dari variabel tersebut secara parsial berada di rentang “efektif”. Dilihat dari tingkat efektifitas maka electronic market lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pasar konvensional. Nilai EPIC Rate yang merupakan rata-rata dari ketiga variabel berada di angka 4,007. Nilai ini berada dalam rentang “efektif” pada rentang skala efektifitas. Hal ini menandakan bahwa tingkat efektifitas pasar di Kecamatan Brebes adalah “efektif”. ABSTRACT The aim of this research was to measure the effectiveness of Electronic Market and Conventional Markets in the District of Brebes and measure the level of market effectiveness in attracting buying interest in Brebes District based on the scale of effectiveness. The results showed that: EPIC analysis results The model for each variable was electronic market = 4,09, conventional market = 4.08, and buying interest = 3.87. Of the three variables studied, if included in the scale of effectiveness, the three results of the analysis of these variables are partially in the "effective" range. Viewed from the level of effectiveness, the electronic market is higher than the conventional market. The EPIC Rate value which is the average of the three variables is at 4,007. This value is in the "effective" range in the range of effectiveness scales. Abstract

ABSTRACTPenelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Pinjaman Modal Dari Bank BTPN terhadap Pendapatan UMKM di Desa Padasugih Kecamatan Brebes Kabupaten Brebes.Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pinjaman modal dari Bank BTPN terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Desa Padasugih-  Brebes. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisiss tatistik deskriptif, uji t dan koefesien korelasi.Dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 49 pelaku UMKM Desa Padasugih yang menerima pinjaman modal dari Bank BTPN diperoleh hasil bahwa pinjaman modal dari Bank BTPN berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan mereka dan pengaruhnya cukup besar sehingga perlu ditingkatkan lagi kerjasama antara Bank BTPN dengan pelaku UMKM dan kerjasama antar pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of maternal and child health services on loyalty of patients In Poly Kebidanan General Hospital District Brebes. By using 100 respondents (one hundred) patients and with the help of SPSS program to analyze the data obtained partial test results (t test) shows the value of t arithmetic of 12.441 is greater than t table of 1.984 or (12,441> 1,984) which means that the quality health services significantly influence the loyalty of patients in Poly Kebidanan General Hospital District Brebes. While based on Rank Spearman test results obtained r value of 0.785 means the correlation between service quality with loyalty is positive and strong. Keywords: service quality, patient loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACT                This research takes the title Effect of Service Quality and Promotion on Consumer Loyalty at Inova Printer Center Brebes. This study aims to determine: 1. The effect of Service Quality and Promotion partially on Consumer Loyalty at the Inova Printer Center Brebes, 2. The influence of Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously on the Consumer Loyalty at the Inova Printer Center Brebes, 3. Which variable has the dominant influence towards Consumer Loyalty at Inova Printer Center Brebes. While the proposed hypothesis is: 1. Allegedly Quality of Service and Promotion partially affect Consumer Loyalty at Inova Printer Center Brebes, 2. Allegedly Quality of Service and Promotion have a simultaneous effect on Consumer Loyalty at Inova Printer Center Brebes, 3. Allegedly Quality of Service has a dominant influence on Consumer Loyalty at Inova Printer Brebes Center. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The population in this case are customers who make transactions at Inova Printer Center Brebes. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is by regression analysis, t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The statistical results of the t-test are based on a significant value of 0.023 <0.05 and a value of i????????????g 2.315 >???????????????????????? 1.984 so it can be concluded that 0 is rejected and is accepted, which means that the service quality variable (X1) affects the consumer loyalty variable ( Y). Based on the significant value of 0.122 <0.05 and the value of i????????????g 1.561 <???????????????????????? 1.984, it can be concluded that 0 is accepted and is rejected, which means that the promotion variable (X2) has no effect on the consumer loyalty variable (Y). 2. The resulting significance value is smaller than 0.05 or i????????????g>???????????????????????? = 7.411 > 3.09, so it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous effect of the independent variable of service quality and promotion (X) on the dependent variable of consumer loyalty (Y). 3. The dominant variable on consumer loyalty is service quality. This can be seen from the statistical results of the t test which states that service quality has a positive effect on consumer loyalty, while promotion has no effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This study takes the title "The Effect of Job Stress and Internal Conflict on Employee Job Performance of PT. Permata Finance in Brebes Regency ". Theformulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of work stress andinternal conflict partially on employee work performance at PT. Permata Financein Brebes Regency, how the effect of work stress and internal conflictsimultaneously on employee work performance at PT. Permata Finance in Brebes Regency and which variable is the most dominant influence employee work performance at PT. Permata Finance in Brebes Regency. While the results of the t-test using a 95 percent confidence level (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.025) and the degree of freedom Nk (43-2) obtained a table of 2.021 and the results of calculations on the SPSS showed X1 = 1.880 which means that the count < t table. This shows that H0 is accepted or work stress significantly does not affect the work performance of PT. Permata Finance. Whereas at X2 there were 1,000 which meant that t count < t table. This shows that H0 is accepted or internal conflicts significantly do not affect the performance of employees of PT. Permata Finance. The results of the F test carried out using a 95 percent confidence level (α = 0.05) and df = n - k - 1 obtained an F table of 3.23. While the calculation results show 2,001. This shows that F count < Ftable which means that the H0 hypothesis is accepted which means that jointly the work stress-free variable and internal conflict do not affect the employee performance variable PT. Abstract

ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Brand Trust dan Desain Produk dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada Toko Miniso Passific Mall Tegal. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Trust dan Desain produk secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian serta variabel mana yang lebihn dominan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Dengan menggunakan uji t dan F diperoleh hasil bahwa brand trust dan desian produk berpengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh adalah desain produk. Sehingga saran yang diberikan adalah bahwa Untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian, Miniso harus terus berinovasi dalam menciptakan produknya terutama produk fashion yang banyak diminati kaum muda dan lebih meningkatkan durability atau ketahanan terutama pada produk elektronik. Dan terus meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dengan cara penggunaan testimoni pembeli yang sudah atau pernah membeli produk miniso sehingga dapat membangun kepercayaan konsumen terhadap mereknya.Kata kunci: Brand Trust, Desain produk, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the analysis of financial performance at KPRI Segar Brebes. The subject of this study is the financial performance of KPRI Segar Brebes in terms of liquidity, solvency, and profitability, the data sources used are secondary data obtained from data or records from examiners' reports on financial statements arranged in archives or books obtained from KPRI Segar Brebes. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that assets that are sufficiently liquid in paying their short-term obligations. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of role conflict and job authority on job satisfaction among Civil Service Police Unit employees in Brebes Regency. The population in this study were all employees using the census method in determining as many as 116 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with partial test equipment (t test) and simultaneous test equipment (F test). The results of the analysis show partially that the role conflict variable has a positive influence on job satisfaction, and partially the job authority variable has a positive influence on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables of role conflict and jobauthority have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the regression coefficient values that the role conflict variable has a more dominant influence on job satisfaction.Keywords: Role Conflict, Job Authority, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of accountability and transparency on public trust in the service of making a driving license (SIM) at the Brebes Police Resort (POLRES). The population in this study was 334 people in December 2018. 84 people were taken using the probability sampling technique. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with partial test equipment and simultaneous test equipment. The results of the analysis show that the accountability variable has a positive influence on public trust, and the transparency variable has a positive influence on public trust. Taken together, the variables of accountability and transparency have a positive effect on public trust. The transparency variable has a more dominant influence on public trust.Keywords: Accountability, Transparency, and Public Trust
