Abstract

Prototype inkubator telur penyu  dirancang untuk dapat mengontrol suhu dan kadar air pasir berdasarkan kondisi ideal sesuai dengan jenis kelamin tukik (anak penyu) yang diinginkan. Sebagai pengontrol suhu dan kadar air pasir digunakan Kontrol Hybrid Fuzzy-Proportional dengan metode fuzzy yang digunakan adalah metode Mamdani, inferensi Max-Min Composition dan metode deffuzifikasi Centroid atau Center of Area (CoA) yang nantinya menentukan nilai penguatan proporsional. Pada pengujian yang dilakukan untuk kondisi ideal agar dapat ditetaskan tukik jantan diberikan set point suhu 27˚C dan batas kadar air diantara (3-12)%. Pada pengujian tersebut didapatkan performansi respon suhu dengan settling time 27,33 menit, error steady state 0,21% dan overshoot 1,69%, serta respon kadar air yang berkisar antara (3,12-5,41)%. Pada pengujian yang dilakukan untuk kondisi ideal agar dapat ditetaskan tukik betina diberikan set point suhu 33˚C dan batas kadar air antara (3-12)%. Pada pengujian ini didapatkan performansi respon suhu dengan settling time 97 menit, error steady state 0,62%, dan overshoot 1,48%, serta respon kadar air yang berkisar diantara (5,04-7,56)%. Kata Kunci: Pasir, suhu, kadar air, Kontrol Hybrid, Fuzzy-Proportional   ABSTRACT The protoype of sea turtle’s incubator was designed to control the temperature and moisture of sand with ideal conditions to incubate hatchling (baby of sea turtle) according to the gender.  As the controlling temperature and moisture of sand used Hybrid Control Fuzzy-Proportional with used fuzzy method is Mamdani method’s, inference Max-Min Composition and Centroid or Center of Area (CoA) deffuzifikasi method that will decide the value of gain proportional. On experiment done for ideal conditions to incubate the male hatchling was given temperature set point 27˚C and moisture ranging between (3-12)%. It has a temperature response of sand with settling time 27,33 minutes, error steady state of 0,21% and overshoot 1,69%, then responses of moisture ranging between (3.12-5.41)%. On experiment done for ideal conditions to incubate the female hatchling  was given temperature set point 33˚C and moisture  is between (3-12)%. It has temperature responses of sand with settling time 97 minutes and error steady state of 0.62% and overshoot 1.48%, then with responses of a moisture ranging between (5.04-7.56)%.   Keywords: Sand, temperature, moisture, Hybrid Control, Fuzzy-Proportional
