Abstract

Kumbang bubuk jagung merupakan salah satu hama penting pada jagung di gudang terutama di daerah tropis. Penggunaan varietas resisten adalah suatu metode pengendalian kumbang bubuk jagung yang efektif, efisien serta bersahabat dengan lingkungan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat resistensi genotipegenotipe jagung Single cross dan Three way cross terhadap Sitophylus zea-mais Motch dan untuk mengetahui variabilitas dan heritabilitasnya pada karakter kerusakan benih dan kehilangan bobot benih. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Entomologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Padjadjaran dari bulan Agustus 2004 sampai November 2004. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok, terdiri dari dua set populasi percobaan yakni 27 genotip Single cross dan 34 genotip Three way cross. Genotip-genotip jagung pada tiap set sebagai perlakuan serta masing-masing dengan tiga ulangan. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa dari populasi hibrida Single cross yang diuji diperoleh 2 genotipe sangat resisten yaitu Ki-3 dan MR-10, 12 genotipe resisten, 12 genotipe agak resisten dan 1 genotipe rentan. Adapun untuk genotipe-genotipe Three way cross diperoleh delapan genotipe resisten, 25 genotipe agak resisten dan satu genotipe rentan. Variabilitas fenotipik, populasi hibrida Single cross maupun Three way cross untuk karakter kerusakan benih dan kehilangan bobot adalah luas. Nilai duga heritabilitas untuk karakter-karakter yang diuji baik pada Single cross dan Three way cross adalah rendah.

Abstract

PT Carpotama Anugrah Sejati is acompany engaged in the SPPBE (LPG Bulk Filling and Transportation Station) in Jambi. The management of data on expenditures and entries in the petty cashier of PT Corpotama Anugrah Sejati is still done manually so that the performance in the process of managing expenditure and income data still not optimal. In order to be more optimal, it si necessary to have a web-based accounting information system. The purpose of this study is to design a petty cash information system in accordance with correct accounting standards. The method of data collection is done by interview, observation, documentation and analysis of the systems used by the company. The result of this research is to produce a web-based petty cash information system with the fluctuation method that makes it easy to record petty cash funds using cash flow diagrams, DFD, ERD and MySQL for data processing. The result of this research is that the existence of this petty cash system can produce more efficient and accurate recordingof petty cash funds
