Abstract

This research is purposed to reveal the contribution of learning and instructional media on learning outcomes in subjects use electronic measuring instrument class X Audio Video Techniques In SMK Negeri 1 Kecamatan Guguak Kabupaten 50 Kota . The research is a descriptive correlational . The research population numbered is 59 people and sample totaled 37 students of class X Audio Video Techniques In SMK Negeri 1 Kecamatan Guguak Kabupaten 50 Kota Academic Year 2012/2013 .Using Technique of random sampling ( Simple random sampling ) . and Data collection using questionnaires and documentation . Data were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation and multiple correlation for analysis . The results of data analysis showed : 1 ) how to learn to contribute 19.82 % of the student learning outcomes , 2 ) Learning Media contributed 25.16 % to the student learning outcomes , 3 ) How to Learn and Learning Media jointly contributed 27.84 % of the student learning outcomes in subjects Use of Electronic Measurement Techniques class X Audio Video SMK Negeri 1 Kecamatan Guguak Kabupaten 50 Kota . The results of this study indicate that the learning and instructional media contribute to student learning outcomes .

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal the influenceof learning method and creativity, individually or in groups, to learning outcomes. The population is 49 people and the sample is 34 students of class X TAV in SMK N 1 Koto XI Tarusan. This research is using Simple Random Sampling method. The data ofstudent’s learning outcomes obtained from teachers of Elektronika Lanjutan subject. The data of learning method and creativity the way collected through a questionnaire to students by using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The result showed that (1) learning methodis significantly affecting the learning outcomes of students at19.82%, (2) creativity issignificantly affecting the learning outcomes of students at 14,44%, (3) both learning method and creativity are significantly affecting student’s learning outcomes at 24.05%. The conclusion is learning method and creativity are affecting the student’s learning outcomes at SMK 1 Koto XI Tarusan. The better learning method and creativity, the higher student’s learning outcomes. Keywords: How Learning, Creativity, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This research was motivated by a relatively small laptop power receives Wi-Fi signals, so it needs a directional antenna that has a high gain Yagi antenna like. This research is to: demonstrate the effect of spacing between elements to Yagi antenna gain, get the fixed spacing, knowing gain of Yagi antenna being tested and how much spacing between elements effect to gain enhancement statistically. This research use Gain Comparison Method. It is performed by CST Studio Suite simulation and measurements on 3 measurement points (TP), in a free barrier room, prevented plywood, and walled. Minimum and maximum of Spacing is 0,05λ and 0,35λ. The analysis showed: (1) Changes the spacing between elements of Yagi antenna using CST Studio Suite and the design of the AUT antenna proven effect on the gain. Changing the minimum space to maximum increase the gain untill the optimal space, then decreased. (2) The fixed spacing settings by optimal space. Space-1 optimal of simulation is 0,115λ; 0,205λ for space-2; 0,2λ for space-3, and 0,22λ for space-4. Space-1 optimal of Yagi AUT  is 0,127λ, space-2 = 0,201λ, space-3 = 0,196λ, and space-4 = 0,22λ. (3) Simulastion result has gain 9,8 dB, Yagi AUT has 9,68 dB, and the commercial Yagi antenna by 14 elements has 11,84 dB. (4) The regression coefficient for space-1 (X1) is  -58,534 <distance coefficient of signal source to TP (X2). Space-2 (X1) coefficients = -12,53 < X2 coefficient = -12,543. Space-3 (X1) coefficients = 0,72 > X2 coefficient = -1,289. Space-4 (X1) coefficients = 30,939 > X2 coefficient = -1,332. Keywords : Spacing of Elements, Gain, Yagi Antenna, Gain Comparison Method, CST Studio Suite

Abstract

This research is purposed to reveal scales of student’s learning motivation contribution and pedagogical competence of teachers grade for computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. Populations in this research are 164 students, and samples are amount to 62 students of X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, school of year 2012/2013. Samples are taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is Pearson product moment and multiple-correlation. Results from data analysis claimed that there are contributions from learning motivation and pedagogical competence of teachers grade of computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, as follow: (1) student’s learning motivation gives contribution to student’s grade by 21,34%, (2) pedagogical competence of teachers gives contribution to student’s grade by 17,89%, (3) student’s motivation to learn together with pedagogical competence of teachers give contribution to student’s grade by 27,98%. This research suggest that student’s motivation to learn and pedagogical competence of teachers give contribution to student’s grade.

Abstract

This research aimed to see whether there is a difference between learning outcomes using cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournament ( TGT ) with the learning outcomes using direct learning. This research is an experimental research, the researchpopulation is a class X student of the installation of Electric Power Engineering SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya TA 2013/2014 . The sampling technique was done by using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling . The data collected from the test results in the form of learning objective questions about as many as 35 points . Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel to test homogeneity , normality , and hypothesis testing . From the results of research conducted tests on samples of both groups gained an average of learning outcomes for the experimental group the average value of the initial test was 49.1 and the average value of the final test is 81.8 with an increase of 32.7. For the control group the average value of the initial test was 52.2 and the average value of the final test is 72.2 with an increase of 20 . The results of the hypothesis by using Microsoft Excel found that tcount 5,960 > 1,671 ttable, so the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted or rejected the null hypothesis (H0). This means that the average significant learning outcomes experimental class higher than the average of the control class learning outcomes .

Abstract

The problem in this research is the discovered fact that in SMK Negeri 1 Lintau, the number of grade X.TAV students obtain a learning outcomes under the KKM on subject Keterampilan Dasar Elektronika that set by school is 80. 65,39% of students under the KKM and 34,61% of students over the KKM. One of the affect factors is the learning model. This study aimed to see differences in learning outcomes with STAD cooperative learning type and direct instruction. This study uses experimental approach, the population is X.TAV grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Lintau Buo. The Sampling technique is saturated samples. The experiments Class using STAD Cooperative Learning type and the control class using direct instruction. Collected data from results of a study with objective test. Data were analyzed manually to test for normality, homogeneity testing, and hypothesis testing. Results were obtained an average value of students who use STAD Cooperative Learning is 78.13 while students who use direct instructional methods is 68.26. The results of hypothesis using the manually formula get tcount 2,311> 1,701 t table, so that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted or rejected the null hypothesis (Ho). Keyword : Model Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD,  Pembelajaran Langsung.
