Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyelidiki mekanisme pembiayaan pensiun di Bank Syariah Mandiri dan menyelidiki relevansi akad murabahah mengenai produk pembiayaan pensiun dengan Dewan Fatwa Nasional Syariah (DSN) dari Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) No: 04/DSN-MUI/IV/ 2000 tentang Ketentuan Umum Pembiayaan Murabahah. Penelitian ini dilakukan Objek penelitian ini adalah akad murabahah dalam pembiayaan pensiun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Wirobrajan. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu manajer bagian hubungan konsumen perbankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme penyediaan dana pensiun di Bank Syariah Mandiri Wirobrajan dapat dilakukan dengan cara nasabah mengajukan pembiayaan pensiunan beserta kelengkapan berkasnya ke bank, kemudian bank melakukan pengecekan kelengkapan dokumen dan investigasi atas kebenaran data. Jika bank menyetujuinya, nasabah mengisi surat persetujuan pembiayaan dan melaksanakan akad. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa proses akad murabahah dalam produk pembiayaan pensiun relevan dengan fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) No: 04/ DSN-MUI/IV/2000, mengenai ketentuan umum pembiayaan murabahah.

The research aims at learning about the accountability and transparency as well as the accounting policy on the financial statement of BAZNAS Kota Yogyakarta and Lazismu Kota Yogyakarta in managing zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh funds based on PSAK Number 109. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis method of the research used descriptive qualitative approach, multiple case study, and comparative research. The research result indicates that BAZNAS Kota Yogyakarta has been accountable and transparent in preparing the annual financial statements which comply with PSAK Number 109. This is proven by the complete financial statement components, separate presentation of non-halal funds, on-time statement submission, and that the statements are audited by external institutions. Meanwhile, Lazismu Kota Yogyakarta has not been accountable and transparent based on PSAK 109. This is due to the incomplete financial statements and the fact that the statements have not been published in printed and digital media.

Koripan 1 in Dlingo has tourism potential that can be developed to improve people’s economy, there is water springs from sendang Umbul Ndeso and petilasan Gunung Pasar. In addition, because the majority of people’s livelihood are farmers, the results of agricultural processing can also be used as a means of supporting the tourist area. This activity aims to develop the potential tourist area in Koripan 1 which is expected to be an alternative income residents so that the economy increases. The method used is the analysis of village-based tourism development process based on local community participation then reduced to the steps of village development. The results and implications of this activity include the design of tourism objects Umbul Ndeso and petilasan Gunung Pasar, development of early stage of the form of gazebo, street lighting and road directions, training for the community related to improving the quality of farm produce and licensing P-IRT, and marketing through online media. The conclusion of this activity is the development program of tourist area of Koripan 1 has assisted in building the tourist village as well as providing direction for sustainable development step for the community. This activity has also provided education for the citizens about the importance of quality and licensing for food processing business of agricultural products. Keywords: Tourism, Local Community Participation, Processed Agricultural Products

The Covid-19 pandemic has reduced public interest in the tourism sector, which has caused a lack of buyer interest in the creative industry sector. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Batik craftsmen "Batik Tugiran" are one of the MSMEs that are affected. This service aims to stimulate the economy of MSMEs engaged in the creative industry which have been significantly affected by the pandemic, especially for MSMEs, Tugiran batik craftsmen. The result of this service is handling for aspects of market share and branding. Branding development in the form of making product logos, making signboards, making road signs, and designing packaging improvements. Meanwhile, the development of the online sector market share is carried out by utilizing social media Instagram and the Shopee marketplace.

Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan praktik pengelolaan keuangan berdasarkan ilmu akuntansi berbasis excel SAK EMKM. Mitra usaha dalam program ini Kohar Coffee Roaster (KCR) pengolahan kopi pembibitan menoreh Kulon Progo milik Ibu Atta. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah mitra belum melakukan pencatatan laporan keuangan dikarenakan keterbatasan pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Metode dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu melakukan observasi, penyampaian materi, memberikan pelatihan praktik pengelolaan keuangan sesuai SAK EMKM berbasis excel, dan evaluasi terhadap kepahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini mitra antusias terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan sehingga menjadi paham mengenai pengelolaan keuangan usaha dan mampu menyusun laporan keungan yang lebih baik dan akuntabel sesuai SAK EMKM dengan menggunakan microsoft excel.

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi khususnya membuat brand pada produk yang akan dijual pada platform online. Zaman semakin berkembang dengan adanya wabah covid-19 yang berlangsung di Indonesia menuntut UMKM Prambanan Digital Printing lebih giat dan kreatif dalam melakukan pemasaran. Karena pandemik yang masih melanda akses untuk interaksi dengan manusia sangat dibatasi banyak pengusaha yang gulung tikar atas usahanya. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini membantu UMKM untuk mulai membuka digital online . Penjualan secara online merupakan jalan yang efektif dan solutif sekarang ini karena kurangnya masyarakat sekitar dalam pengenalan Digital Printing sehingga banyak penurunan income saat pandemik ini. Metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah pengembangan platform online. Sasaran program adalah UMKM prambanan Digital Printing. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah terbentuknya brand Digital Printing “Prambanan”, dan penentuan titik koordinat pada Google Map dengan platform media sosial pada Instagram http://instagram.com/digitalprambanan?utm_medium=copy_link.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM olahan jenang “Decia Kitchen” melalui branding dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, analisis masalah, penyusunan program, pelaksanaan program, evaluasi program, dan rencana tindak lanjut. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah realisasi program branding berupa pembuatan logo produk, perbaikan kemasan, pembuatan neon box, pembuatan katalog produk, dan perluasan pemasaran di marketplace Instagram. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan rencana program dengan pelaksanaan yang telah dilakukan.

This research was conducted related to the accountability of the management of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) 2018 in Village of Tirtomartani, Kalasan District. The research objectives are 1) Measuring the Role of Village Apparatuses in realizing good governance in managing village financial funds, 2) to determine the accountability of ADD management can work effectively for all dimensions, namely Transparency, Accountability and Participation in each process and stage which includes the Planning Phase, Implementation and Reporting 3) to help resolve the problems in the management of ADD so that issues regarding the management of ADD can prove and explain the strategic plans and objectives or the goals that have been planned and established by village government organizations through the meeting mechanism of village development planning. The results of this research that the principle of transparency and participation had been implemented well through the mechanism of consultation and deliberation that involved all elements of village community institutions, indicated by the answers of respondents show 91% answered "yes". The principle of transparency is fulfilled by the existence of clear information about the schedule of implementation of activities, sources of funds that are easily accessed by the community, showed that respondents' answers“yes” were 85.6%, which meant that implementation the ADD APBDES was already accountable. Although ADD management has been accountable, it certainly cannot be separated from the role of village officials or village apparatus which is a key to the successful management of ADD APBDES. The results showed that the role of village apparatus in Tirtomartani village was 72%., indicated that village apparatus have played a role to create good governance of managing ADD. This research is expected to contribute in the form of Transfer of Knowledge for village government administrators in order to be optimalized in the management of ADD in the planning process, implementation (expenditure of funds) and reporting in accordance with the provisions of the central government.

Masa pandemik ini penurunan finansial kelompok Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Permasalahan yang dialami para pelaku UMKM adalah kurangnya promosi dan branding, serta sistem pengolahan keuangan yang masih konvensional tidak tercatat. UMKM tersebut adalah bidang usaha emping melinjo dan gethuk. Jika ada promosi yang baik, maka informasi produk olahan di Wirokerten ini akan lebih mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan peluang kerja bagi masyarakat. Dengan adanya standar laporan keuangan tersebut tentu dapat menjadi dokumentasi bagi UMKM. Hal ini akan menunjang kekuatan ekonomi rakyat yang semakin kokoh di masa depan karena usaha-usaha kecil ini memiliki harapan untuk berkembang menjadi lebih besar. Maka tujuan yang dicapai dalam progam ini adalah menerapkan teknologi dan keterampilan para pelaku UMKM agar memiliki keterampilan atau kemampuan tentang praktik pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan pembukuan yang baik. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah pembelajaran dan aplikasi berbasis partisipatif. Pada hasil evaluasi mitra sudah mampu melakukan branding dengan teknologi informasi dan pembukuan, pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar sesuai urutan yang sudah disampaikan.
