Abstract

The toddler healthy kitchen program is an empowerment movement that emerged during the covid 19 pandemic as a solution for monitoring and fulfilling toddler nutrition through posyandu in the Aisyiah Prenggan, Kota Gede, Yogyakarta. This program involves posyandu cadres in the aisyiah community. Due to limited knowledge, funds, and the number of cadres, this activity cannot run optimally. Therefore, it is necessary to create an empowerment program to maximize healthy kitchen activities for toddlers, such as: providing healthy menus with balanced nutrition for infants and toddlers in the Aisyiah branch, Prenggan, Kota Gede. The methods that is excecuted are: doing observation to the community service location, distributing of the food menu, and checking the infants/toddlers’s weight. Community service activities have been carried out by implementing the health protocol by providing healthy menus for 20 infants/toddlers. It can be conclude that there is an increas in the infants/toddlers’s weight about 78.95%.

Abstract

Kehadiran virus Corona/ Covid-19 sebagai pandemic yang mengharuskan pembatasan interaksi social, menyebabkan gangguan psikologis berupa stress yang berwujud dalam bentuk ketakutan, kegelisahan, dan kecemasan. Gangguan cemas muncul karena adanya situasi yang mengancam yang merupakan reaksi normal dari stress. Gangguan kecemasan memiliki gejala yang diantaranya gemetar dan keringat dingin,otot tegang, pusing dan sakit kepala, mudah marah,susah tidur, dada berdebar- debar, sering merasa lelah dan sesak napas. Dalam bidang medis sinar Infrared digunakan untuk terapi terhadap suatu penyakit, termasuk relaksasi otot. Terapi ini bersifat fisioterapi maksudnya adalah pengobatan yang dilakukan secara fisik dengan menggunakan pancaran radiasi sinar infrared yang dihasilkannya. Tujuan:Pembuatan alat terapi berbasis android untuk membantu masyarakat memperoleh pengobatan alternatif dalam meningkatkan relaksasi otot guna mengurangi tingkat stress dan kecemasan bagi pasien yang mengalami masalah pada tubuhnya seperti nyeri pada otot dan persendian terutama di saat pandemic Covid-19. Metode: PAR (Participatian Action Research) dengan 2 siklus yaitu siklus -1: merakit alat infrared, siklus ke-2: menerapakan alat terapi infrared berbasis android ke panti asuhan. Hasil: Alat Terapi infra-red berbasis android membantu masyarakat terutama Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Putra Daarusubusi dalam memperoleh pengobatan alternatif. Alat Terapi Infrared berbasis Android yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan relaksasi bagi masyarakat yang mengalami masalah pada tubuhnya seperti nyeri pada otot dan persendian terutama di saat pandemi Covid-19. Kesimpulan: alat terapi infrared berbasis android merupakan salah satu solusi alternatif bagi masyarakat untuktetap menjaga tubuhnya terutama pada saat pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

Each device requires redundancy, including the X-ray machine. In an X-ray machine, there is an important component as the location for the creation of X-rays, namely the X-ray tube. This tube needs routine maintenance to increase the tube's lifetime. In addition, maintenance that was originally done manually, with this device can be done automatically and more quickly. In addition, maintenance that was originally done manually can be done automatically and faster with this device. X-ray tube oil vacuum is used as an effective solution for the maintenance of an X-ray tube machine that lasts for days. This device comes with easy use, equipped with two buttons and a display. This device can increase the productivity of both the device and the technician itself. The application of the use of X-ray tube oil vacuum is intended for hospitals and health facilities that have active X-ray machines. This device has been able to be built. Based on the results, it has a 2.5% error for the measurement at minimum and maximum pressure and a 3% error at -15 KPa pressure. The volume of the X-ray tube fully filled is always the same for each measurement. It can be concluded that this device can be effective in time because it only takes minutes to fill the X-ray tube up to full. Still, many parts can be improved and developed, such as the size and the weight.
