Abstract

Actors in the business world are held to a level of business legality. To remain competitive in the age of the free market, MSME business players must themselves meet these standards. Since MSMEs represent the foundation of the Indonesian economy, the government has recently been working to promote them. The difficulty is that there are still a lot of MSMEs in Karangtengah Village that do not yet have business legitimacy, despite the fact that MSMEs are present there. Students from UPN "Veteran" East Java are helping MSME players get an NIB (Business Identification Number) as part of their community service project. The process starts with a survey of MSMEs in the village of Karangtengah to gather information on the low-risk microbusinesses. Continue with the preparation stage by gathering information, creating documents that include information on the completion of NIB criteria, and creating a letter of assignment from the sub-district. Due to its higher perceived effectiveness, the implementation and mentoring stage is conducted door to door. On the OSS (Online Single Submission) platform, NIB is made as the last step. As a consequence of the research, it was discovered that six business actors had received assistance in creating NIBs (Business Identification Numbers) in both hardcopy and electronic form. Future MSME company development will benefit from this paper.

Abstract

KALIMASADA adalah singkatan dari Kawasan Lingkungan Masyarakat Sadar Administrasi Kependudukan merupakan sebuah inovasi dari Pemerintah Kota Surabaya yang memiliki tujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengurus dokumen kependudukan. Program ini melibatkan ketua RT sebagai pionir program Kalimasada yang berada di posisi paling dekat dengan warga, dengan tujuan memberikan bantuan dan pendampingan dalam proses pengurusan administrasi kependudukan. Penilaian terhadap program KALIMASADA di Kelurahan Karangpilang menunjukkan bahwa program tersebut belum mencapai tingkat optimal, dikarenakan jumlah RT rintisan yang tidak mencapai target kuota yang ditetapkan oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surabaya. Padahal, inovasi ini sangat membantu warga dalam mempermudah pengurusan dokumen kependudukan. Kurangnya informasi dan sosialisasi membuat warga merasa ragu untuk mencoba hal baru. Penulis menggunakan metode pengamatan langsung/observasi, sosialisasi, serta studi dokumen sebagai pendekatan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian. Hasil dari wawancara tersebut akan menjadi referensi bagi penulis dalam mengambil keputusan dan melakukan monitoring lebih lanjut. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan penulis dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan pembinaan akan menghasilkan pengoptimasian program KALIMASADA dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kelurahan Karangpilang, sehingga dapat membawa perubahan yang lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the Child Friendly City Policy in Nganjuk Regency using Edward III's implementation theory with four variables which include communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the communication variable with the sub-focus of transmission, clarity and consistency is not optimal because the communication carried out is still not comprehensive enough for agencies so there are agencies that are not aware of the policy. In the resource variable with the sub-focus of staff, information, authority and facilities, it shows that it has been maximized, proven by the existence of human resources who have the ability and knowledge related to the policy so that they can carry out their duties and there are regulatory guidelines and technical instructions as well as physical facilities that can support implementation. that policy. The disposition variable with the sub-focus of cognition, direction and response from implementers, and intensity of response has been carried out well as seen from employees who understand related policies and carry out various policy-supporting programs with full responsibility. The final variable, namely the bureaucratic structure, has not been implemented optimally because there is no clear bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

The allocation of large funds as a hope that can put the welfare of villagers, and therefore in its management is required to apply the concept of good governance that can create prosperous and prosperous citizens using three principles, namely: 1) Transparency; 2) Accountability; 3) Community Participation. Village funds are one of the sources of problems for people to commit acts of corruption, because the realm is in small and remote areas so that it needs supervision in its allocation. There are cases of corruption in village funds, where the village funds are used and utilized to improve public services in the village. The category of corruption cases that has the highest number of cases is corruption of village funds. The existence of village funds makes a source of income for each village, including income for the Village Budget which is used as village development. Village development plays a very important role in the welfare of the community, therefore in the process a budget is needed to implement all development activity plans, the revenue and expenditure budget obtained by each village is a budget plan set by the Village Head. The village head is a village government official who has responsibility for the central and regional governments in exercising his authority, namely organizing village households. Of the several corruption cases in Sidoarjo, one of which occurred in Ngaban Village, Tanggulangin Subdistrict in 2021, where the village head embezzled 174 million for personal gain. The purpose of this study is to describe in depth the Transparency of Village Budget Management in Ngaban Village, Sidoarjo Regency. Using qualitative research methods has a descriptive nature and tends to use analysis. The results showed that the application of the transparency dimension has been carried out well in the transparency of village revenue and expenditure budget management in Ngaban Village, Sidoarjo Regency by the Ngaban Village Government. However, there are two indicators of the transparency dimension that have not gone well.

Abstract

The problem of unemployment in Sidoarjo Regency is currently a concern because of the high Open Unemployment Rate that occurs. The Sidoarjo Regency Manpower Office in reducing the high number of unemployed by holding competency-based training. The purpose of this training program is to improve the competence and competitiveness of the workforce and reduce the number of unemployed. This article aims to measure the effectiveness of the competency based training program for workers in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using data collection tools in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the implementation of the competencybased training program for workers in Sidoarjo Regency is in the fairly effective category on the indicator of increasing the competence and competitiveness of the workforce and on the indicator of reducing the number of unemployed, the majority are in a condition that starts from not working before participating in the training program to still not working after participating in competency based training.

Abstract

Implementation of community empowerment is one form of effort to achieve social welfare. In this case, to achieve social welfare, the Jombang Regency Government implemented the Women's School program to empower and protect women and children (SEKOPER BERLIAN) in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang District, Jombang Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Implementation of the Women's School Program to Empower and Protect Women and Children (SEKOPER BERLIAN) in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study based on the factors that determine the success of policy implementation according to Erwan and Dyah consist of 6 factors, namely: (1) policy quality; (2) adequacy of policy input; (3) instrument accuracy; (4) implementor capacity; (5) characteristics and support of target groups; (6) geographic, social, economic, and political environmental conditions can be implemented properly. Therefore, it is concluded that the Women's School Empowering Protecting Women and Children (SEKOPER BERLIAN) program in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang can be successfully implemented so that the policy objectives can be achieved.
