Abstract

Based on the analysis showed that the increased ability of teachers to assign a minimum completeness criteria from the first cycle to the second cycle. Achievement Kelompok Kerja Guru Sekolah activities contained in the action II. Therefore it can be concluded that through Kelompok Kerja Guru Sekolah can enhance the ability of teachers set minimum completeness criteria in SD Negeri 018 Rambah. Thus it can be recommended to teachers and other researchers that the activities of the Working Group Master can be used as an alternative to improve the ability of teachers set Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM)

Abstract

Penyebaran Covid-19 yang terus meluas menimbulkan ketidakpastian terhadap kecepatan ekonomi dunia. Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia ditahun 2020 mengalami penurunan pada industri media cetak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif sesuai dengan jenis penelitian, metodologi, konteks, dan periode penelitian. Penelitian deskriptif menjelaskan bahwa: penelitian deskriptif adalah suatu pendekatan penelitian untuk meneliti suatu objek, seperangkat kondisi, suatu sistem gagasan, atau sekelompok peristiwa terkini (Nazir, 2005:54). Dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dan rentang waktu, peneliti mengumpulkan semua data penting yang ditetapkan. Top metro media dimasa pandemi sekarang banyak mengalami turunnya pembeli media cetak yang disebabkan oleh kecanggihan teknologi yang semakin pesat dan berkembang yang mengakibatkan media cetak tidak dibeli atau sudah mulai tidak diproduksi lagi dikalangan masyarakat yang sering membaca media cetak yaitu para orang tua dikalangan remaja/dewasa mereka memilihi kecanggihan teknologi, Khusunya di media cetak yang 2 (Dua) Tahun ini mengalami penurunan penjualan dan pendapatan yang sangat dratis dari pihak mana pun yang membuat perusahaan tersebut mengalami penuruanan pendapatan dan mengurangi karyawan,di tahun pertama Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

The low student learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri 01 Koto Bangun Kapur District IX in learning science, because science learning only uses conventional methods. Students just sit and stay listening to the teacher's explanation. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of contextual approaches to improve student learning outcomes in science learning in class IV SD Negeri 01 Koto Bangun Kapur IX District. The approach used is a qualitative and quantitative approach. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The research was carried out based on the classroom action research step with the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research data in the form of test results, observation of teacher and student activities, and documentation of each action to improve learning. The source of research data is the process of learning science. Data obtained from the subject studied, namely teachers and class IV students, amounting to 15 people. The results of learning science in the material cycle of living things with a contextual approach in grade IV SD 04 Koto Bangun Kapur IX District can be improved. In the first cycle the average value of 74.46 with a completeness level of 63%, increased in the second cycle the average value of students to 80.81 with a completeness level of 81%. So seen from the average obtained by students using a contextual approach to student learning outcomes can be improved. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of contextual approaches in learning Natural Sciences Cycle of Living Beings in Class IV SD Negeri 01 Koto Bangun Kapur District IX can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The dividend payout ratio is the ratio between the total dividends paid to shareholders and the company's net profit. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in 17 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study are annual financial reports from the period 2017 to 2020. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the data by testing the determinant coefficient, simultaneous test (f test), and partial test (t test). The variables studied include Investment, Liquidity, Profitability, Company Growth, Company Size, and Dividend Payout Ratio as the dependent variable. The results of the analysis show that the Profitability and Company Growth variables have a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, while the Investment, Liquidity, and Company Size variables have no significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio.
