This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of role ambiguity, and work family conflict against employee work stress PT. Insurance Mega Pratama Padang Branch. In this study used as many as 52 employees of PT. Insurance Mega Pratama Padang Branch. Sampling was done using census method. The research variables used include independent variables that are role ambiguity and work family conflict while the dependent variable is job stress. The results of hypothesis testing showed that: 1) the ambiguity of the role have a positive and significant effect on employee work stress PT. Insurance Mega Pratama Padang Branch. 2) work family conflict does not have a significant effect on employee work stress PT. Insurance Mega Pratama Padang Branch.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan keadilan distributif pada karyawan Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang dan yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh karyawan Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang yang berjumlah 117 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah teknik cluster proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel adalah 91 orang karyawan. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi berganda dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang, dan keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang.

This research aimed to identify the mediating effect of work stress on the relationship between organizational climate on organizational commitment The sample in this study was 73 nurses working on inpatient room of dr. Achmad Darwis Hospital in Suliki, Indonesia. Sampling techniques used total sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire using Likert scale. Partial least square (PLS) was chosen as the structural equation model (SEM) to test the hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that (1) Organizational climate has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment, (2) Organizational climate has a significant and negative effect on work stress, (3) Work stress has a significant and negative effect on organizational commitment, (4) Work stress significantly mediates the relationship between the organization's climate and the organizational commitment. Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of job characteristics and physical work environment on job satisfaction in the Archives and Library Service of West Sumatra Province. This research is a causative descriptive study. The population in this study consisted of all civil servant employees using primary data and secondary data. The analytical method that is used multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. To test hypotheses using statistical t test with a level of α of 5%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konsep pengelolaan sumber daya manusia syariah yang diimplementasikan pada Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Padang, Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapat secara langsung dari informan dan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep pengelolaan sumber daya manusia syariah sudah diimplementasikan pada Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Padang, Sumatera Barat.

The present research intends to probe the degree to which perceived organizational support can have a profound effect on organizational citizenship behavior as being mediated via organizational commitment. at PT Telkom Akses Padang. It is a type of causal associative research using a quantitative and survey method. All data were gathered through questionnaires employing the total sampling technique, the total sample size represents 60 respondents. To test the hypothesis, we use SEM technique with the assistance of SmartPLS4 application. From the results, it was found that Perceived organizational support and organizational commitment display positive and significant impacts on organizational citizenship behavior. Besides, other outcomes also revealed that organizational commitment is capable of mediating the connection among perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior

This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on career adaptability in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Padang State University, with career decision self-efficacy as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, data were collected from 100 samples were used which were then processed using the SmartPLS v.4.1.0.2 application. The results of this study show that: (1) Emotional intelligence has a positive influence on career adaptability, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive influence on career decision self efficacy, (3) Career decision self-efficacy has a positive influence on career adaptability, (4) Career decision self-efficacy mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on career adaptability

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social support terhadap career adaptability mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Padang dengan career decision self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data diperoleh dari 100 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS versi 4.1.0.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung, signifikan, dan positif antara (1) social support terhadap career adaptability, (2) social support terhadap career decision self-efficacy. (3) career decision self efficacy terhadap career adaptability. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari (4) social support terhadap career adaptability melalui career decision self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan demikian, social support yang kuat dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam mengambil keputusan karir, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam beradaptasi dengan dunia kerja.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress on burnout in nurses, considering the mediating role of resilience. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 82 inpatient nurses as respondents. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM–PLS) method through the SmartPLS 4 application. The research results indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on burnout, and a negative and significant effect on resilience. Resiliencealso has a significant negative impact on burnout and is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between work stress and burnout. This finding confirms that resilience is an important factor in reducing the risk of burnout in nurses facing high work pressure. Therefore, increasing nurses' resilience is an important strategy in overcoming burnout at RSUD dr. Achmad Darwis.

Dr. M. Djamil Central General Hospital Padang is a type-A teaching hospital and the main referral center in Central Sumatra, where nurses especially married women face high work demands and rotating shifts, creating challenges in balancing professional and family roles. This study aims to examine the effect of work-family conflict on the psychological well-being of female nurses, with work-life balance as a mediating variable. The core issue addressed is the imbalance between occupational responsibilities and family obligations that may negatively impact psychological well-being. A quantitative approach was used, with a survey conducted on 104 married female nurses with children. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM–PLS) method via the SmartPLS 4 application. The results show that work-family conflict negatively affects both psychological well-being and work-life balance, while work-life balance positively and significantly affects psychological well-being. Additionally, work-life balance significantly mediates the relationship between work-family conflict and psychological well-being. These findings emphasize the importance of balancing work and personal life to maintain nurses’ mental health. Therefore, organizational support such as flexible work policies and psychological wellness programs is essential to improve both professional performance and personal well-being among nurses.
