On the other side, the process of conducting education in Indonesia nowadays is rightly tending to be static. It hasn't arrived at provisioning academic as well as administrative personnel who are capable of thinking and taking measures strategically or improving the organizations. The matters arising are that all the agents of previous educational organizations, particularly the state educational institution are still so dependent upon government subsidy that they ignore exercising the strategic management. Nevertheless, in its implementation, the strategic management also has limitations, primarily matters related with the agents' interpretation toward organizational environments which are quite varied. It is virtually hoped that all educational administrators are able to determine vision and mission, identify mandate and core competition, carefully analyze the tendency of strategic environments so that they can produce an accurate strategy and implement the indicated strategy in a correct manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze innovative work behavior at BNPB which will be used in this study to explore and examine the impact of transformational leadership and human resources on the quality of human resources. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples = 239 BNPB employees was obtained. Data was collected through survey method and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with WarpPLS approach. The results of this study found that the transformational leadership variable (X1) that has the highest weight is building the organization. In the innovative work behavior variable (Y1), which has the highest weight is developing ideas. Finally, the variable quality of human resources (Y2) which has the highest weight is continuous learning. Furthermore, there are two relationships whose results are not significant, and one relationship whose results are significant. Abstract

Measuring employee job satisfaction in hospitals in the digital era shows that digital technologies, such as online survey platforms, mobile applications, and data analytics, have increased the efficiency of data collection and analysis. These technologies enable faster, more accurate, and more personalized job satisfaction assessments, helping management better understand employee conditions and respond to their needs effectively. However, major challenges arise related to employee data privacy, limited digital infrastructure in certain hospitals, and resistance from some employees who are less familiar with digital technology. These factors can affect the quality of the data obtained and employee trust in digital-based assessment systems. Recommendations for hospital management include developing flexible assessment systems, investing in digital training for employees, and ensuring data security and transparency in its use to build trust. These steps can help improve overall job satisfaction and retain quality healthcare workers amidst the challenges of the digital era.
