Abstract

Sektor pariwisata sering menjadi prioritas pembangunan sebuah kota yang kemudian memicu pembangunan-pembangunan di sektor-sektor lain seperti ekonomi dan perdagangan. Di Bukittinggi, kota yang telah mendaklarasikan dirinya sebagai Kota Wisata, sektor pariwisata telah memberikan banyak dampak positif bagi masyarakatnya, terutama kepada para pemilik Art Shop di Pasar Atas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran terhadap penjualan pada art shop-art shop di Pasar Atas Bukittinggi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling method. Dan analisis yang digunakan diantaranya simple linear correlation, multiple regression analysis dan wisestep analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara individual terdapat tiga variabel yang menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan, yaitu: produk, distribusi/ tempat, dan promosi, (2) produk, harga, tempat dan promosi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan, (3) berdasarkan wisestep analysis, terdapat tiga variabel (produk, harga, dan promosi) yang memiliki hubungan yang kuat terhadap penjualan. Keywords: Marketing mix, product, price, place, promotion, sales, souvenirs, art shops

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan keadilan distributif pada karyawan Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang dan yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh karyawan Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang yang berjumlah 117 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah teknik cluster proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel adalah 91 orang karyawan. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi berganda dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang, dan keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang.

Abstract

Tenun merupakan salah satu kerajinan yang memiliki tingkat kesenian yang tinggi. Karena kerumitan membuatnya, harganya juga mahal. Kendatipun demikian, kelompok tenun usaha mulia, menjual produk mereka hanya menggunakan plastik bening untuk membungkus kain tenun tersebut. Selain itu, tidak adanya merek ataupun kontak yang bisa dihubungi yang melekat pada kain tersebut. Tenun sungai jambur ini memiliki ciri khas yang unik, namun tidak ada perkembangan yang cukup berarti dari semenjak mereka berdiri pada tahun 2009. Variasi motif yang masih kurang banyak, kemasan yang terlalu biasa, lokasi penjualan yang tidak mudah terlihat, merek yang belum pas, serta pemasaran yang belum tepat menjadi kendala kelompok tenun usaha mulai ini. Untuk itu tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggagas pengabdian ini memberikan pengetahuan kepada kelompok tenun usaha mulia tentang pentingnya merek, bagaimana membuat merek yang bagus, logo, serta memasarkan produk secara online. Disamping itu tim pengabdi juga memberikan pendampingan dalam pembuatan kemasan untuk kain tenun, agar menambah nilai jual dan pantas menjadi pembungkus kain tenun yang harganya dikenal mahal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze: (1) Effect of Electronic Word of Mouth on revisit intention at Lubang Mbah Soero, Sawahlunto, and (2) The effect of Travel Motivation on revisit intention at Lubang Mbah Soero, Sawahlunto. A type of this research is causative. This research population was everyvisitors of Lubang Mbah Soero. The sampling technique were used on this research was purposive sampling. Total sample that we used for this research was 160 people. The data that we used for this research are primary and secondary obtained by distributing the questionnaires to visitors. The analytical methode that we used is descriptive and inductive analysis throught multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) Electronic Word of Mouth has significantly positive impact on revisit intention at Lubang Mbah Soero, Sawahlunto, (2) and Travel Motivation has significantly positive impact on revisit intention at Lubang Mbah Soero, Sawahlunto

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of organizational justice on work engagement for Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi employees, (2) The effect of organizational justice on self-leadership among employees at Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi, (3) The influence of self-leadership on work engagement among employees. Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi, (4) The effect of organizational justice on work engagement with self-leadership as a mediating variable for employees of Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi. The results showed that: (1) organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on work engagement of Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi employees, (2) organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on self-leadership in Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi employees, (3) the influence of self-leadership affects positive and significant towards work attachment to employees of Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi, (4) self-leadership does not significantly mediate the relationship between organizational justice and work engagement for Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi employees

Abstract

This research analyzed: (1) The effect of financial compensation on employee performance (2) The effect of financial compensation on work motivation (3) The effect of financial compensation on employee performance through work motivation. This research uses a descriptive causative method. The population in this study were employees of the Irna Anak Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. Regarding the proposed partial mediation model, the data confirm the relationship established in the hypothesis. This study found that (1) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the field of. Irna Anak, RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang (2) Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation in the field of Irna Anak, RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang (3) Work motivation mediates the relationship between financial compensation and employee performance at Irna Anak RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The results of this study found that financial compensation is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation partially mediates the relationship between financial compensation and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is(1)to determine and identify the effect of work value on career commitment to nurses at Hermina Padang Hospital(2)to determine and identify the effect of emotional intelligence on career commitment to nurses at Hermina Padang Hospital(3)to identify and identify the effect of work-life balance on career commitment of nurses at Hermina Hospital Padang(4)To determine and analyze work values, emotional intelligence, and work-life balance on career commitments in nurses at Hermina Padang Hospital. The population in this study were all nursing employees at Hermina Hospital, Padang City, with 80 employees. The sampling technique was taken using total sampling where the number of samples was the same as the population, namely 80 people. This data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale and the analytical technique using SPSS 25.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of West Sumatera’s traditional food product attributes towards teenager’s buying interest in urban cities in West Sumatera. The population of this study are all teenagers in urban cities in West Sumatra who have ever consumed West Sumatera’s traditional food. The sample size was set by 450 respondents by using R.L Gay term, but after verification, eventually the number of samples that can be collected was only 417 students. The data was analysed with linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was performed at α = 0.05. The result indicate that The product attributes of West Sumatera’s traditional food has significant influence towards teenagers buying interest in urban cities of ​​West Sumatera.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to improve the Marketing Communication of Tenun Mulia groups of Solok Regency, by (1) strengthening the skills on creating packaging, and (2) product design training. Packaging is one of the weak points of the Tenun Mulia group. Good packaging is needed to support the relatively expensive products they produce. Furthermore, Product Design is intended to provide skills to develop weaving patterns / motifs for weavers. The results of this activity are: (1) improvement of skills in producing packaging, as well as the emergence of five new MSMEs in the field of packaging production, and (2) new motifs named "Markisa Babijo Ameh".

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, training and Perceived Organizational Support on Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Hotel Employees in the City of Padang. This type of research is descriptive causative. This research was conducted in the city of Padang. While the time of the study was conducted in 2018. The population in this study were 4-star hotel contract employees in the city of Padang with a sample of 106 people taken by cluster random sampling. Data is processed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, training has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior.Keywords : Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction, Training, Perceived Organizational Support
