Abstract

This study aims to find out, Career development at PT BCA Finance, to find out Employee Performance at PT BCA Finance, to determine the effect of Career Development on Employee Performance at PT BCA Finance Jakarta (Administrative Staff).This study uses a sampling method of nonprobability sampling, namely by accidental sampling technique with a population of 100 using saturated samples, as many as 100 respondents. The analytical method in processing data is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis method, Pearson product moment correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test (t test).The results of this study show that Career Development has a positive effect on Employee Performance of 0.616 units, if Career Development is increased by one unit it will affect Employee Performance 0.616, this can be seen from the results of the regression equation Y = 18.46 + 0.616X as well as the contribution of Career Development 51.69% while the remaining 48.31% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test results show t_count 10,322 greater than t_table 1,661, then H_o is rejected and H_ (a) is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect between Career Development on PT BCA Finance Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of Community Service (PKM) is to find out how much the application of management in the development of marine products that have an impact on the welfare of local communities. The measurement method uses three approaches including (1) phenomenalogical research method where qualitative methods can be interpreted as a method based on the philosophy of postpositivism used in object conditions, where the researcher as a key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combined) the results of the analysis is inductive which is to suppress the meaning of Creswell 2009 generalization (in his book Sugiyono 2017: 24), (2) The grounded theory method of this research is a type of qualitative method, in which the researcher draws on the generalization observed inductively, (3) Ethnography Method is Qualitative Strategy menrurut (Crewell 2209) states one type of qualitative research is that researchers conduct group culture studies through interview observation. The results of observations and interviews and training on community service are very potential fisheries subsector commodities, from the high demand for sustainable fish supply. Results of assistance to management in the development of marine fish culture management (sea farming) to increase community income in the Thousand Islands, Jakarta, Development of results need to be formed cooperatives or business units, in an effort to increase community income in the thousand islands.Keywords: Management, Yield Development, and Welfare.

Abstract

The year 2006 is seen in the most revolutionary in the history of the existence of religious courts in the Indonesian legal system. Delegation of authority to examine, decide and resolve syariah economic case to the Religious Court signaled recognition of the existence of religious courts as well as the realization of the desire of the majority, even all Muslims in Indonesia to resolve the dispute in accordance guidance Shari'a. However, in practice before the judicial reviewe Act No. 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic banking, which in practice contains legal uncertainty because of the problem stems from differences in interpretation in deciding which forum has the authority to resolve disputes Islamic banking at hand that is the Choice of Forum and the Choice of law which in turn raises the formulation of legal uncertainty. Keywords: Competence, Dispute Resolution, legal certainty

Abstract

Companies always have problems with employee performance. However, sometimes factors from the individual side are difficult to know, such as stress and work discipline. This research, trying to analyze and describe the phenomena that occur in Bank Danamon employees. The quantitative approach was chosen because it has advantages, therefore the analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The number of samples is 60 employees and the sampling technique used is census. The research instrument uses a questionnaire spread method with a closed statement form. The results showed work stress has a significant effect on work performance of 0,436. Work discipline has a significant effect on work performance of 0,400. Jointly work stress and work discipline have a significant effect on work performance with a determination coefficient of 0,252

Abstract

Tri Dharma is a classic problem. Again, limitations and barriers are used as reasons. To answer this, a study of factors influencing lecturer performance was conducted. The quantitative approach was chosen because it has advantages, therefore the method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The number of samples is 100 people and the sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The research instrument used the method of distributing questionnaires with a closed statement form. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0,502. Motivation has a significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0,328. Simultaneously, compensation and motivation significantly influence performance with a determination coefficient of 44,9%. This confirms the theory, that the implementation of Tri Dharma required HR factors

Abstract

The task of educational institutions is to carry out a quality teaching and learning process, and the key is in the teacher. Therefore, the institution should be ensure the quality of teacher performance is maintained. This study aims to identify several factors that affect teacher performance, but the measure is job satisfaction. This is intended, to find out how the treatment of a teacher to carry out the task as well as possible, which is influenced by mood. To test the validity of the research, quantitative methods and structural equation modeling analysis were used. As for data collection techniques, researchers used a questionnaire, which was given directly to the respondent (teacher). The results showed, 1) Motivation to be a good mediator in influencing job satisfaction. 2) A good work culture can influence work behavior and shape work morale. 3) Low stress levels can affect teacher behavior to work better, because they are in a good mood (satisfied). This means that there are many non-physical factors that significantly affect teacher performance, including work culture, stress, and motivation. Therefore, in the aspect of human resource management, the treatment of institutions should be based on a humanitarian approach
