Abstract

ABSTRACT                                                                   Background of Study : Hospital preparedness for disasters is reflected in the structure of the disaster team. Measurement of preparedness is needed for the identification and classification of disaster management. This study aims to analyze the functional aspects of disaster preparedness at the Rajawali Citra General Hospital. Methods : The research is a qualitative descriptive using purposive sampling method. The sample is an employee who has a position in hospital disaster management. The validity of the data used triangulation of sources and methods while the data analysis used content analysis after being processed with open code. The measurement instrument used the 2015 Hospital Safety Index criteria. Results : The results showed that the hospital disaster management team had officially been formed by the Rajawali Citra General Hospital to respond to disaster situations. As a disaster preparedness hospital, it is reflected in the structure of the disaster management team that has been mutually agreed upon. The hospital disaster team has carried out disaster training to improve knowledge and skills, the hospital's Emergency Operations Center is in a safe and easily accessible and protected area, equipped with an evacuation route map, the hospital has collaborated with external disaster management teams such as the local government. fire and local disaster management agencies. Action cards for all personnel already exist, including disaster vest uniforms.Conclusion : Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the hospital has implemented functional aspects of disaster preparedness, this can be seen from the existence of a disaster committee, having disaster training, having an emergency operations center, collaborating with regional disaster management agencies and having a disaster identity card. Keywords : Functional Aspects, Preparedness, Disaster

Abstract

Menstruasi merupakan proses alami pada siklus reproduksi perempuan yang ditandai dengan proses perdarahan yang teratur dari uterus. Siklus menstruasi yang tidak teratur dapat menyebabkan beberapa masalah  pada organ reproduksi seperti sulit menentukan masa subur dan sulit hamil. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk mengedukasi santriwati dan meningkatkan pengetahuan serta pemahaman terkait mengelola stress dan siklus menstruasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pengukuran tingkat stress, pemberian pendidikan kesehatan, tanya jawab dan konsultasi online. Media online yaitu whatsapp, video call, dan telephone digunakan dalam kegiatan ini. Berdasarkan hasil diketahui bahwa dari 37 santriwati sebagian besar santriwati mengalami stress sangat berat sebanyak 18 santriwati (48,6%), 2 santriwati stress berat (5,4%), 4 santriwati stress sedang (10,8%), 6 santriwati stress ringan (16,2%) dan normal sebanyak 7 (18,9). Terdapat 26 santriwati (70,3%) mengalami siklus menstruasi tidak teratur dan sebanyak 11 santriwati (29,7%) yang memiliki siklus menstruasi teratur. Setelah diberikan pendidikan dan konsultasi tentang tips mengelola stress dan cara menjaga siklus menstruasi yang teratur maka pemahaman santriwati meningkats, santriwati mengerti cara mengelola stress yang ditandai dengan santriwati bisa menjawab pertanyaan dari konsultan saat konsultasi.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a guideline that must be implemented, with satisfaction the existence of the hospital can be maintained. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction. The method used is quantitative with the technique of distributing questionnaires to a research sample of 32 patients. The analysis used is descriptive analysis of multiple linear regression (path analysis), R2 test, F test and T test. The results show that the overall dimensions of service quality have a significant positive influence on patient satisfaction, which means the better the quality of service starting from physical evidence Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy provided by the hospital will be able to increase patient satisfaction

Abstract

Islamic boarding school-based leadership requires someone who has Islamic boarding school-style leadership criteria, such as adaptive, selective, independent, strong and adhering to Islamic teachings in order to create an ideal education system. The purpose of this service is to explain the basics and foundations of Islamic leadership in the Qur'an and Hadith to students and Islamic boarding school administrators who are carrying out their duties in applying the knowledge they have gained at the Islamic boarding school to be put into practice at the Islamic boarding school. This community service method takes the form of coaching activities for students regarding Islamic leadership which is carried out offline. The number of students who took part in this service activity was 73 students. The results of the service activities showed that the students were enthusiastic about participating in this activity and were able to understand Islamic leadership such as self-management and practicing discipline in participating in activities at the Islamic boarding school and not using things that were not their rights. The benefit of this service activity is that the students can apply and understand Islamic leadership both while inside the Islamic boarding school and outside the Islamic boarding school.
