Abstract

This observation is backgrounded on the condition where the departement of land still found many problems such as unqualified administrative requirements and many other problems have been passed by public in handling the land certificate. This things happened due to unsatisfaction services such as the duration of file handling and also measurements. 6 months is required due to many procedure needed and the long duration of file handling. The theories used in this observation is includes many description in customer relation, the element of service, the service's standard, bureaucracy, and public's satisfaction. The object in this observation is people who taking care on their Land certificate as many as 40 people. The methods in this observation is quantitative method. The result of the research is that according to the analysis and evaluation, found a result that t test is 4,3504 (tcount>ttable) have a positive and significant relation between the service and the satisfaction. the coefficient determination is 33,24%. So we can conclude, that public's satisfaction is affected by the services as many as 33,24% while 66,76% is affected by other factors.

Abstract

The issuance of trading business licenses in Indonesia has not been fully implemented properly in accordance with the objectives of public services. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of public services in the process of issuing trading business licenses at the investment office and PTSP Medan City. The data were analyzed qualitatively by using the theory of effectiveness according to Duncan (Steers 1985:53). From the research results, the issuance of trading business licenses is still not effective because the time for completion of permits exceeds the existing standard time and the socialization carried out is also not fully evenly distributed, but the existing facilities and infrastructure are very supportive as supporting services in the management of trading business permits.

Abstract

Pemerintah daerah harus mendukung terciptanya cadangan pangan komunal yang sesuai dengan kearifan lokal untuk menjamin ketersediaan pangan. Program Lumbung Pangan Masyarakat merupakan inisiatif untuk menilai jenis dan jumlah pangan yang dibutuhkan masyarakat di pedesaan, dengan tujuan untuk menjamin ketersediaan pangan bagi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. Dalam upaya membangun cadangan pangan di Kabupaten Deli Serdang, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan program lumbung pangan masyarakat. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terkait program digunakan sebagai strategi pengumpulan data. Setelah pengumpulan data, tiga pendekatan kemanjuran sumber, proses, dan target digunakan untuk memahami dan menganalisis data. Menurut hasil penelitian, program Lumbung Pangan Masyarakat di Kabupaten Deli Serdang masih belum efektif karena kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, serta sumber daya manusia yang tidak mampu memberikan arahan, pelatihan, dan pemberdayaan kelompok. Kegiatan simpan pinjam gabah antar anggota kelompok tidak dilakukan karena adanya ketidakpastian dalam pemberian bantuan gabah. Sehingga pemeberdayaan dalam mengajarkan dan memperkuat organisasi inventif dan kreatif yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan kelompok masyarakat sangat penting dilakukan.

Abstract

Every General Election, the citizens of Medan City face quite a challenge in exercising their right to vote. Lack of political understanding may be the cause of the low voter participation among the citizens of Medan City. Passive activities in political education and political socialization contributed to the low level of involvement in Medan City. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to inform youth groups about digital-based political education through digital content development training. Participatory Learning and Action methods through learning procedures that combine lecture techniques and participatory discussions to group learning are carried out in this activity. Service activities carried out for Youth Karang Taruna, Medan Johor Subdistrict, include: First, learning about political education. Second, improve digital literacy competence and digital content creation. Third, training to become a content creator. The results of the service recommend activity participants improve their skills in creating digital content. Further development and training are needed to be skilled in honing the ability to produce digital content. For the sake of knowledge that is implemented in the form of digital-based political education, continuous guidance and assistance are needed for Youth Karang Taruna, Medan Johor District.
