Abstract

Illegal gold mining occurred at Jorong Jujutan, Nagari Durian Tarung, Sangir District , South Solok Regency produce a puddle of water in the form of a small lake with Mercury (Hg) Level 0.0076 mg/L above the quality standards based on the rule of  West Sumatera Gubenur No. 5 the year 2008 is 0.002 mg/L. This research is an experimental study where Eceng Gondok with a mass of 600 gr is placed on a container containing 2L of water with a Mercury rate of 0, 0076mg/L. The time variation observed is 3, 6, and 9 days. Based on the results of the study found 1 gram of Eceng Gondok is able to absorb Hg of 2.15 x 10-5 mg/L in 3 days is equivalent to 80 % of the Mercury content in the sampel.  However, time variations of 3, 6, and 9 days had no significant effect on the absorption of Mercury (Hg) by Eceng Gondok (Eichornia crassipes). This result was evidenced by the test of Kruskal Wallis with the result (Hcount = 4.2738) < (Htable = 7.815). Then H0 is accepted meaning there is no significant influence of time variation on the absorption of Mercury (Hg) by Eceng Gondok. Keywords: Eceng Gondok, experimental, time variations, mercury absorption (Hg), Kruskal Wallis

Abstract

Abstarct. Increasing the optimization of state revenue is still a challenge for the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal in managing PNBP. Since the transfer of mining supervision to the central government, the challenges have become bigger and increase. Various efforts have been made by the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal but based on the Audit Results Report (LHP) BPK RI there are still various findings related to PNBP management, including the value that must be paid is not in accordance with the obligations that must be deposited, late payments, and the implementation of regulations and regulations that are not yet optimal. To solve this problem, the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal has built an e-PNBP Application System which aims to simplify the calculation of PNBP obligations by the payer, facilitate the evaluation and verification of PNBP obligations by evaluators, and to make payment billing. To find out the performance of the system, it is necessary to conduct testing by interviewing and observing the evaluators who use it, calculating the compulsory payment assessment index and conducting the Mann Whiteney test on state revenue data as a product of the system.Keyword: PNBP Ditjen Minerba, Permasalahan PNBP, Pengelolaan PNBP, Sistem Aplikasi e-PNBP, Uji Mann Whiteney

Abstract

E-modules are one of the innovations in the development of teaching materials that can be integrated with virtual laboratories. The learning model that can be applied in the development of e-modules is a guided inquiry learning model . This research aims to produce a salt hydrolisis e-module oriented on guided inquiry learning model integrated with virtual laboratories and reveal the validity and practicality of e-modules. The type of this research is research and development (R&D). the method used in this research is developmental model by using 4-D or 4-P design. They are define, design, develop and disseminate. This research is limited to the stage of development, the validity and practicality test. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire of validity and practicality. The e-module was validated by 6 experts, they are 3 chemistry lectures of FMIPA UNP and 3 chemistry teachers while practicality test was carried out by 2 chemistry teachers and 15 XII grade students of MIPA SMAS Adabiah 2 Padang. data from validity and practicality test results were analyzed using the cohen kappa formula. Based on the results of the study, it was found that average kappa moment of validity test was 0,83 with a very high validity category, the average kappa moment of teacher practicality was 0,82 with a very high practicality category and the average kappa moment students practicality was 0,82 with a very high practicality category. The results of the analysis of students answer on e-module, it was found average of key question was 90%, average of worksheet was 94,8% and average of evaluation test was 90%. Thus, it was concluded that the salt hydrolysis e-module based on guided inquiry learning virtual laboratories integrated was produced was valid and practical.

Abstract

Masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu hasil pembelajaran mata kuliah Praktek Rekayasa Plumbing dan Sanitasi yang belum optimal terutama dengan media pembelajaran yang digunakan. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan memiliki independenitas yang masih rendah, sehingga belum mampu memfasilitasi pembelajaran mandiri. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan; 1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran E-Jobsheet praktek kerja pipa dan kerja las pada mata kuliah Praktek Rekayasa Plumbing dan Sanitasi, 2) menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang valid, praktis dan efektif, 3) mengetahui perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa terhadap penerapan media pembelajaran dan seberapa efektif penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D. Subjek penelitian yaitu mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Universitas Negeri Padang angkatan tahun 2020. Data penelitian berupa data primer dengan menggunakan instrumen test untuk uji efektivitas dan non-test untuk uji validitas dan praktikalitas. Temuan penelitian berupa media pembelajaran dengan independenitas kuat dalam mendukung pembelajaran mandiri. Sehingga hasil penelitian berupa; 1) media pembelajaran berbentuk jobsheet elektronik yang bisa diakses dan diunduh pada Google Sites, 2) media pembelajaran valid dari sisi media dan materi dengan nilai 0,915 dan 0,917, kemudian dalam kategori sangat praktis dengan nilai 86,55% dan efektif berdasarkan nilai posttest kelas eksperimen yang lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol yakni 84,47 dan 72,06, 3) penerapan media menghasilkan perbedaan yang signifikan (nyata) rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa dengan nilai Sig.(2-tailed) 0.000 dan presentase efektivitas penggunaan media kategori cukup efektif dengan nilai rata-rata N-gain score 64,1%. Dengan demikian media E-Jobsheet sangat menjanjikan pada pembelajaran Praktek Rekayasa Plumbing dan Sanitasi.
