Abstract

The birth of this paper is motivated by the phenomenon of many people interpreting the meaning of the wasathan ummah without being based on the terms and conditions of being a commentator. The interpretation of the Qur'an always experiences a shift in tandem with the changing times and changing times. To understand the eating of was Nathan Sumatran referred to in QS Al-Baqarah 143, not all Muslims understand its meaning but only some people who have certain knowledge (Mufassir). In determining the explicit and implicit meaning of the word summation was then, experts apply various kinds of scientific discourse, such as interpretation and ta'wil which then find the findings of the two methods. Besides that, internalizing the word summation was then with the concept of Pancasila is the subject of this paper.Keywords: Ummatan Wasathan, Tafsir, Ta'wil, Pancasila.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai dampak larangan adat nyongkolan dalam perkawinan masyarakat sasak Montong Bongor pada masa pandemi covid-19. Larangan tersebut didasarkan dari surat edaran Bupati Lombok Tengah nomor: 338/ 18/ humas sebagai salah satu upaya mencegah dan meluasnya pandemi covid-19. Salah satu inti dari surat edaran tersebut adalah melarang pegelaran adat dan budaya termasuk adat nyongkolan. Fokus utama kajian artikel ini adalah bagaimana dampak dari larangan adat nyongkolan dalam perkawinan masyarakat sasak Montong Bongor pada masa pandemi covid-19 dengan menggenunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dan pendekatan studi kasus (case study) melalui pola dalam pengumpulan data yang akan dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan juga akan dilakukan analisis terhadap berbagai dokumentasi, kemudian di interpresetasikan secara kualitatif. Tulisan ini menemukan bahwa dampak dari larangan adat nyongkolan dalam perkawinan masyarakat sasak Montong Bongor pada masa pandemi covid-19 yakni, pertama, hilangnya momen menjadi raja dan ratu sehari. kedua, menurunnya pemasukan ekonomi mikro masyarakat sasak montong bongor dan ketiga hilangnya budaya nyongkolan sebagai ciri khas perkawinan masyarakat sasak.

Abstract

Alasan dilakukan penelitian ini karena melihat kontribusi besar yang ditunjukkan oleh seorang KH. Bisri Musthofa. Selain sebagai ulama’ terkemuka, Bisri Musthofa juga sebagai seorang politikus dengan wawasan tinggi. Kegemilangan kiprahnya pada keilmuan Islam dan perpolitikan, ditambah dengan peranan aktifnya dalam dunia tulisan mengantarkan Bisri pada penguasaan ilmu spiritual-intelektual. Karya terbesanya adalah Tafsir Al-Ibriz. Pada tahapan ini, kajiannya terkait ayat-ayat jihad adalah hal menarik yang dikaji pada tulisan ini. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Pada sisi yang lain, tujuan diadakannya pengkajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara komprehensif terkait makna jihad menurut pandangan KH. Bisri Musthofa. Selanjutnya, metode analisis yang digunakan ialah metode kajian tafsir Al-Ibriz li Ma’rifah Tafsir Al-Qur’an Al ‘Aziz. Hasil temuan yang didapatkan bahwa konsep jihad yang ditawarkan Kiai Bisri sudah sejalan sebagaimana yang tertera dalam ajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadis, yakni berjuang dengan sepenuh jiwa membela agama, bangsa dan negara.

Abstract

In this paper explained the mechanism of renewal of Islam in the field of family law and its relevance to the egalitarian demands of men and women. This discussion is known that there is a difference between the Islamic period and the pre-Islamic period that has implications with the rule of law applied. The evils and misdeeds of the Arab jahiliah against women are the things that apply to the renewal of the law in the field of family law, such as marriage, polygamy, dowry, or inherition. The practice of marriage, which was performed in pre-Islamic times, has done a lot of harm to women. In those days, women were only considered a product or commodity that served to be traded. For example, the birth of a baby girl is a disgrace that is so shameful that it is considered to smear the face of the family. So sadistic, the newborn baby girl must be buried alive. In addition to the issue of inherited law, at that time the woman's right was exercised her right to obtain the inheritance left by her family. The conception of Islamic renewal in the field of family law in this study uses two approach methods, namely conventional methods, and contemporary methods. In the system of reform of the law of equality men and women can contain several things: equality of function and role, equality in enjoying sexual intercourse, equality in childcare, and the right to determine genetic engineering.

Abstract

Before the arrival of Islam, Arab society was a society that was far from orderly and according to norms. Customs, morals, and life rules adopted are habits that have existed for a long time and are adopted as habits and beliefs. In a society that is oriented towards human values, Islam comes with a concept that forms the order of pre-Islamic Arab society in a relatively precise manner. Islam as a religion changes several aspects of society, one of which is in the family. One of the discussions in the family field is the remaining settlement of nusyuz in Islam where nusyuz is a disobedient attitude between husband and wife. This type of writing is a literature study, namely a study in which data collection is obtained from various scientific literacy such as books, journals, articles, and others. The data of this study consisted of secondary and primary data with qualitative methods. The findings resulted that the offer of another Qur'an was first, offering advice to the wife in a ma'ruf or good way which aims to awaken the wife from her wrong actions. Second, as a psychological punishment for the wife and in her solitude for committing a crime against her punishment. Third, giving physical punishment to the wife.
