Abstract

This study examines the rising popularity of the name of "Muhammad" in England and Wales through an anthropolinguistic lens. This phenomenon reflects the social, cultural, and demographic dynamics resulting from the growth of the Muslim population in the region. Using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes statistical data and interviews with local Muslim communities to understand the meaning behind the choice of this name. The findings indicate that the name "Muhammad" not only represents religious and cultural identity but also signifies societal acceptance of diversity. This article contributes to a deeper understanding of the relationship between language, culture, and social change in the context of multicultural societies.

Abstract

Hipertensi atau Tekanan darah tinggi adalah suatu abnormal tekanan darah dalam pembuluh darah arteri secara terus menerus lebih dari satu periode. Berdasarkan hasil Riskesdas 2018 menunjukkan angka prevalensi hipertensi pada penduduk > 18 tahun berdasarkan pengukuran secara nasional sebesar 34,11%. Data laporan Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi NTB menunjukan penderita hipertensi sebanyak 278.342, dan Kabupaten Lombok Timur menjadi kabupaten dengan kejadian hipertensi tertinggi yaitu sebanyak 64.160. Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertensi di poli rawat jalan RSUD Soedjono Selong Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional Deskripstif . Berdasarkan hasil teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan di daerah Kabupaten Lombok Timur, yaitu di RSUD Soedjono Selong Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Hasil penelitini didapatkan responden yang berjenis kelamin terbanyak adalah laki-laki yaitu 58,3, dan perempuan 41,7%. Pendidikan terbanyak adalah Pendidikan rendah 63,3%, Pendidikan tinggi 36,7%. Status pekerjaan terbanyak adalah responden yang tidak bekerja yaitu sebanyak 68,3%, dan yang bekerja 31,7%, sedangkan berdasarkan umur responden terbanyak ada di kelompok usia 46-55 tahun yaitu 36,7%, 56-65 tahun 33,3%, dan usia 66-74 tahun sebanyak 30%.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kepatuhan meminum obat pasien hipertensi dengan kategori kepatuhan rendah sebanyak 60% dan kepatuhan tinggi 40%.
