Abstract

The goals of this research are to determine how unemployment affects poverty, how population affects poverty, and how both factors together affect the poverty rate in 19 West Sumatra Province districts and cities. The study's methodology in West Sumatra Province employed a quantitative strategy with secondary data. employing a quantitative strategy with panel data regression and E-Views 12 software, utilizing secondary data obtained via BPS. The population has a considerable positive effect on the poverty rate, according to the study's results. Where this effect is seen, H0 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, with a probability value of 0.000 t-table (5.25>1.98). and H0 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. The unemployment rate has a negative and negligible impact on the poverty rate, where the probability value is 0.2815>0.05 with the value of t-count < t-table (-1.08 < 1.98). because the population and unemployment variables both significantly affect the poverty rate. In this case, H0 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted when the probability value is 0.000007 from the F-table (13.58>3.10).

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien dalam mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Kepuasan pasien merupakan perasaan senang atau kecewa seseorang yang timbul karena membandingkan kinerja yang diperepsikan produk (atau hasil) terhadap ekpetasi mereka. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross-Sectional atau penelitan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di IGD (Instalasi Gawat Darurat) Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan Tahun 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pasien di IGD Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan tahun 2024. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunaka rumus slovin sehingga didapatkan 99 orang responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan chi-square diperoleh ada pengaruh Bukti Fisik (Tangible) terhadap kepuasan pasien p value = 0,009, kemudian ada pengaruh Kehandalan (Reliability) terhadap kepuasan pasien p value = 0,035, kemudian ada pengaruh Jaminan (Assurance) terhadap kepuasan pasien p value = 0,012, kemudian ada pengaruh Empati (Empathy) terhadap kepuasan pasien p value = 0,000, dan ada pengaruh Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness) terhadap kepuasan pasien p value = 0,004. Pada analisis multivariat didapatkan responsiveness merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien di IGD Rumah Sakir Umum Haji Medan Tahun 2024 diperoleh nilai p value sebesar 0,001 dengan Preval_ensi Ratio sebesar 10,573. Diharapkan kepada kepada Rumah Sakit Haji Medan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar tingkat kepuasan pasien juga meningkat.

Abstract

The low statistical literacy of students encourages lecturers to develop lecture modules that can facilitate this ability. This study aims to determine how to create a feasible, practical, and effective educational statistics module and identify the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of the Guided Discovery Learning-based educational statistics module to facilitate students’ statistical literacy. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with Plomp design with the stages of Preliminary Investigation, Design, Realization, and Evaluation. The trial subjects in this study consisted of two types, namely expert trial subjects and product trial subjects. The expert trial subjects were three lecturers of the Mathematics Education Department in one of The State University in Jakarta, while the product test subjects were seven mathematics education students in semester 4. Expert trial were conducted to assess the validity or feasibility of the products developed. The product trial was a limited trial to evaluate the practicality and effectiveness of the developed product. The results showed that the developed module met the feasible, very practical, and effective criteria. This research produces a module that can be used in statistics lectures to facilitate students’ statistical literacy. Rendahnya literasi statistika mahasiswa mendorong dosen untuk mengembangkan modul perkuliahan yang dapat memfasilitasi kemampuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara membuat modul statistika pendidikan yang layak, praktis, dan efektif serta mengetahui kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan modul statistika pendidikan berbasis Guided Discovery Learning untuk memfasilitasi literasi statistik mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan desain Plomp dengan tahapan Preliminary Investigation, Design, Realization, Evaluation. Subjek uji coba pada penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis, yaitu subjek uji ahli dan subjek uji coba produk. Subjek uji ahli adalah tiga orang dosen Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika di salah satu Universitas Negeri di Jakarta, sedangkan subjek uji coba produk adalah tujuh orang mahasiswa pendidikan matematika semester 4. Uji coba ahli dilakukan untuk menilai kevalidan atau kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan. Uji coba produk merupakan uji coba terbatas untuk mengevaluasi kepraktisan dan keefektifan produk yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria layak, sangat praktis dan efektif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan modul yang dapat digunakan dalam perkuliahan statistika untuk memfasilitasi literasi statistik mahasiswa.

Abstract

This article discusses the Transformation of interpretation of the Qur'an, in the era of digital in the analysis of literature through online interpretation its applications are youtube , instagram , facebook , twitter as well as through other websites that benefit to learning interpretations of the Qur'an ' an, the purpose of this research to know the transformation of translation of the Qu r ' an in the age in digital , that the learning model in the digital era is undergoing significant changes compared to the traditional model, which uses technology to improve access and interaction in learning, such as online teaching, learning that takes place online and on-line, and access to interpret the Qur'an through social media and dedicated websites. The type of research used is library research or library study that uses an analytical descriptive approach that uses books, articles, journals, and related references to find problems and answer important questions about the interpretation of the Qur'an online .

Abstract

This study explores the development and effectiveness of breathing cartoon-based instructional media to address the lack of suitable teaching materials for the human respiratory system at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 21 Aceh Besar. Teachers primarily utilize lower-order thinking skills questions, which may limit students' ability to develop higher-order thinking skills . The study employed a research and development approach to bridge this gap, following the Borg and Gall model to design, validate, and assess the instructional media. Expert validation results indicated a 97% feasibility score, classifying the media as highly suitable for classroom implementation. Teacher responses yielded an 84.6% engagement rate, while student responses reached 95.33%, both categorized as highly engaging. Pretest and posttest data from fifth-grade students demonstrated that 12 students scored above 90, achieving a high N-gain (g > 0.7), while five students obtained a moderate N-gain (0.3 < g < 0.7). The average N-gain score of 0.81 (81.41%) confirmed the media’s high effectiveness. These findings suggest that breathing cartoon-based instructional media is pedagogically feasible and highly effective in enhancing students’ high order thinking skills, reinforcing the need for interactive and innovative learning tools in science education.
