Abstract

This study intends to explore and identify the epistemological basis of Islamic law in the construction of the Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Nomor 24 Tahun 2017 Tentang Hukum dan Pedoaman Bermuamalah Melalui Media Sosial. This qualitative research is in the form of a literature review with a normative philosophical approach. The analytical theory used is the paradigm of idealism and realism of Islamic law. The results show that the epistemological construction of Islamic law in the fatw MUI a on Law and Guidelines for Bermumalah Through Social Media integrates the tendencies of the idealism and realism paradigm of Islamic law. This can be seen from the various elements that underlie the construction of the epistemological building of the Fatwa MUI. First, universal ethical moral values ​​('am) which are taken from the theological text basis (nas). Second, the use of the rules of Islamic law (qawaid fiqhiyah) which emphasizes the rules of sadd al-zari'ah (preventive action) and maslahah mursalah (public benefit). Abstract

Pembentukan sikap sosial religius bagi anak usia dini di tengah perkembangan media sosial digital yang berkembang merupakan hal yang urgen. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan strategi praktik ritualitas kolektif dalam pembentukan sikap sosial religius anak usia dini di TK Islam Az Zahra Kebayoran Baru Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Terdapat dua kesimpulan besar penelitian ini.Pertama, terdapat beberapa bentuk praktik ritualitas kolektif sebagai media pembentukan karakter sosial religius bagi anak usia dini, antara lain praktik Shalat jamaah, haji, zakat fitrah, infaq dan lain sebagainya. Kedua, pembiasaan praktik ritualitas kolektif memiliki urgensi besar dalam pembentukan sikap sosial religius anak usia dini dalam tiga hal, antara lain perilaku pro sosial, prilaku ritual, dan perilaku religious pro-sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how single parent parenting is applied in fostering children's psychological development. This research is a qualitative research in the form of observation and interview studies. Research subjects (respondents) in this study are single parents due to divorce and death in Krapyak Village, Pekalongan City, Central Java. Meanwhile, the theory used as an analysis knife is the theory of parenting and the theory of psychology of child development. This study concludes that there are three parenting styles performed by single parents in Krapyak Village, Pekalongan City. First, democratic parenting. This parenting pattern has an impact on the child's behavior according to their psychomotor development. Second, authoritarian parenting. This parenting has implications for irritability, cowardice, irritability and emotionality. Third, permissive parenting. This parenting produces behavior in accordance with their own desires and causes the child to be aggressive, rebellious, and lack self-confidence.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana pengasuhan orang tua tunggal diterapkan dalam membina perkembangan psikologis anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif berupa observasi dan studi wawancara. Mata pelajaran penelitian (responden) dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua tunggal akibat perceraian dan kematian di Kelurahan Krapyak, Kota Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. Sementara itu, teori yang digunakan sebagai pisau analisis adalah teori pengasuhan dan teori psikologi perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan ada tiga gaya pengasuhan yang dilakukan oleh orang tua tunggal di Kelurahan Krapyak, Kota Pekalongan. Pertama, pengasuhan demokrasi. Pola pengasuhan ini berdampak pada perilaku anak sesuai dengan perkembangan psikomotor mereka. Kedua, pengasuhan otoriter. Pengasuhan ini memiliki implikasi untuk lekas marah, pengecut, lekas marah dan emosionalitas. Ketiga, pengasuhan permisif. Pengasuhan ini menghasilkan perilaku sesuai dengan keinginan mereka sendiri dan menyebabkan anak menjadi agresif, memberontak, dan kurang percaya diri.

Abstract

This study intends to explore various forms of spiritual education in fasting during Ramadan. This type of research is a qualitative research in the form of library research with a philosophical normative approach. The data sources used are various scientific literatures, both in the form of books (books) and scientific journal articles related to the discussion of the philosophical values of fasting during Ramadan. Meanwhile, the analytical theory used is the Sufistic andragogy theory in the form of takhalli, tahalli, and tajalli methods. The results of the study conclude that there are three forms of actualizing the value of spiritual education with Sufistic dimensions in fasting that can be carried out by an adult Muslim independently and informally. First, the actualization of takhalli values in the form of character education. Second, the actualization of the value of tahalli in the form of an attitude of social concern and various sunnah practices in the month of Ramadan.
