Abstract

This study aims to look at the factors that drive the Jakarta BRT public transportation to be of interest. This research method uses qualitative methods, data sources in this study include (satudatajakarta.com), (transjakarta.com) and (opendata.com), this study also uses the qualitative data analysis software (QDSA) NVivo 12 plus method. The results of this study answer the increase in the number of TransJakarta users driven by the number of modern infrastructure and integrated transportation systems. Management of information through social media, websites, and applications encourages the quality of TransJakarta services, trans-Jakarta users can access information quickly about location and information on Transjakarta. Abstract

Kemampuan pemerintah daerah dalam mengelola keuangan tercermin dalam Anggaran PendapatanBelanja Daerah (APBD) yang menggambarkan kemampuan pemerintah daerah dalam membiayai kegiatanpelaksanaan tugas pembangunan, serta pemerataan dan keadilan dengan mengembangkan seluruh potensi yangdimiliki oleh masing-masing daerah. Perumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: Apakah tedapat perkembangankemampuan keuangan daerah di kabupaten Nganjuk dalam rangka mendukung pelaksanaan otonomi daerah?.Dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perkembangan kemampuan keuangan di Kabupaten Nganjuk untuktahun anggaran 2005-2009 dalam rangka mendukung pelaksanaan otonomi daerah.Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan obyek penelitian PEMDA Kabupaten Nganjuk.Data sekunder yang dibutuhkan adalah APBD TA. 2005-2009. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara Dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dipergunakan: (1) rasio kemandirian,(2) Rasio derajat desentralisasi fiskal, (3) Rasio indeks kemampuan rutin, (4) rasio keserasian, dan (5) rasiopertumbuhan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) rasio kemandirian berstatus rendah sekali, (3) rasio derajatdesentralisasi fiskal masih kurang, (3) rasio indeks rutin berskala kurang, (4) rasio keserasian menunjukkanhasil belanja rutin lebih besar dari belanja pembangunan, (5) rasio pertumbuhan terjadi pertumbuhan positifdan negatif. Keterbatasan penelitian: hanya menggunakan analisis rasio, tidak menganalisis keseluruhan unsurAPBD.

Abstract

Transportation is one of the basic human needs today, especially for the people of Yogyakarta city. The type of transportation that is most in – demand and is seen as providing significant benefits is Gojek online transportation. The existence of Gojek in the city of Yogyakarta has an impact on community. This research aims to look at these impacts by using the concept of sustainable development goals with environmental, social, economic pillars. Based in the research conducted, it was obtain that the existence of Gojek in the city of Yogyakarta has an environmental, social and economic impact. On environmental impact found that Gojek is one of the sustainable transportation. Researchers found that the volume of vehicles that have a lot of impact on congestion makes Yogyakarta the 4th most expensive city Indonesia but does not significantly impact air pollution. Gojek has succeeded in creating one rule that makes the distribution of pollution relatively stable. In addition to the policy factors of Gojek, the role of the Yogyakarta city government is also a considerable factor. Social impact cause internal and external conflict, while the economic impact of society feels very helpful. Gojek sustainable analysis found that Gojek is not a solution for sustainable urban transportation in the future

Abstract

This study aims to identify sonjo movements in taking a role to help reduce the risk of the spread of Covid-19 in communities within the scope of Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach and research also uses Civil Society theory and New Social Movement theory. The results of this study can be known sonjo made efforts in reducing the risk and countermeasures of Covid-19 by carrying out a program, namely Jimpitan Vaccination and encouraging the creation of village shelters driven by each area spread in Special Region of Yogyakarta Province by relying on the concept of mutual cooperation as a whole. However, in its implementation it looks not fully evenly distributed in this DIY Province area, there is still more movement in the Bantul Regency area. Even so, it is necessary for more vigorous efforts with more intensive socialization and assistance to each region so that the acceleration of the Covid-19 Pandemic response can be even better. The conclusion of this study is that the efforts made by SONJO are in accordance with the will of the situation in the field, but it still needs to be pursued more widely which covers the DIY region completely.
