Dalam hal literatur tentang inovasi, buku ini cukup menambah khasanah pengetahuan kita tentang inovasi yang mana sudah digagas sejak tahun 1930-an oleh ekonom Austria-Amerika Joseph A. Schumpeter. Namun buku ini mengkhususkan pada inovasi dibidang ekonomi dan kesiapan Indonesia dalam menyambut era ekonomi baru. Pertanyaan bagaimana suatuelemen sains, teknologi dan inovasi dapat menjadi darah segar dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia merupakan isi dari buku dengan tebal 278 halaman ini. Perlunya pembenahan sistematis mutlak dilakukan melalui penguatan ekosistem inovasi Indonesia yang terdiri atas perbaikan unsur-unsur; pendanaan R&D, kepemimpinan, kebijakan, pendidikan dan budaya inovasi.

This study aims to analyze the content analysis of the application of Article 69 paragraph (3) of the Regulation of Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries No. 30 Year 2012 on Business fisheries in Regional Fisheries Management of the Republic of Indonesia to Indonesian marine fisheries. Previous studies or research focused on handling of legal issues and marine fisheries which was only viewed from the macro side perspective while this research mainly discusses transshipment as stipulated in Article 69 paragraph (3) Regulation of the Minister. It employed normative juridical method by qualitative-descriptive approach. The results showed that the application of the article led to an increased possibility of the practice of IUU fishing by foreign vessels in Indonesian waters, hence, a review of the implementation of the Article is necessarily conducted.Keywords: content analysis, marine fisheries, transhipment

The advancement of globalization, cause the high rate of migration people from one nation to another nations. They come for many activities that might cause problems for them in the destination countries that make them arrested or detention. Realizing this condition many country establish consular relation by ratified VCCR 1963. In spite of it, there are still many cases not related to that cconvention. The method used is the juridical-normative with qualitative-descriptive approach. The result of paper reveals that the importance of Mandatory Consular Notification (MCN) is to optimalize the protection of Indonesia citizens in abroad. Kemajuan globalisasi, menyebabkan tingginya tingkat migrasi orang dari satu negara ke negara lain. Mereka datang untuk berbagai aktivitas yang mungkin menyebabkan masalah di negara tujuan yang membuat mereka ditangkap atau ditahan. Menyadari kondisi ini banyak negara membangun hubungan konsuler dengan meratifikasi Konvensi Wina tentang Hubungan Konsuler 1963. Terlepas dari itu, masih banyak kasus warga tidak terkait dengan konvensi tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari tulisan ini mengungkapkan bahwa pentingnya Persetujuan Notifikasi Konsuler (Mandatory Consular Notification/MCN) untuk mengoptimal perlindungan terhadap warga negara kita di luar negeri.

Direct regional head elections began on June 1, 2005, allowing people to elect their own regional leaders. Provincial, Regency, and City Election Commissions are given the authority to organize direct regional elections and are accountable to the DPRD. Overall, the implementation of direct regional elections demonstrates Indonesia's commitment to strengthening people's sovereignty and implementing democratic principles. The regional election disputes in Pematangsiantar City and Karo Regency in 2015 and 2020 demonstrate the complexity of local political dynamics. The dispute in Pematangsiantar City began when the KPU disqualified one of the candidate pairs in the 2015 regional election, causing delays and dissatisfaction that continued until the 2020 regional election. Meanwhile, in Karo Regency, the 2015 and 2020 regional election disputes included allegations of campaign violations and vote manipulation, which were brought to the Constitutional Court but did not change the final results. These disputes reflect the challenges in implementing local democracy and the need for improvements in dispute resolution mechanisms to maintain integrity and public trust. The research method used is the normative-empirical legal research method. The data collection method uses literature study and interviews. This research is a qualitative research. Analysis is carried out on data from preliminary studies or secondary data. Qualitative data analysis during the field uses the Miles and Huberman Model analysis, namely data reduction, data models, drawing/verifying conclusions. In this qualitative research, data analysis has been carried out simultaneously with the data collection process. The recommendation of this research is that all elements, both society, government, NGOs, tribal leaders, must work together to realize elections with integrity. because elections with integrity are not only seen from the results but the process/stages must also have integrity.
