Abstract

Kata Kunci: Kontroler On-Off, hysteresis, umpan balik PID Tak Linier, Temperature Controlled System 73412.   ABSTRACT   Two Position On-Off Controller is one controller that has 2 fixed control signals at the maximum or minimum values. Two Position On-Off Controller has a parameter that is called hysteresis or differential gap, which is the range of the error signal must move before switching occurs. In this design, the On-Off controller is given Nonlinear Proportional Intergral Differential (PID) control action feedback to correct the hysteresis. The system is tested by doing the plant characterization of the Temperature Controlled System 73412 to get the transfer function. After that, determining the hysteresis width of 0V, ±0,25 V and ±0,5 V at the setpoint 2,5 V, 2,8 V, and 3,0 V. The , , and parameters are obtained after the testing is done so that the overall system response is obtained. Temperature control system with setpoint 2,8 V, hysteresis width ±0,25 V, and parameters = 0,4, = 0,017, and = 2,980 are able to produce response that does not have overshoot and the steady state error <5%.
