Abstract

Store X is a store that sells muslim fashion products. There is a phenomenon that often occurs in one of StoreX's branches, such as the shortage of jetblack hijab products in stock. This phenomenon results in thecompany's loss of opportunity to gain profit and has an impact on high inventory costs. Based on this, it isknown that one of Store X’s branches does not yet have a good inventory system, so it is necessary to applyoptimal inventory methods and minimize inventory costs. This study uses a quantitative approach to datacollection methods of interviews, literature studies, and company historical data. The data analysis methodused is the SMA, WMA, and SES methods with each of the two conditions. As well as using the ContinuousReview System method (Q method) and the Periodic Review System method (P method) for the calculationof inventory policy and total inventory costs. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Q methoddetermines the optimal ordering lot quantity and the point of having to reorder goods. This resulted in thestock in the warehouse always being replenished on time so that there were no excess or shortage of inventoryand customer requests could be fulfilled so that inventory costs could be minimized. Based on this statement,it is stated that the Q method is suitable for the company because it provides an optimal inventory policy andminimizes inventory costs by 5.90% or IDR 44,771,467 of company costs.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengubah strategi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran kompetensi keahlian pekerjaan las dasaryaitu menggunakan media animasi. Penelitian ini dikategorikan penelitian deskriptif kuantatif. . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September - November di UPT SMK Negeri 3 Gowa. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Siswa Kelas X Jurusan Teknik Las UPT SMK Negeri 3 Gowa sebanyak 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui Tes, Observasi, Validitas Instrumen, serta Reliabilitas Tes, Teknik Analisa data menggunakan analisis stastistik deskriptif, untuk analisis data aspek kompetensi menggunakan standar nilai kurikulum 2013. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan penelitian maka Terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa tentang sub pokok bahasan las listrik kompetensi keahlian pekerjaan las dasar menggunakan media animasi pada kelas X program keahlian Teknik Pengelasan 1 di UPT SMK Negeri 3 Gowa. Nilai ketuntasan siswa prestasi belajar kelas X program keahlian teknik permesinan di UPT SMK Negeri 3 Gowa, dengan angka nilai terendah sebesar 18 dari hasil tertinggi 24 setelah menggunakan media animasi tertera pada hasil post test.

Abstract

Listrik merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar yang memiliki peran vital bagi kehidupan manusia dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya. Seiring dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan nasional dan penduduk membuat kebutuhan akan listrik untuk berbagai sektor dari tahun ke tahun tentunya mengalami kenaikan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibuat sebuah model yang dapat menggambarkan kondisi kenaikan kebutuhan listrik di Makassar, salah satu diantaranya yaitu dengan menggunakan pemodelan sistem dinamis. Sistem dinamis merupakan suatu metodologi untuk memahami berbagai masalah kompleks. Metode ini mempelajari masalah dengan sudut pandang sistem, dimana elemen-elemen sistem tersebut saling berinteraksi dalam suatu hubungan umpan balik sehingga menghasilkan suatu perilaku tertentu. Interaksi dalam struktur ini diterjemahkan ke dalam model-model matematik yang selanjutnya dengan bantuan komputer digital disimulaiskan untuk memperoleh perilaku historisnya. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pemodelan sistem dinamis terkait dengan prediksi konsumsi listrik di Kota Makassar hingga tahun 2063. Model sistem yang dibuat berbentuk stock flow diagram yang mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor yang memperngaruhi terjadinya peningkatan konsumsi listrik yang ada di Kota Makassar. Tentunya dengan adanya penelitian lebih lanjut tentang jumlah konsumsi listrik dimasa mendatang di Kota Makassar dapat membuat pihak perusahaan dalam hal ini PT. PLN Persero memiliki kesiapan untuk mempersiapkan sarana dan pra sarana penunjang untuk merealisasikan kebutuhan masyarakat akan listrik.

Abstract

RM Riung Gunung Malino, located in Gowa, faces a major challenge in inventory management, as stock recording of raw materials and products is still carried out manually, making it difficult to monitor inventory accurately. This issue leads to overstocking or stock shortages, which reduce operational efficiency. This community service program was implemented to provide solutions through intensive assistance in structured and applicable inventory management training. The solutions offered include the implementation of a digital stock recording system using the inventory module in the Odoo application, the development of a more systematic manual format based on the concepts of safety stock, Reorder Point (ROP), and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), as well as regular stock monitoring training. The results of the program show an improvement in the partner’s understanding and skills in managing inventory, as evidenced by the ability to create more organized stock records, calculate raw material needs, and determine reorder points accurately. The implemented recording system has proven effective in reducing the risk of stockouts and overstocking, thereby increasing operational efficiency. In addition, the partner has become more confident in managing their business sustainably. Thus, this program provides a tangible contribution to enhancing the competitiveness of culinary MSMEs while promoting business sustainability through effective and measurable inventory management.
