Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Jamsostek) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dalam Peningkatan Produktivitas pada PT. Surya Pratama Citra Sejati Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kenyataan yang menunjukkan bahwa belum seluruh pegawai dapat merasakan manfaat dari kepesertaan Jamsostek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan variabel penelitian terdiri atas variabel bebas yaitu Pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja, variabel antara yaitu Kinerja Pegawai Jamsostek, dan variabel terikat yaitu Peningkatan Produktivitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta Jamsostek sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, angket (kuesioner), dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis ini adalah analisis statistik dengan model analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Jamsostek) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dalam Peningkatan Produktivitas pada PT. Surya Pratama Citra Sejati Kota Sukabumi. secara simultan yaitu sebesar 19,421% sedangkan 80,579% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Dari hasil pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan, bahwa Pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Jamsostek) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dalam Peningkatan Produktivitas pada PT. Surya Pratama Citra Sejati Kota Sukabumi. Selanjutnya PT. Jamsostek harus terus memacu pelaksanaan programnya dengan memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yaitu kehandalan, Cepat Tanggap, Keyakinan, Berbagai Rasa dan Bukti Langsung. Kata-kata Kunci : Jamsostek, Kinerja, Produktivitas, Kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

To realize good governance, it is required that there is a commitment from service providers to provide the best service so that the needs of service recipients can be met, but at the regional level, such as in sub-districts, the community is often faced with conditions that are not very good or bad with public services including procedures for processing ID cards, birth certificates, making land certificates and so on. The object of research in Tarogong Kaler District, Garut Regency. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative which analyzes and describes phenomena or research objects through social activities, attitudes and perceptions of people individually or in groups by using literature studies. The results showed that the low quality of public services in Indonesia is greatly influenced by the poor performance of the bureaucracy where every public service delivery must have service standards and be published as a guarantee of certainty for service recipients which is a measure applied in service delivery that must be obeyed by the service provider and or recipient and the need for a communication media strategy and bureaucratic behavior in public services must correlate with empathy, participation, high achievement motivation, mutual cooperation organizational culture, sharing spirit, conflict climate, and human empowerment.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of Work Discipline and Rewards on Employee Performance.The research utilizes primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 respondents, who are employees of PT AKLab Nurse Call System in Garut. The sampling method employed is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. This study adopts a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. Hypothesis testing is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that both Work Discipline and Rewards have a significant partial effect on Employee Performance. The study concludes that effective implementation of Work Discipline and optimal provision of Rewards can enhance Employee Performance.
