Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di home industri “Mentari” Kelurahan Fatululi Kecamatan Oebobo Kota Kupang pada bulan Juli 2019 ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses produksi jagung ebi, nilai tambah dan keuntungan dari pengolahan jagung ebi, saluran pemasaran pada home industri “Mentari”. Penentuan daerah penelitian ini dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive) dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif diikuti oleh analisis keuntungan, nilai tambahmetode Hayami dan pemasaran jagung goreng pedas ebi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan jagung menjadi jagung goreng pedas ebi pada home industri “Mentari” bulan Juli 2019 meliputi pengadaan bahan baku, perendaman, perebusan, penirisan, penggorengan, pencampuran bumbu, pengemasan dan pengepakan. Penerimaan yang diperoleh home industri “Mentari” sebesar Rp 43.200.000,- per bulan untuk jagung goreng pedas ebi ukuran 350 gr, Rp 22.400.000,- per bulan untuk jagung goreng pedas ebi ukuran 200 gr dengan total penerimaan sebesar Rp 65.600.000,- per bulan dan keuntungan sebesar Rp 39.411.733,- per bulan. Adapun nilai tambah pada home industri “Mentari” bulan Juli 2019 untuk jagung goreng pedas ebi ukuran 350 gr sebesar Rp 27.861,-/kg dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 82,08 %, untuk jagung goreng pedas ebi ukuran 200 gr nilai tambah sebesar Rp 11.300,-/kg dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 71,75 %. Nilai tambah ini merupakan keuntungan yang diperoleh dari pengolahan jagung menjadi jagung goreng pedas ebi dalam penggunaan 1 kilogram bahan baku. Saluran pemasaran yang dimiliki oleh home industri “Mentari” terdapat 2 saluran pemasaran yaitu saluran pemasaran I dan saluran pemasaran II. The results showed that the processing of corn into spicy corn ebi in the home industry "Mentari" in July 2019 included the sourcing of raw materials, soaking, cooking, draining, frying, seasoning, blending, and packaging. The revenue of home industry "Mentari" amounted to Rp 43,200,000, per month - for 350 grams of spicy fried corn, Rp 22,400,000, per mont - for 200 grams of spicy fried Ebi corn with a total revenue of Rp 65,600,000 and profits amounted to Rp 39.411.733,- per month. The added value of the home industry of Mentari in July 2019 for 350 grams of spicy ebi-fried corn is Rp 27.861,-/kg with a value added of 82,08 %, for 200 grams of spicy ebi-fried corn the value added is Rp 11.300,-/Kg at a value added ratio of 71,75 %. This added value results from the processing of corn into ebi-spicy fried corn using 1 kg of raw material. The marketing channels of the domestic industry "Mentari" consist of 2 marketing channels, namely the marketing channel I and the marketing channel II. Abstract

This research was conducted in Aeramo Village Aesesa District Nagekeo Regency in February - March 2020. This research aims to find out: (1) The amount of rice farming income in the first growing season of 2019 (2) factors that affect rice field production. The data collection method used in this study is the survey method. . 69 respondents who had been proportional random sampling method. The types of data collected are primary and secondary data. The data and information obtained are analyzed quantitatively. To answer the first goal the data is analyzed using revenue analysis, while to answer the second goal the data is analyzed using analysis of Cobb-Douglas production functions. The results showed that (1) the total income of rice farming in Aeramo Village amounted to Rp 591,195,000 with an average per farmer respondent of Rp 8,568,043/res. (2) Production factors analyzed using the Cobb-douglas method obtained the following models: Y = 3.807 + 0.306X1 + 0.222X2 + 0.451X3 + 0.023X4 – 0.076X5 – 0.028X6 -0.037X7. From the results of the analysis is known Determination Coefficient (R2) of 0.853 which means the area of land, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, labor, agricultural experience and formal education affects rice paddy production by 85% while the remaining 15% is influenced by other factors that are not studied. F test results showed that production factors together influenced rice paddy production. T test results showed that the widespread factors of land, seeds, fertilizers had a real effect on rice production while pesticides, labor, agricultural experience and formal education had no real effect on rice production.

Abstract

This research was conducted in West Kupang District, particularly in Oenesu Subdistric and Kuanheun Village in November 2019. This research aimed to determine the amount of peanut production and the factors that affect the production of peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.). The location of the research was purposively determined with respondents from 64 peanut farmers using the Slovenian formula. The type of data collected was primary and secondary data. The collected data was then analyzed descriptively to find out the first object and using the analysis of the cobb-douglas function to find out the second object. The results showed that: (1) The total peanut production of the respondents in West Kupang subdistrict was 76. 70 kg for a total area of ​​6.137 acres with the highest production at 2.200 kg and the lowest at 500 kg with a productivity of 1.2 tons/ha (2) Based on the results of Cobb-Douglas production function analysis, land area and seed had a significant effect on peanut production. While labour, the age, education level and agricultural experience of the farmer had no significant influence on peanut production.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pape Village, Bajawa Sub District, Ngada Regency in April 2019. The objectives of this study were: To determine the income of green mustard (Brassica Juncea L) farming in Pape Village, Bajawa Sub District, Ngada Regency, determine the relative advantages of green mustard farming in Pape Village. Bajawa Sub District, Ngada Regency: knowing the BEP Production and BEP Prices for green mustard farming in Pape Village, Bajawa District, Ngada Regency.The method used in this research is the census method. because the population is small, namely 60 vegetable farmers. The types of data collected are primary data and secondary data.The results showed that: 1) The average area of ​​land ownership for vegetable farming was 17 acres. The labor used is labor in the family, the average cost of the mustard farmers is Rp. 5,540,228.The average income of the respondents was Rp. 29,632,689, with an R / C Ratio of Rp. 6,34, while the BEP of mustard farming production in Pape Village is 788.08 kg, and BEP Price is Rp. 1108,04.
