Abstract

Dokumentasi keperawatan merupakan aspek penting dari praktik keperawatan sehingga sumber daya manusia harus dilatih sejak dini. Penguatan pada aspek pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam pengembangan rencana asuhan keperawatan bagi seorang perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan tentu harus dipersiapkan secara baik sejak saat tenaga perawat masih berada dilingkungan kampus. Oleh sebab itu, mata kuliah yang merupakan bagian dari proses penguatan aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan calon tenaga kesehatan terutama dalam hal pengembangan rencana asuhan keperawatan harus lebih diperhatikan, baik dari materi, capaian matakuliah maupun media dukung yang digunakan dalam membantu meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang aplikasi asuhan keperawatan sebagai media penunjang mata kuliah Dokumentasi Keperawatan di Akademi Keperawatan Garuda Putih Jambi. Peneliti merekomendasikan bahwa dosen mata kuliah Dokumentasi Keperawatan memodifikasi formulir dokumentasi keperawatan menggunakan NIC & NOC dari NANDA dan sistem komputer dan secara rutin melaksanakan latihan-latihan pada saat proses pembelajaran tentang dokumentasi perawatan dengan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, sehingga mahasiswa menjadi lebih produktif, sebab dengan aplikasi tersebut mahasiswa tidak lagi hanya diam mendengarkan dan membayangkan bagaimana melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan, tetapi bisa langsung ikut ambil bagian dalam simulasi pelaksanaan dokumentasi keperawatan.

Abstract

Jambi Province is a producer of palm oil as a mainstay of commodities. However, the limited insight of farmers in Jambi to oil palm pests and diseases affects oil palm productivity. Meanwhile, knowing the types of pests and diseases in oil palm requires an expert, but access restrictions are a problem. This study offers a diagnosis of oil palm disease using the most popular concept in the field of artificial intelligence today. This method is deep learning. Various recent studies using CNN, say the results of image recognition accuracy are very good. The data used in this study came from oil palm image data from the Jambi Provincial Plantation Office. After the oil palm disease image data is trained, the training data model will be stored for the process of testing the oil palm disease diagnosis. The test evaluation is stored as a configuration matrix. So that it can be assessed how successful the system is to diagnose diseases in oil palm plants. From the testing, there were 2490 images of oil palm labeled with 11 disease categories. The highest accuracy results were 0.89 and the lowest was 0.83, and the average accuracy was 0.87. This shows that the results of the classification of oil palm images with CNN are quite good. These results can indicate the development of an automatic and mobile oil palm disease classification system to help farmers.

Abstract

The implementation of IT requires good IT governance mechanisms to conduct comprehensive oversight so that the business goals of an organization can truly be achieved effectively and efficiently. All levels of IT managers must understand that risk is uncertain and harms a goal to be achieved. Risk can be a big challenge for any organization or institution that must be able to perform risk management as best it can. With well-managed risk management, it will be able to protect IT assets and add value to IT management. STIKES Garuda Putih is one of the nonprofit organizations that operate in the field of health education. To ensure excellent service for all communities and stakeholders related to IT services, it is necessary to conduct IT governance analysis activities to see if it is working properly. The analysis activity will be done using the COBIT framework 5. In this study, the capability model as a measuring tool for respondents' answers from the questionnaire is made based on the cobit framework 5. Based on the results of the process maturity level analysis on IT management (capability) is in the 3.6 to 1.4 the gap, so that concluded that IT governance has been implemented, but there is still the domain must be improved to achieve the maximum level. It is recommended that SOPs and IT performance management achievement reports, IT risk management, IT management strategy improvement, and the need for an internal control structure of IT governance be established

Abstract

The limited knowledge of oil palm farmers on oil palm pests and diseases is related to oil palm productivity. Jambi Province is one of the largest oil palm producers on the island of Sumatra. Usually, to find out the types of pests and diseases in oil palm in the field, farmers need knowledge like that of experts about oil palm diseases. However, the limitation of facilities and capabilities becomes an obstacle. This study offers an expert system to analyze oil palm disease using deep learning. This method is deep learning with excellent accuracy. Various recent studies using DNN state that the classification accuracy results are very good. The data used for the expert system using the DNN algorithm comes from oil palm diagnostic data from the Jambi Provincial Plantation Office. After the oil palm disease diagnosis data is trained, the training data model will be stored for the oil palm disease diagnosis testing process. With a total of 11 classes (Leaf Spot Disease, Anthrox Leaf Blight, Leaf Rust Disease, Leaf Canopy Disease, Bud Rot Disease, Root Rot Disease, Fire Caterpillar or Setora Nitens, Red Mites or Oligonychus, Horn Beetle or Orycte rhinoceros, Bunch Borer Fruits and Nematodes Rhadinaphelenchus Cocophilus), with test variables including the number of classes, TP, TN, FP, FN, precision, recall, F1-score, accuracy, and Missclassificaion rate. The highest accuracy value was 0.88, while the lowest value was 0.83 and the average accuracy was 0.86. This shows that the results of expert system diagnosis on oil palm disease data with DNN are quite good.

Abstract

Clinic of Akper Kesdam II/Swj Garuda Putih located at RT.12 Desa Suak Kandis KM.17, KecamatanKumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Currently patient enrollment, there was a queue when the numberof patients who will be treated to increase, due to the manual search of medical records still are lookingfor in the storage closet that takes about 3-5 minutes. In making the report also need the time because thesource of the report used to use paper media. So that the report made no ready when requested by themanager. Source reports can also be lost, the impact generated report becomes inaccurate. Based on theabove problems, the solution is made is to design and build applications that can help manage patientdata and preparing reports on Clinic of Akper Kesdam II/Swj Garuda Putih. With this application, isexpected to reduce the queues that accumulate while the number of patients who come increased so as toaccelerate the registration process. This application is also expected to accelerate the creation of reportsrequired by the Clinic of Akper Kesdam II/Swj Garuda Putih.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan sistem pembelajaran pada satuan pendidikan mengalami perubahan bentuk operasional yang digeneralisasi melalui kebijakan pembelajaran secara online dan mengikut pada kebijakan sosial pada saat terjadinya peningkatan penderita virus covid-19, yaitu instruksi social distancing hingga berujung pada himbauan lockdown.Para guru SMP Neg 7 di Desa Kampung Laut Kec. Kuala Jambi masih ada yang mengalami Gaptek IT, sehingga masih perlu pelatihan dalam pengetahuan bidang IT.Banyak aplikasi pembelajaranyang tersedia untuk membuat media pembelajaran, salah satunya Aplikasi Google Classroom. Akan tetapi permasalahan sentralnya kembali lagi terhadap sumber dayapenggunanya yang kurang mumpuni. Maka denganprogram ini tim penulis memfokuskan padaprogram pengabdian masyarakat untuk memberikan pelatihan Google Classroom sebagai media pengajaran dan pembelajaran kepada para guru SMP Neg 7 Desa Kampung Laut. Diharapkan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan, para guru bisa menjalankan tugas belajar mengajar secara online bisa mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal sesuai target capaian pembelajaran. Abstract

SD Negeri 96/IV is at Jalan Sunan Bonang RT. 32 Kel. Simpang III Sipin Kec. Kota Baru Jambi City. In the implementation of learning evaluation, teachers at this school apart from using the paper-based system, have also tried to use other media, such as Quiziz, and Google Forms. But in practice, it is still not used optimally, because the teachers have not gained good knowledge of the features and capabilities of each of these applications. Making learning evaluations is an important part of an effective learning process. Therefore, in the digital era, one of the most suitable media to use is Google Forms, because Google Forms can be used as a tool that can improve the quality and effectiveness in making learning evaluations or exam questions with several question models such as multiple choice, essay, and can add images and videos to the questions. Google Forms will also make it easier for teachers to collect and analyze exam data. Community service at this school was carried out in March 2023. Activities are carried out using presentation, training, and evaluation methods. The conclusions obtained through this community service activity are: 1. Improve teachers' understanding at SDN 96/IV about the features and capabilities of Google Forms, 2. Improve teachers' knowledge at SDN 96/IV in making learning evaluations using Google Forms.

Abstract

Digital marketing training for MSMEs in Kuala Jambi aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of MSME players in utilizing digital platforms and reaching a broader market. This activity involves a series of tailored training sessions designed to empower MSMEs with essential digital marketing skills. The method includes practical exercises on planning and implementing digital marketing strategies conducted by MSME owners participating in the training. The results of this activity offer valuable insights into the effectiveness of digital marketing training in expanding the market reach of MSMEs. The practical implications of this initiative provide a foundation for local governments, training institutions, and other stakeholders to develop more effective and sustainable training programs to support MSME growth in the digital era.

Abstract

This article discusses the modification of the Caesar Cipher algorithm by adding a key as a way to increase its security. Caesar Cipher is one of the classic algorithms used to encrypt messages by shifting each letter in the original message 3 times, where the shift is 3 times as the key used. However, even though Caesar Cipher is relatively simple and easy to implement, this algorithm is vulnerable to brute force attacks because it only has 26 possible shift ciphers. Therefore, the authors propose a modification by adding a key to this algorithm. In this modification, keys are added to each letter of the original message before it is shifted, thus making the resulting shift patterns more complex and difficult to solve. The test results show that modifying the Caesar Cipher algorithm with the addition of a key can improve message security. However, the author also realizes that although the addition of keys can improve security, this algorithm still has other weaknesses such as being vulnerable to frequency analysis attacks. Therefore, the authors conclude that this modification can only improve Caesar Cipher's security to a certain level and still needs to be combined with other encryption techniques to achieve better security.
